I was the patient of the same dentist for 10+ years. Unfortunately we had a couple of recent 'hiccups' and my trust in her slowly declined. An old crown fell off , was re-installed incorrectly and was now causing major issues. After some dentist-fear-freak-out I finally set out to find a new dentist and scoured the internet for weeks. I finally braved up, called Foothill Smiles to set up an apt and was in the office a couple of days later. Dr. Sadri and his staff made me feel safe and welcome from the minute I stepped in the door. As suspected, the tooth now needed to be extracted, to have an implant placed. I ended up having surgery elsewhere, and the final work finished with Dr.Sadri. I've been a patient with foothill smiles for a year and am happy to say my dental anxiety is back to close to none. All treatments have been 100% painless, Dr. Sadri is always up front and honest and him and his assistants all show excellent bedside manners. Foothill Smiles is unfortunately not in my network, however they've been gracious to work with me on treatment fees. My review is in communication issues only. I have no experience nor criticism of the dental services offered. All email bounced back, full or not in use. Answer phone service only after calling multiple times of the day over several weeks. Went in person to the office during advertised opening hours, closed and non-one on site. Conflicting phone numbers and all forwarded to voicemail. The number on the door is different to the one on Yelp/website. So, I just gave up and went to The big beautiful dental office in front of it next to the carpark. They were great and got my business. Several days after leaving a critical phone message regarding the lack of seemingly personnel to take calls, be at the dental clinic during advertised open hours, and an email address that bounces, I got several calls from both numbers. I ignored the calls because I don't want to deal with an almost traumatic dental issue with a dentist I couldn't get hold of over the span of time and methods I used. For those working there or owning the business, due to my negative experience just trying to get through on the phone, email, and visiting in-person, while feeling pretty desperate, you have lost around $40k of revenue from treatment. Please improve your system in order to put potential patients, who are already nervous, at ease. Thank you. -------------- After reading the reply stating factual inaccuracies in my original review, I will be glad to forward the email bounce back to another email address. I stand by what I said to be accurate, including the various phone numbers online and on the door, and the fact the office was closed without any notice on a day it was supposed to be open. I had my first visit at Foothill Smiles today. For the majority of my adult life, I have had multiple traumatizing experiences with dentists, which has caused a lot of fear and anxiety. When one of my teeth chipped and a wisdom tooth was causing excruciating pain, I decided to look for a new office. When I called I Immediately felt less anxious and heard. And when I went in today, not only was I met with the warmest welcomes, but I didn't feel like just a number on the books. The doctor was so nice and gentle, held conversation, and reassured me multiple times. Together we built an amazing dental plan. I am, for the first time in my 36 years, excited about my teeth and going to the dentist. If money is tight, which for a lot of us it is, don't worry. Let me start by saying I'm terrified of dentists. I always tell my wife I'd rather go for open heart surgery than be in a dentist's chair. Enter Foothill Smiles! Very welcoming environment, the staff is amazingly kind and friendly, starting with Michelle at the front office to Shereen to Dr. Sadri What I really like about Dr. Sadri is that he doesn't make you feel like he's in a rush to go to his next patient. He will take pictures, discuss your care plan, recommendations, and options, and answer as many questions as you have. His work is very gentle and fast, I have to say that after I've completed one crown and 4 filling replacements, I'm almost over my fear of dentists, which is saying a lot given that this has happened only over a 2 week period! They are very upfront with their billing, so there is nothing left to question. They will show you what you will owe (if any) before you even get any work done. I came here for Kor as it was the closest to home that offered it. The owner, techs, and receptionist were all friendly and did what they could to make me happy. I'm pretty sure you'll get the best bang for your buck here for Kor whitening. For those with long term staining, you need to get Kor. I don't have bad teeth but they definitely did not respond well to normal whitening (I tried Zoom but they dont last). Kor actually lasts and you have to give it time for it to stay white. During the whitening process progress might seem slow but it's been white after I finished everything. No whitening strips or bleaching toothpaste and I can smile confidently without having to think twice about my teeth. One less daily distraction! Thank you Foothills Smiles! read more

The 2 things I value in a Dentist are honesty and skill. You don't always know about skill until after the fact but Dr. Sadri came highly recommended. Now that it's after the fact, I can say he is good. What I took away from him the most is he is very honest. My previous dentist said my daughters tooth needed a filing. It didn't sound right to me because it is a baby tooth and would soon fall out. Dr. Sadri explained why it's best not to fill it. I appreciate that. Dr. Sadri is also passionate about Dentistry. You can see and hear his excitement to help you.
