I had an exceptional dining experience at the Fondue restaurant in Milford. Dalton, our server, provided phenomenal service, enhancing the overall enjoyment. The atmosphere was captivating, adorned with incredible finishing touches. The food was not only delicious but also delivered a unique and memorable fondue experience. A five-star gem worth revisiting. **It is pricey, (we did the Valentine Special which was super nice and we'd do it again for the occasion), but outside of that, it is pricey for the portion sizes in our opinion.**

Indulge in a delightful dining experience at Fondue, where the menu boasts an array of delectable options. Start your meal with tantalizing starters like the chef's charcuterie, pupu platter, steamed shrimp, chicken satay, or a Cajun seafood boil. For salad lovers, choose from their house salad, Caesar salad, Cobb salad, or the South of the Border salad, all of which can be upgraded with chicken, shrimp, or filet mignon.  Fondue lovers will be delighted to find that the restaurant offers both package options and individual courses. The package for two includes a cheese course, entrée, and chocolate course, accompanied by a salad. Alternatively, you can opt to choose each course separately, all of which are designed for two people.  The cocktail menu at fondue. is truly unique, featuring enticing options like the "On a Cloud," a fruit-based drink topped with cotton candy, and the famous EasySpeak smoked old fashioned.  At every table and the bar, guests can enjoy the interactive experience of cooking their own food on burners. The restaurant provides a wide range of sauces to complement your meal.  When it comes to the cheese course, you'll be spoiled for choice with options like classic Swiss, Wisconsin-aged cheddar, bacon cheddar ranch, fontina, spinach and artichoke, or South of the Border. The cheese course also includes an assortment of dippers such as broccoli, carrots, peppers, Granny Smith apples, and more.  The entrée options are equally enticing, with choices like classic vegetable, the fondue. signature, steakhouse bone broth, Eastern Shore, Pad Thai, or Tikki Masala. Dippers for the entrée course include shrimp, chicken, filet mignon, mushrooms, fingerling potatoes, broccoli, and celery. For those seeking a premium experience, upgraded proteins like maple leaf duck breast, fresh-water lobster tail, fresh octopus medallions, or Iberico pork tenderloin are available.  Indulge your sweet tooth with the chocolate course, where you can choose from milk, dark, or white chocolate. The chocolate can be further customized with specialty flavors like s'mores, caramel turtle, Reese's bomb, or Spike it Up. The Spike It Up version offers the option of flambeed bourbon or spiced rum.  The ambiance at fondue. is warm and inviting, with cozy seating arrangements perfect for a romantic date night or a fun night out with friends. The restaurant also offers private dining options for special occasions or events. The service provided at Fondue was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The waiter assigned to our table was not only efficient, but also incredibly prompt in attending to our needs. Whether you're a fondue aficionado or trying it for the first time, fondue promises a memorable dining experience with its delicious food, unique cocktails, interactive cooking style, and inviting atmosphere. Come indulge in a culinary adventure at Fondue today!

What a phenomenal, bustling, involved restaurant right in the heart of downtown Milford. Fondue is exactly what it's namesake says, fondue! And we fon did. We got the dinner for two which had a cheese appetizer, salad course, dinner with trio of proteins (chicken, fillet, and shrimp) in your choice of broth, and dessert. Everything is delicious and customizable. There's a multitude of cheeses to choose from, broths, and and extensive list of extras to add on to your meal to enhance the experience. However, we're leaving absolutely satiated and satisfied from our fondue experience! I cannot speak highly enough about the waitstaff here. Attentive is not giving them high enough praise. They are friendly, involved, caring, and knowledgeable about their tasty cheese craft. If you have ANY questions of concerns about what's going on, don't like a dipper, or don't know how fondue works, they will take the time to teach, fix, and remedy the situation. We so loved our time at fondue, and are promptly telling everyone to come make a reservation and check out this cheesy delight.

The food was good. It's fun to skewer things and dip them in a tasty cheese sauce. Our service was fine. We just ate at the bar, as we did not have reservations. We enjoyed all the unique charcuterie boards on the walls. We look forward to returning. My only complaint is that they misspelled the name of the building they are in. It used to be a JC Penney store back in the day. It has nothing to do with a "penny". Don't understand why they got this wrong. I find it annoying when history is changed, and wish they would correctly reflect the actual history of this building.

Fondue was an amazing experience. Definitely will be back. Drinks as amazing, & the cheese / chocolate was my favorite part! Service was also great!

