This place is located in the outlets across from Bass Pro Shops in Orlando. The restaurant pays tribute Ford trucks and it is obvious right away as you approach the restaurant. Once inside you can't miss all the Ford memorabilia including a truck over the bar. This is a burger joint with a full menu of burgers, sides and various drink options. The burger has a Ford logo branded in the bun which is cool to see. DON'T TIP...A SERVICE CHARGE IS AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED TO YOUR BILL. Really fun and tasty place to eat

This was a really great experience! The service was quick and on top of it - drink refills, sauces, etc. by the team were consistent. The inside was super fun - when you walk in, look up! The pretzel was delicioso! Done but crusty on the outside. The cheese was a little lame and flavorless but the pretzel itself was amazing. The burger was perfection!!! Full of flavor and juicy. I ordered mine well done with fries. The burger and fries weren't hot when they first came out but our wonderful waitress was more than happy to heat it up for me. When it was hot again it was wonderful!!!! This was a great stop while we were in Orlando.

This is the second Ford's Garage that I've been to. The food is good and prices are reasonable. There are also lunch specials. If you like cars, you'll love the ambiance. There was a full Model T above the bar, and the bathroom is worth a trip to the restaurant in itself. This location applies a 20% surcharge for their wait staff, which works in teams. They are upfront about this.

Came in for lunch for burgers. It has a cool atmosphere with car details around. The staff were really nice. We gotten the bbq and garlic parmesan wings. Cooked to perfection and full of flavor! 2 burgers weren't completely correct but it was ok and easy fix. I ordered the estate burger medium rare but it was a bit more rare. I didnt bother sending back as the restaurant got more busy. I still ate it and it was good! Note: automatic 20% gratuity gets added to the checks

Average food in a fun environment. I had a Monte Cristo - Crispy Country White Bread Filled with Black Forest Ham, Swiss Cheese, and Bacon Slices, Topped with Powdered Sugar, Served with Raspberry Preserves for dinner. Yes, dinner. You don't see that often on a menu and it made me happy. They drill you when you come in about team service and the automatic gratuity. Neither point bothered our table. Overall service was attentive and I don't personally mind the automatic tip. I would rather just not come back to a place than mess around with tip percentages if I am unhappy.

It was the day after Christmas so the shopping center was busy, but I was happy to find plenty of seating at the bar at Ford's. We were greeted promptly by the bartender. I appreciate that they explained their service model just to make sure that everyone is clear about what to expect. My husband and I ordered two cool draft beers and I love that they have the Cooling drink strip to keep your drinks cold very cool. For our appetizer, we had the bang bang shrimp, which was pretty good. It had a nice tempura batter that I liked and wasn't overly greasing. For my main I had the Thai chicken salad, which was very good. All the vegetables were fresh and they gave the right amount of dressing in my opinion. My husband enjoyed his burnt and sandwich. The beef was tender and it had good flavor. We had a great time watching the football game while having a meal.

Nice! We visited during our little shopping trip and stopped in for a pint. We ordered their fried pickles and cheese curds. The food was great! Came paired with spicy chipotle ranch and cucumber wasabi dipping sauces. Really yummy! They have a fair beer selection as well as wine and spirits. Surprisingly reasonable considering how cool it was on the inside. Nice old model T Ford themed with lots of cool little commodities like the fuel pump water spouts in the bathroom! The service was timely and very very friendly. Excited to go back!

Overall the meal was pretty good! I wasn't quite sure what to expect coming here as I knew it was a chain restaurant, but it was pretty good. The food had good flavor and the server was great in recommending things I liked. The restaurant itself interestingly themed, but it's something different that you don't typically have in most places. I would note that the chips weren't very flavorful, and definitely need to be dipped in something. It was also frustrating when we were trying to leave and couldn't get the server to get our check.

We stopped in for lunch today at the Ford Garage while shopping. We love Ford's Garage! Everything we've ordered at Ford's Garage has not disappointed (other than their milkshake size vs cost). Today I got the Estate Burger which was made with Smoked Gouda Cheese, Sweet Red Onion Marmalade, Arugula, Tomato, Crispy Onion Straws, and White Truffle Bacon Aioli on a Brioche Bun. Wow this is an awesome burger! Great flavor! Definitely recommend Ford's Garage and the Estate Burger! Love how they decorate the restaurant with Ford memorabilia items. Also our waitress (Precious) was great!

Our food was very good and perfect. I highly recommend visiting here. If Kaitlyn is behind the bar, sit there and enjoy conversation along with great service!! The one downside is the 20% service charge to customers. Claiming that the staff gets commission off of sales numbers. I don't believe that to be fair unless they're giving the staff the full amount. I understand the foreign people that come here don't fully understand tipping as we do. I think there could be a way to deal with that. But not take 20% and not fully share it.

