I think it's so cool that you just place your items in the bin and have the total calculated automatically without scanning anything. Definitely bring your own bag though! They charge for paper bags, but they do sell cloth reusable bags, too!

I like his attitude. I was desperately looking for a nice fitting dress shirt and a jacket. I have been suffering from unfitted suits to formal functions. Thank goodness, all events were dark. No one paid any attention to my outfit. But next year, I will be attending an outdoor wedding event. I definitely need something jazzy and snazzy. The only name I know is Jos A Banks. Seriously, I really don't know anyone else sells good looking shirts and jackets. Not to mention, I was wearing Jos A Bank's sweater when I walked in to try on other clothes. I wish I know the salesman's name. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was rookie with formalwear. He took his time to measure my upper body to find me the best fitting suit jacket and dress shirts. He taught me the difference of shirt styles: Slim Fit (definitely not me), Tailored Fit (that's me) and Traditional Fit (I will get there one day). There was a jacket I saw online. As soon as he saw the picture, he guided me to the dinner jacket section. Yup, that's exactly what the picture shows. I sure will come back during the holidays. I know there are some sales coming up. I want to attend more events to show off my updated wardrobe.

I visited this location which was full of staff and every counter had someone available to help me but I was literally told to go to a different counter after speaking to about 3-4 people until someone told me to go upstairs into the men's section to make the return. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Needless to say, I have been discouraged on making purchases from Macy's since their return process is so time consuming and difficult.

I was quoted 20 minutes on the wait time but it ended up being over 30 minutes, which is fine except another buyer came in after me and their buy was completed before mine. I only sold one item for $8, which doesn't make any sense because I have name brand items and they are in better and cleaner condition compared to what's in store. Like I said, I probably will not do any selling or buying anytime soon because the integrity and value of this place has really gone down in the last year and a half or so. One of the items I saw on the floor today was a Lululemon workout top for $28 and the biggest problem was that it had a giant stain on it. Granted, you should wash any items you thrift, but it shouldn't be sold on the floor in a dirty condition and for $28. Crazy! Save your time, money, and/or items to sell and go elsewhere unless/until this store location shapes up again and realizes true value and integrity for its items and what's sold in store.

I found it on the website after questioning my own memory of events. I, myself, and my husband have both worked in retail in the past, so I understand being both an employee and a customer. I purchased a wrist and I was told that it is unisex, when I went home on website it clearly says it is men's. I asked them to even exchange for women's watch, i did not ask for my money back. Even the sales person didn't tell me before resizing it that it is not returned after resizing. I purchased $530 wrist watch with false information that it is unisex, and then refused to even exchange it. Never used it, packed as is. Customer service sucks here.