Parking is easy, beautiful interior and GREAT FUN food! Taylor was our food guide extraordinaire!!! We were a party of 5, had an assortment of appetizers (all good if not GREAT) and got the 4 course fondue dinner. I admit, it was A LOT of food. I would say that the traditional cheese fondue was the highlight, along with the dessert fondue. I mean the cheese was what one dreams about when thinking about Swiss cheese. Check the picture!! I did not get many other pictures...because we were eating it. The chocolate fondues were great too. We had dark chocolate with peanut/Reeses in it. Yum. Everything was paced well and it was a really fun night. Beautiful restaurant and inventive, delicious drinks.

We attended a soft opening event at this new restaurant. First we were greeted by a friendly smile at the door and we were then promptly escorted to our reserved seats. The restaurant was busy (as expected), and there was then usual clatter of plates, drinkware and toasts happening all around. I could hear the oooos and ahhhhsss of the other diners and got to see so many people in various parts of their meals. We had the 4 course experience. It started with an amazing selection of precut veggies, bread & soft pretzels . These were dipped in your choice of cheeses. We opted for the bacon ranch. Secondly, came salads. Next up were the proteins. You choose a selection of proteins that includes, pork, shrimp, beef and chicken. We chose a tasty broth to cook our proteins in. The instructions were clear and concise. Our server was Destiny and she was incredibly helpful. Our last course was dessert! Y'all we opted for the Reese's choc. That decadent choc was paired with fresh rice crispy treats, fresh fruits, cookies and we added the cheesecake bites. This was about a 2 hour experience. It was timed perfectly. I spoke briefly about our amazing server, but i have to tell you everyone that approached the table was amazing. Everyone had a smile, asked if we needed anything, cleared plates and offered refills. I'm excited to see that there are other options, like just coming in for dessert or even coming in and order a salad and some drinks. Y'all they have a beautiful bar and i'm positive I saw someone with an espresso martini. We are so excited to experience more fun dinners and get togethers here.

Food was awesome, service was spectacular and the overall experience was wonderful! Taylor, our server, made it even more special. We will be back.

Overall had a great experience here and would suggest people stop in for themselves…read more We walked in a few nights before Christmas and it appeared to be just finishing a huge rush. Sat relatively fast and our server (forget his name) gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind. We ordered then expecting to wait but the food came out very fast. Everyones meals were excellent, from the pork belly appetizer, burgers, seared fish sandwich, huuge hot dog, and nachos. Our server was very attentive and got us everything we needed quickly. Overall a very good experience and would go again when in town.

**in response to the owners comment, we never met you. We didn't send food back nor did we request…read morenew food, and you, nor anyone else EVER brought me any additional drink on the house. I only had the one I paid for. There's no need to lie, bad days happen. This is not a speakeasy, this is a restaurant cosplaying as a speakeasy. That may be a bit harsh, it's a speakeasy in training. Sure, it's got all of the speakeasy decor, blackout curtains over the windows and doors, and a big selection of pedestrian liquor but it's not quite there. We went in on an early evening on Wed and there were maybe 5 other patrons in there. Our waitress was nice and brought us water to the high top. She brought us two food menus, and a specials menu. I asked for a bourbon list and she brought it; no prices on the list. Annoying. On the specials menu there was a small section of manager recommended drinks and one was a Willet. The way it was written was confusing because it said it was both a 4 year and 14 year for $52, so I asked for clarification on the age statement. She took the menu to the barkeep, who confirmed it was a 14 year so I said yes I'll have that. A drink was brought to me, but I could tell from the taste that it was not what I ordered. I asked the waitress for the bottle, she asked the guy behind the bar for the bottle and he pulled down a willet pot still bottle (pot still is the entry level Willet and at best a 5 dollar pour, no where near what I asked for). I told her that I was given the wrong drink, then she approached the bar and between her, and the male and female bartenders they had a weird back and forth conversation. Then, finally they pulled down the bottle that I asked for, that was advertised, and gave me a pour of it. I asked to see the bottle and the waitress brought it over but held it instead of putting it on the table (it was a 13 year Willet, Paper Trail). As we were about to order we were told that they reset the menu the very day before, with the focus of putting more love and care into the food. Feeling good about that, we ordered the French quarter catfish and the bourbon braised short ribs. The corn that came with the short ribs tasted straight out of a store bought steamable pouch, and the "ribs" weren't ribs at all, just sliced meat. The only redeemable thing about the catfish dish was the aioli; the rice had no flavor, the corn was cold and hard, and the catfish was mostly breading. We both took a few bites and resigned. I have been to many speakeasies around the US, and there are common themes: a much better selection of liquor; 95% of the bourbon were low tier bottles you can find in any liquor store for around $50. Also, when customers ask for the bottle, it isn't because we plan to steal it or drink from it, its because we're genuinely interested in the information on the labels. The quickest way to get people to stop spending money is to make them feel as if they can't be trusted touching a bottle. Perhaps it was an off day for the staff and this wasn't a typical experience, but I won't go back.
