The West Jefferson, OH restaurant food is really good! We get delivery and they are always quick and the food is always warm! We got the boneless and inbone wings and had pizza and some Philly Cheese Steak Subs sometimes as well! The delivery is a plus and The Drivers are really nice! The experience overall was good. Hot, on time with polite staff and fair prices. The pie was average at best, sauce has a sweet flavor not for us. Decent amount of toppings. The sausage has a great small crumble but they ruined it by comparison with huge slices of mushroom. The Hawaiian pie was dry and inedible. Italian Sub was the high point. Stuffed full of meat and veg. Nice and soft, hot inside with crisp bread, great sub and pizza is very subject to taste but overall we felt the meal was disappointing. read more

Really disappointed in this place I get take out all the time and it's good but today we stopped for the buffet. None of the same foods that you order were in this buffet.you may want to skip this buffet as the pizza was cold ! I'm a 68 year old diabetic from 20 miles away: not supposed to eat pizza. Been craving pizza for months. Was recommended Flyers for their M-W-F/11AM-2PM pizza buffet. I am totally sold! Great place! I went on 7-18-2025 and the place was packed. They had at least 7 or 8 kinds of pizza (5 at a time) on the buffet, plus, sliced subs, spaghetti, pasta salad, cheese curds, and many other things, oh, and sliced cherry pie! And the price was inexpensive in these times of elevated pricing everywhere else. I watch my diet closely, and for me, this place is worth breaking the rules once in a great while. I think I have found my pizza place. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza with pizza sauce instead of barQ sauce and no cinnamon dusting ( who would want that on a pizza??? Or even thought of doing that? Curious minds want to know.) I got the best Hawaiian pizza I have ever had and I have eaten those in 5 states over the last 33 years. Perfect mix of crust, right amount of sauce - didn't scrimp like other chains, and high quality toppings. The service was excellent. Didn't blink as I asked for changes of the normal way the make Hawaiian. Helpful about sizes of take out drinks so I didn't waste my money. But as I waited the 15 minutes for my custom pizza, I was asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited which shows concern for the customer. When I got my drink I found what to me the topping on the cake, that wonderful ice that us ice crunchers love! EBS would have joined me in crunching. Waitress told me that people take a cup of ice with them all the time. Even with the medium Hawaiian pizza was $16.29, the taste makes that a bargain especially when you have a $10 gift certificate. I grew up in West Jefferson and Flyers Pizza & Subs were a staple in our home. My kids were also raised on this awesome food and atmosphere. My kudos to Flyers is this: I currently live in Jacksonville Fl. My mother drove back home to West Jefferson to visit family and ordered us all Nightmares plus chicken tenders that night. First time visit. I got a "bomber" strumboli and my wife got a pepperoni and mushroom strumboli. We loved the pizza sauce, it's how we like it a little sweet not acidic. We both really liked our strumboli's. They are stuffed with lots of cheese, and the topping, perfectly cooked. Order was ready for pick up exactly when we were told. I think they are only doing pick up or delivery right now. We got a small order of mozzarella sticks, they are good, but i dont think they are hand made. I have been eating here for years and feel this is the best Flyers location compared to others. My go to order here is the pizza bombs and Old World Pepperoni Pizza!! Absolutely love those!! I have not had the lunch buffet here, but it always looks pretty good and they have a pretty regular lunch crowd so it must be decent. I ordered from the Groveport, store last week and I am done trying to support, local businesses. We ordered a large pizza and it was So undercooked and greasy that my thumb, liked through the box when I carried it. Ordered 2 subs and both were soggy, from sitting in the bags, steaming, that the bread was soggy and nasty. Cheese curds were so hard, because of being so cold. $81 worth of food that wasn't at all, up to par. Contacted, the store, and guess they don't care, since they got their money. Every Monday flyers has emails specials on an item for Monday only. Twice I have tried to purchase the item and was disappointed both times. The first time the special was a for a large old world style pepperoni pizza. After I picked the item up and drove home I discovered it was regular pepperoni not old world style so I basically paid full price. The second time I ordered a $4.99 9 inch Italian sub. What I got was an Italian sub in what looked like a 5 inch bun. Again I paid full price because I got about 2/3 of a re9 inch sub. Very disappointing. Update: I received a voicemail from a manager from flyers after the post. They offered to give me a free pizza. A nice gesture but I didn't call back because I wasn't looking for free food when I posted my review, just trying to give honest feedback. read more

I'm not entirely sure what's going on at this location, but the pizza I had here was NO where near what I was used to eating from Flyers in the past. The pizza I got was some cheap pepperoni and processed cheese on top of a thick layer of water down sauce (practically ketchup) on a floppy square cut crust. The pepperoni had WAY too many spices littered on them to be considered appetizing, and I left here feeling pretty bad I just paid that much money for crappy pizza. Service here was lacking and the girl forgot part of our order and then yelled back in the kitchen as to where our order was, which was then followed by a redneck sounding "Wut?" Yeah.... not a good sign, so we took a refund. The only thing going for this place was the subs were decent, and the place was pretty clean a spacious for families and the decor is neat for aviation enthusiasts, or kiddos who have an interest in planes, but I would much rather hit up one of the other pizza places in town, then ever come back here for pizza. I am still perplexed how they got this "Top 100 Pizza" award they tout on everything including their plastic cups... I'm thinking it must have been for Ethiopia, because their pizza really did not scream "Top 100" in my books. Such a disappointment. read more

Great service!! Our original order arrived with both pizzas smashed into one end of the boxes. I called to let the store know and both the girl that answered the phone and the manager were extremely nice and apologetic. They remade the pizzas and had them delivered again in a very quick turnaround! The delivery driver was apologetic as well and the new pizzas looked and tasted amazing as always!! Ordered a baked sub at 16:47. Arrived at the window at 17:05. The sub she handed me was cold. I pushed back and said it was cold, that I had ordered a baked sub. She replies that it is cold because it has been ready for a long time. Really? That would mean they made the sub well before I ordered it. At what point do you start to get nasty with the clerk? Rather than check it out, she wants to tell me why it is cold. I shook my head and left. Life is too short to argue with stupid people. Got home and guess what...that sub was NOT baked...not one second in the oven. Someone needs some training. read more

Flyers was offering a Monday night special on their Italian subs last night so my husband and I decided to try one. We'd had their pizza on occasion, but had never had any of their subs before. I have got to say, that was probably the BEST sub I have ever eaten in my entire life! It was so fresh and absolutely delicious! And it was much bigger than I expected as well. You ever hear the saying "It takes a lot of balls to golf like me." Well, it takes a lot of olives to charge $20 for a pizza this awful. If this pizza was free I wouldn't be upset, I would say "you get what you pay for." however, for this money....shut this place down. Our pizza had a tangy, really sweet taste that overpowered everything. If you put a gun to my head and asked me to reverse engineer the pizza sauce, I would say ketchup with white sugar and a whole lot of screw-the-customer. Save yourself the money. I gave my address multiple times for a delivery order and the girl on the phone said she couldn't find my address. I told her we were in a subdivision a couple of miles down the road from them. She said they wouldn't be able to deliver and to call the other locations in the area. I must say we ordered the trio the other night and the pizza was the most outstanding pie we've had in West Jeff to date. Their sauce is always rich and slightly sweet, balanced with the freshest veggies & quality sausage. Their ingredients don't get dumped from a can.
