Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again.

While it won't undo the 1-star, I think if you look at this companies litany of reviews against the bad ones you'll probably find they're a reputable company. Reviewers......Bad reviews in the 1-2 star range should be reserved for bad EXPERIENCES with the companies services directly. Not because they're unable to give you an estimate. I stay up night's worrying about this. The salesperson was very professional, but I'm certain we paid way more than if we'd have chosen a company that would have taken at least 2 days, minimum, so we could at least have a clue as to what occurred under the tile. Glad it's done but disappointed at not knowing or seeing what they did under the tile. Oh and I never received a detail estimate of labor and materials or tax charged. Disappointed that we didn't take our time with this purchase.