Started off well. Food was excellent. Presentation was nice. Service was good. But then we got the check. It had no tax or any other numbers except the total amount. Be aware that this establishment charges a 20% fee for service. Not tip. Service. In Texas we call that the tip. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he insisted it was to accommodate the whole staff and it was not the tip. I would not ever eat here again because of this and I did enjoy the food. I gave our waiter cash just for her tip. read more

Okay, it looks like it's been 7 months since we were here last. My last review was less than stellar. I will leave it at that. Today is a new day. After some shopping, of course, some food, drinks, and air conditioning is a great way to end the day. This time, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were able to grab a seat at the bar. Granted, it was at the end of a Sunday brunch,so of course,it's busy. It looked like there was only one bartender working. That can be a bad sign. Not this time. Presliegh (I hope I spelled it right) seemed to be running the bar by herself. She deserves some credit, and I hope the higher ups realize that she is definitely an asset. The food was fine, nothing to complain about. Overall, it was an enjoyable break from shopping. Definitely a change from our last trip here. Also, I do have to say that Presliegh was great, for only one person and a full bat, she was kicking butt. I hope management reads this. read more

Absolutely incredible experience at Ford's Garage. Our server Javi was outstanding. He took great care of us and made the whole meal feel special. I ordered the High Octane Burger with the jalapeño creamed corn, and honestly, if I were on death row, this would be the last meal I'd want. That burger was perfect. The flavor, the way it was cooked, everything. And that jalapeño creamed corn... unbelievable. Ford's Garage delivered, but Javi made it unforgettable. We loved our experience at Ford's Garage at the Orlando Outlets (International Drive)!They do things a little differently here--instead of one server, the entire team takes care of you, and a 20% gratuity is built in. At first I wasn't sure what to expect, but it ended up being one of the best service experiences we've had. Mindy was so sweet and welcoming, and the whole team was incredibly attentive. Someone was always nearby if we needed anything, our drinks stayed full, and everything came out quickly without ever feeling rushed. The food did not disappoint--my husband loved the pulled pork, and I had the fried pickles and crispy chicken wings, which were all fantastic. We just ate at this location, The food was nothing exciting. I do not like that onion was left off my burger, However, Haley, our server was so hospitable. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and the decor is just like a garage and adds to the overall experience. The worst parts of the experience were (1) my husband's ribs which he said had no smoke and tasted like the crispy edge of a Bubba Burger...ewww. Finally found a great spot to eat some fresh quality food with fantastic service! Host was friendly and our server was a delight! This place has the coolest classic cars right outside the restaurant and one right above the bar! And the bathroom is the coolest I have ever seen, you seriously have to take a look now for the food! We had a variety of plates from tri tip to berries and Gorgonzola shrimp salad with strawberry vinaigrette, kids burger, bbq brisket burger and a pasta chicken dish that was delicious! You seriously won't regret going here, prices are reasonable and a great portion that will leave you full. Javi was a fantastic server!! We are locals shopping at the outlets and this was our first time at Ford's. We we thought it was going to be touristy and underwhelming, and WOW. Were we wrong! The service from Javi and the quality of food here proved to be anything but. The fried pickles were incredible, zero grease and a perfectly crispy crust that was seasoned very well. My partner had the cheeseburger and I had a chopped chicken salad and both were excellent! We will definitely return for the food, but most certainly we will be back for the service! I went to Ford's Garage Grill for lunch and was informed upfront that a 20% service fee would be added to the bill. I asked if that fee counted as the tip, and they confirmed that it did. The food was good, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the service was good as well. However, when the bill arrived, our waiter explained that the 20% service fee does not go to him and instead is distributed to receptionists and kitchen staff. He then mentioned that if I was happy with his service, I could leave him an additional tip on the receipt. That came as a surprise. The original 20% service fee didn't bother me much since I typically tip around that amount anyway, but being asked to tip on top of a 20% service fee felt excessive. I did leave an additional tip, but the experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning. read more

