What I loved most about the experience was just how low-key it felt: Stepping into most other mattress stores sometimes feels like being thrown to the sharks at a car dealership, but Sev was politely present as we rolled around on a variety of different beds, giving us just enough space to discuss what we liked or didn't like but making it clear that he was available to us if we had any questions, which we frequently did. We ended up staying for about an hour just testing out a bunch of different mattresses and ultimately what sold us the combination of finding a really great bed and realizing that the owners truly believe in giving you the best experience possible. When Sev gave us quotes for each of the three mattresses we were considering, we were really surprised by how competitive they were and how generous the return policy was as well. He even threw in a pillow that we had been eyeing for free! You can tell these guys are really committed to the customer experience and aren't worried about upcharging you for your mattress, which happens frequently elsewhere and results in stressful bargaining. I explained my situation and said that I needed a firm and supportive mattress. He took us to a few beds to try. We even tried the expensive Tempur-pedic mattress. That didn't work for me as it was too soft. We ended up between two more traditional styles and I ended up with the Airloom. Adis was very patient and explained the pros and cons of each mattress for us. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we made up our own minds and feel we got the best one for us.
