By far my favorite Auto shop in Orange County. I needed to get my brakes serviced and Francisco gave my car a quick assessment and gave me an estimate for my brakes. You're going to need to make an appointment because Francisco and crew seem to be very busy. I came into my appointment and it took the exact amount that he said it would and he even replaced my brake light for free! First off, I'm really bad with what's going on in a car. I'm a girl (I know I shouldn't generalize but it can't be helped) and I know basically almost nothing at all, except how to check the oil. This place is wonderful to go to. At first you might get lost trying to get here but once you find it, you'll never forget where it is. It's been a while since I've gotten my car looked at when I talked to Franco, I thought man, it's going to be a lot, I don't have the money, what am I going to do. Great guy that Franco is, he took a look at my car while I waited in the waiting room. It's a plus the waiting room, there's free WiFi, lollipops, it's a cool place to hang while the car is being looked at. So while he was looking at the car, I was able to chill and catch up with my friends (on my phone). He came and he showed me what was going on with my car. I mean, it's hard to trust people nowadays with your car but that's not the case at FNP. He went into detail of what was going on with my car and what I needed to get fixed now and what I could hold off until I got the money. He lets you know the very best material that fit with the car or if it can be fixed with non brand name. He knows what he's doing with cars and he won't settle less for making sure you're car is good to go when leaving the shop. I don't have all the money in the world to spend, I have a budget and I was able to work with that and get what I needed fixed in my car. He tells you how it is and you can feel the honesty when your talking to him. Plus I got to learn a thing or two about cars and how they run. I wouldn't go anywhere to get my car looked at. Not when you know that it's honest people you're dealing with. If any of my friends needed help with cars, I'll refer them to FNP right away. read more

Francisco provides an extremely high level of customer service. I was referred to FNP by a friend and was glad I followed through on the recommendation. My car was due for a variety of service items, each of which Francisco identified and documented for me with notes, print-outs, photos, and google drive files (regardless of whether I was going to have his shop do the work on my car). His level of detail is unlike any other. He also clearly articulated the processes required for my car without belittling me or confusing me. As a female, I am always considered about being spoken down to or taken advantage of when it comes to mechanics. This is not the case at FNP. Francisco presented all of the work that was required on my vehicle and then outlined the priorities so I did not have to spend so much money upfront. Additionally, he called another mechanic shop from which I received a lower quote, so that he could make sure they were pricing out the same products and services AND he worked with me on my budget without compromising service or quality. I really appreciate the extra time he took to do this. What's more, when I went to pick up my car, there was an adorable photo of his family and note (and a lolipop!) to thank me for being a customer. Probably the best auto servicing place you can go to in all of Southern California. I've been to many places to get my car serviced and the general consensus is that most places try to nickle and dime you but this place is anything but helpful! My boyfriend had been telling me for months to come check out this place, I have not been able to go until over the weekend when I really had to take my car in. All I needed was to get an oil change done, but he went ahead and checked out my entire car! I needed to get my headlights replaced but haven't bothered with them but he noticed it and was kind enough to replace them for me. By the time my car was finished, he had printed out a full detailed copy of was done was done and what needs to be done in the future and explained to me in full detail what each item meant. Most places do print out copies of what they had done to your car and they also recommend what needs to be done but to include a full detailed synopsis and making sure you understand the language, most places don't offer that type of service. How awesome is that?! I really cannot emphasis how amazing this place is. Now, i refuse to take my car to any other mechanic. FNP Auto goes above and beyond in customer service! Whenever I need an oil change, I'm always searching around for the current best deal and service. Well I can confidently say my search has ended forever. After I booked their last appt for the day, and got lost, and was phoned twice but my phone was being stupid, I finally found the storefront and was greeted at the doorway with a friendly smile. I seriously was afraid they'd turn me down and have me reschedule but they thought it'd be fine so I quickly filled out a clipboard and was offered cold water and jello snacks. They took my keys and drove my car around the back garage area. Sitting in the waiting room, there is WIFI, A/C, a basket of phone chargers, magazines, jello snacks, coffee and water station, and a PSA video about car maintenance. I could tell they are super friendly here because I must've been offered water three times- or maybe it was just super hot that day. Any way, time passes by and Francisco calls me back to show me a few things he's found, including a nail in a tire!! This never happens at any other auto shop I've been to!! It was so cool!! It kind of felt like I was on a field trip and I learned so much!! To say the least, I was impressed by his honesty, patience, and thoroughness. And by this time they hadn't even changed the oil yet! So I make some decisions about what they can do to my car and go back to the waiting room. More time passes by and I learn a grip from just watching the video as well and then finally my car is ready. Francisco calls me into the office and goes over EVERYTHING he did, including photos of the before and after, pH tests, engine oil tests, battery test results, leaky things, a fix it plan timeline, information on a factory recall, advised me on tire purchases, so much stuff!! My mind was blown away. Again, I can't stress the great service I've experienced here enough. And I even got a check in deal for $5 off! They definitely deserve the 5 stars and I will be highly recommending this place to friends and family for all their auto care needs. read more

I came in for an oil change and got a visual diagnostic which included enlarged digital photos and an good explanation of what is going on. Got a very decent estimate and plan on coming back to get it fixed. I'm SO impressed with the customer service. My favorite part, of course, is Francisco's service. Went in for an oil change, and since it was my first time Franco asked if he could do a complete check up on the car (free of course). He kept checking in with me, asking if it was okay if he took the time to check a few more things, did I need anything, etc. Very polite and considerate, and afterwards he took me to my car and SHOWED me everything he checked, what the results were and what that means for my car. He pointed out what I could ignore, what needs attention soon, and what was fine but will need attention eventually. His approach is so helpful, because not only do I feel like I know exactly how my car is doing, but it helps me to budget and plan ahead instead of waiting for stuff to break. I'm sure most of us don't really budget our car maintenance too well. But now I know for my first upcoming oil change, I should also replace my battery. For my second one, I'll probably need no additional work on my car, and for my third one, my brakes will probably need servicing. I pretty much have an outline of my expected car expenses for the year, and I know James is getting exactly what he needs. (Oh yeah, my car's name is James. I love James.) Tip: call ahead - not necessary, but sometimes Franco's out running errands for the shop, plus he likes to make sure he has the best parts and supplies needed for YOUR car. Very personal service, I feel like Franco cares as much about James as I do. Well, almost. No one can love James like I do.
