Went in for software update install that is so large needs to be dome at dealer. Said they did it. Did not. Sat around for the four and a half hours was not installed. At first said does not exist after call to onstar after going home verified existence and number we told them was correct build number SQBR6. And 86277880. Less than 6 months later and less than 1000 miles driven engine light and inspection shows evap leak, which will need extensive inspection and cost to find and repair leak. Folsom Buick GMC response, they don't see the issue with this , bring it in a we'll fix it. 265.00 to diagnose and whatever the cost is on top of that to repair.Stay away, the upsells should have been a warning to walk away, the service is the reason to never go back. read more

I would never buy anything from this dealership solely on their incompetent service department. There was a recall on my car in July 2023. Once the part was made available, I called and they ordered it. I was sent an email that the part was in with my appointment time. After I dropped my car off, i got a voicemail that they didn't have the part. This was on 8/8/24. I have requested a call back multiple times with no return call. I called another dealership and the recall corporate office who said that no one else can order the part because my VIN number has already been ordered. This is an airbag issue that could not only kill me but anyone in my car. I am even considering selling my car because I'm worried about the safety of my family and they do not car at all. I can't even get a call. I'm not sure where to go from here except tell everyone I know NOT to do business here. read more
