We have moved an hour and 15 minutes away and they now will not give me six pills to get him through until we can get him to a new vet on Tuesday. And while I was on the phone, Megan, asked me if I wanted to pay our past due care plan. No. Because I canceled that care plan because of this kind of nonsense. All I was asking for was 6 days of pills and we will be lucky if our cat makes it through the weekend. Thank you. I have never met a more heartless veterinarian's office. If you care about your pet staying alive, do not take them there because if you ever have an emergency they don't care.

They have an app that makes scheduling appointments a breeze & have competitive pricing. It's about $30 for a nail trim. They treat your pets like family and have always taken very good care of my dog Nova.. she doesn't allow me to trim her nails at home so I always take her here & they always have her back out very quickly and I never hear her scream for them like she does with me! The only reason why they are not getting five complete stars is because at times the receptionist will prioritize the phone customers over the in store customers that are standing right in front of them.

I'm in the same boat. You all need to apply for a care credit card and have it on hand, you cannot go into a vet and pay half there and half later it's just the fact it's not Dr. Patel being ignorant. He is a very compassionate man towards my dog so when he tells you he can't have a payment plan it's your fault, especially if you are reading this and don't apply for a care credit card. I had to take my dog to the emergency room the other night down the street. They cleaned me out because he had seizures tomorrow morning. I will be walking into see Dr. Patel to tell him everything he gives it to me straight, tells me the price tells me what I can get by to pacify my dog and always has been. I moved away to the beaches area. I still commute to him his medicine that he distributes out of there is at a very fair price try going somewhere else and getting it. It will cost you sometimes twice as much. I can't say anything better than Dr. Patel other than I wish he was a 24 seven emergency care when he is out of town. He has other veterinarians that are very compassionate that sit in for him. my dog has heart problems and now has to be put on a seizure medication as the emergency room at blue pearl down the street says which is another excellent place so do not complain about a man who is running a tight knit business and doing it well he is reasonably priced in is thorough my Chihuahua BuBu is well taken care of by him. His medication's cost about 65% of which other vets have charged. He has stated the art equipment. He is a veterinarian that doesn't have a bunch of decorations on the walls. He just takes care of animals and has taken care of my dog for years since he is opened do not complain about price or that he can't put you on a payment plan get a care credit card use it here and there because it will cut you off if you don't use it and if you have an extensive problem with your animal, they will cover it. Yes, it is about 20% on the dollar but what are you going to do when your fur baby is in peril and you go in there and the bill is $2000 and you only have 500 bucks in your pocket so give this man a break he is awesome.

I am disabled so the abundant handicap parking and accessibility makes it an ease for me to bring my babies in. Rather I bring my fur babies in to have their nails cut, to have vaccinations, or even when it came time to spay our newest family member, I was always met with professionalism and compassion. They even call the next day to check on my animals. When it came time to put our 15-year-old Pitbull down, Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital connected us with a very nice team which allowed us to say goodbye to her at home. The office called the following week to make sure the animals were handling her passing and to see how they were and even wanted to make sure I was doing okay with her passing. Their prices are fair, parking is ample, the office is clean, the staff is professional, and the doctors are compassionate. I cannot imagine taking my babies anywhere else.

After giving this office multiple chances, I've decided it's time to find a new veterinarian for my…read moredog. At my dog's two-year wellness exam, I specifically brought up his ongoing itchy skin because I wanted it evaluated. They took him to the back for routine testing, brought him back, and then immediately started checking us out. I actually had to remind them that I had concerns about his skin. The first recommendation was simply to buy a different shampoo, and another veterinarian later suggested giving him over-the-counter human allergy medication. At no point did anyone actually examine his skin, which was the entire reason I brought up the concern. I left feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously. The second experience was just as disappointing. We ordered my dog's flea prevention through a third-party pharmacy, which reached out to the clinic for prescription authorization. My husband also contacted the office. Days went by with no response from the clinic to either us or the pharmacy. We finally had to call ourselves to find out what was going on, only to be told they had received the request but that we needed to come in to pick up a written prescription. That's completely understandable if it's their policy, but why not simply communicate that when the request came in instead of leaving us wondering for days? Good communication and thorough care are so important when it comes to our pets, and unfortunately those are the areas where this clinic consistently fell short for us. I gave them multiple opportunities because I wanted it to work out, but after these experiences, I'll be transferring my dog to another veterinarian. I hope this feedback helps the practice improve their communication and attentiveness to their patients and their owners.

The staff were great. He received such a welcome and was immediately given love and made to feel very comfortable. The scale is right up front and weight is taken immediately upon arrival. It's nice to not have your dog taken away to get that done. The love continued once in our room which the staff makes absolutely sure is clean and ready for your pet.