Huge fan of Ford's Garage and was in the area of the International Drive location so we were excited to pop in for dinner. The food and service were excellent, as always, but we're extremely disappointed with the mandatory 20% service charge. The hostess mentioned it when we came in, but she was very soft-spoken and it was difficult to hear her over the music. Later, we asked our server about it, but he made it sound like he wouldn't get any of the mandatory tip, so we reluctantly gave him the same amount. Our bill was sky high as a result. For something like this, there should at least be a printed card at the table that explains it. As presented, it was all very misleading. This was my first experience at a Ford's Garage and it was a great one! We sat at the bar, the bartender was attentive and knowledgeable. I am pregnant so I was very happy to see mocktails, I ended up getting the "margarita" and it was SO good! It really hit the spot and I felt like I was drinking a real marg. We both ordered sandwiches and they exceeded our expectations. Both were great portions and tasted great. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and my partner got a burger. Overall we were both very impressed and happy about the prices too. We assumed this location, being in the middle of the tourist area that it would be inflated pricing but the prices were very reasonable! For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. We had a reservation and it was no issue with getting seated within minutes of arrival. Our server was the BEST we ever experienced and thats a huge statement; The class, professionalism, charm and amazing energy of Jackie Forbes is TOP Notch. She is absolutely EPIC. She made our birthday celebrtion so very special from start to finish. The chefs are extremely talented!!! Every item we ordered was STELLAR!!! Bread service is complementary and delicious. The lump crab cake is one of the best ever!!! Cocktails were tremendously delicious!! Each entrée was beautifully plated and definitely delicious. Freshness and quality are a priority here and it's obvious. One of the sides were not available BUT the chef/kitchen made provisions and got the key ingredients quickly to the restaurant and we were able to enjoy the selection after all. Ford's Garage at the Orlando Outlet is absolutely amazing! My family and I decided to stop by after a day of shopping, and it was the best decision ever. The restaurant's vintage automotive theme is so unique and fun, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was Michell, our server! From the moment we sat down, Michell treated us like royalty. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick, making sure everything was perfect. She gave us fantastic recommendations (the Model 'A' burger is a must-try!) and had such a positive energy that made everyone at the table feel great. She was especially kind and patient with our kids, who absolutely adored her. Michell's service was flawless, and she made us feel right at home. She's truly the best server in the world! If you visit Ford's Garage in Orlando, make sure to sit in her section. Thanks to her, our meal was much more than just dinner--it was an experience. We'll definitely be back! I usually just add pics of the food, and complain if it is bad, well today I visited Fords garage Orlando Fl outlet mall, at first I thought it strange they wanted to almost warn me about a gratuity of 20% added to the bill,, well I live in Oklahoma The Bible Belt, we believe in tipping good for good service. Well today it's all talk about service and I just want to say "well done" . we travel often and the state we were in a couple of weeks ago truly lacked service not to mention bad food, I didn't waste any photos on their food, but Cherlin and her team were fantastic, no food pics needed- don't get me wrong, the food was great and I usually overload the pics, but today I want to commend great service, an art that has been lost in today's market...so captain Cherlin, here's to you! *****FIve Stars! read more

Fresh off the airplane from NJ and our first stop was Ford's Garage at the International Premium Outlets. They've done a great job with this location - so much ambiance and theming it sucks you in. But what makes a location is the people that believe in the company mission statement and deliver to the consumer - Jailen is one of those few and far between people. From the welcome, through the drink order, food delivery and follow up you could tell that he takes what he does to heart and with pride. Food was amazing! Didn't expect it from a sports bar. Service was insane, I think I met 7 different servers that night. They definitely don't slack when it comes to service. But I think the highlight of the whole experience was our bartender Gladys. She was attentive and extremely friendly. She gave us recommendations and made us feel like we were VIP guests. She was absolutely amazing and we will definitely come back, if not for the food , at the very least, for the welcoming feeling that we received when we were unsure of how the atmosphere would be. read more

I had an amazing experience at Ford's Garage thanks to Khaleeh! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who delivers service with both professionalism and genuine warmth, but Khaleeh did just that. He really went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. We went for Saturday brunch with a party of 11. Our server was Haley P. She did a phenomenal job taking care of us from getting our drinks right away to getting everyone's orders correct, out quickly and hot and fresh. We had burgers, chicken fingers, ahi tuna, breakfast burritos and the pretzel appetizers. All the food was delivered hot and fresh and Haley checked on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely go to Ford's again and ask for Haley for our server! My wife and I stopped in for dinner after a day at Universal. We were welcomed by the staff and taken to a booth right away. Emma was our main server this visit and was very pleasant. She took care of our drink, appetizer and main course orders. Service was fast and friendly. Refills were provided without the need to ask. Being a Ford fan, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was delicious as always! This was our first time at this location. We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Javi! what an amazing experience! we were in Orlando and I was searching restaurants, never heard of this place, I saw there were 4.6 stars looked at the menu and decided this is where I'm taking my family. We met Javi, our waiter, fantastic server and knowledgeable about the restaurant!!! The service was amazing, the food was really good, and the prices were very reasonable! Our Server Joelis and her team were awesome! We have been to Ford's Garage in St Pete, and near our home in Fort Myers. This new one in Orlando did not disappoint. We were shopping today at the outlet mall, and saw it was open and knew we wanted to stop in. We had the cheese "curbs" and onion rings. For Dinner we had the Burrntt ends sandwich. Had an amazing experience for my first visit. Great service by Kevin who is pays close attention to his customers, never missed a beat on service and friendliness. Met the manager / chef "G" , Germarcus who was top tier personable while making suggestions for meals. Both made us feel like we were family and not just patrons.
