They all offer their own special way of preparing Chinese food that generally tastes very different than what we found on our 2025 trip to mainland China. I'll pass on writing much about our experience at Uncle Chong's and hope you look up the previous post. The pictures were added incorrectly so I inserted new versions. Both dishes were served with a smile and very generous servings! However, the four shrimp in the kung pao and the very limited amount of vegetables in the chow mien was a disappointment.
