My 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback was sideswiped on left side. Foothill Auto Body did a excellent job of repairing the car. I took one Star off because when I received my car and after i left, I noticed when I got home there was white fine dust all over the inside of my car. I could see wipe marks on the door panel as if someone wiped quickly over interior door and left white streaks on door panel. A minor interior detail would have been appreciated and have gotten Foothill Auto Body at 5 Star rating. Customer service was average. read more

My car was hit from behind and driven into the car in front of me so I was damaged heavily in the back and minor damage in the front. My AAA insurance uses this place and I didn't even have to go through an insurance inspection to get an amount approval. I simply brought it in and my insurance accepted the bill. Their work was flawless as the car is like new. They even took out a nickel sized dent on the hood as a courtesy. We had a small accident of my car and by AAA we went there for estimates. First time the people there said need more time to check. My husband went there this Monday as they requested, was told theyl short of techs and leave the car there. My husband was back home by there employee dropped him. 2 days later, they let my husband pick up the car which was fixated without let us know. I called manager there, he even said they are so busy even do not need more business that I don't buy it. My husband also be told other side insurance is covering the cost why we should concern. My view is we should be honest for all the parties. If this was our responsibility, we had to pay some might not nessary, the ins rate rise and customers are the looser. I took my car in here because they had done a good job on it in the past. This work was going to be paid out of pocket - not insurance. I simply needed a few dings and the back hood "wing" part painted because it was getting dull. Well, I got an estimate of about $350. I left my car there with some personal belongings inside the glove compartment, trunk, and back seat floor. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up two days later, it had gotten broken into and F.A.B did NOT want to take responsibility over anything! I was very upset about this and I made a police report on the premises. None of the staff/employees ever apologized or gave me any explanation for what happened. All my personal belongings got stolen....it was like if someone cleaned out the inside of my car! It was an awful feeling and they said and did NOTHING about it. Really? I got a gut feeling that other cars had gotten broken into because F.A.B. told me that their night camera's are broken and anyone can climb their fence at night and steal anything. Really? I will NEVER take my car there again. They were very unprofessional about helping me out or even giving me a simple apology for what had happened to my car on their lot. I asked the rude counter lady if their insurance can cover the incident and she rudely told me "No" and said that's why they have a large sign in front explaining they are not responsible for anything that happens to our car. I will never recommend this business to anyone, as I have in the past. My advice to anyone thinking about going to this auto body shop is BEWARE! Don't leave any personal items in your car. Better yet, go someplace else. It's a competitive business and I'm sure that there's another place better than F.A.B. read more

NoNo way would i go back to this place. There customer service is really bad. I thought i would give it a chance because of the reviews but i ended up going else where. It took time for them (5 to 6 people) to acknowledge that i was there, i asked for an estimate and they said they were all busy that i have to make an appointment and come back. I would have liked to see what their work was like but i wasn't able to get passed the first part. I got rear ended and took my car here to get fixed. In the beginning service was great, picking up on the other hand was a pain. The receptionist called my phone and left a voicemail telling me it was done. I called back on my lunch break and told her I'm at work I'll pick it up tomorrow. She then said that I told her I would pick it up today and that she already notified insurance so after today they wouldn't cover the rental. I told her that I did not tell her that, she left a voicemail, I was at work and spoke to nobody. She agreed to stay 15 min late bc of her mistake so I could pick it up after work. I had a last minute emergency at work to handle but rushed over there and still made it within the 15 min. Except she didn't even stay for me like she said. Fortunately someone was there closing, possibly the manager, so I got my car. I then had to go return my car rental that night.
