I contacted the company and got a quick response from Miguel, the owner, to set up an appointment for an estimate. After meeting with Miguel, I gave him an idea of what I had in mind, and he took accurate measurements of my property. Miguel gave me estimates on the use of different materials: wood, aluminum, galvanized steel and vinyl. After giving Miguel a budget I could work with, he presented me the options of using natural premium redwood (stained and sealed) with powder coated galvanized steel posts. Miguel was very easy to work with, and I like how he offered his input to further enhance my vision of what I wanted. Miguel is very efficient, along with his coworker, and he takes great pride in providing a quality product. He always kept me in the loop regarding each work phase, and was quick to address any of my questions. Best Gates and Fencing does not rush their jobs. For my project, they work in phases, and it was great to see my fence project come to life, so to speak. In the end, I was extremely in awe of the transformation Best Gates and Fencing provided. My custom-designed railing (64 linear feet) was hot-dip galvanized and took about six weeks from start to finish. Paul recommended a matte black finish because the hot-dip process can leave slight irregularities, but it ensures the metal will never rust. He was absolutely right--the final result is stunning. The railing was installed the day before my birthday party, and we made it just in time. All of my guests and neighbors were blown away by how beautiful everything turned out.
