Our water was consistently filled. Multiple people would ask if we were OK or if we needed anything else. My favorite thing was the burnt and brisket melt, during the week between a certain time they have a lunch meal that my sister got it was really good. This was a really great experience! The service was quick and on top of it - drink refills, sauces, etc. by the team were consistent. The inside was super fun - when you walk in, look up! The pretzel was delicioso! Done but crusty on the outside. The cheese was a little lame and flavorless but the pretzel itself was amazing. The burger was perfection!!! Full of flavor and juicy. Location is located at the outlet mall so if you are shopping this would be a great place to pop in and grab a bit to get off your feet. We were greeted right away at the hostess stand where they were upfront with an automatic service charge for all parties. It was not a concern for us so we were seated in a booth and started to look at the menu. We have been to other Ford's Garage locations so we knew how unique the decor was and what was on the menu. Our server had a very large table they were trying to cash out all of the separate checks so the hostess came back to get our drink order and another server stopped by to see if we wanted any appetizers. Once our server got that group chased out she was attentive and very nice. The food was good and we enjoyed our time at this location. It was the day after Christmas so the shopping center was busy, but I was happy to find plenty of seating at the bar at Ford's. We were greeted promptly by the bartender. I appreciate that they explained their service model just to make sure that everyone is clear about what to expect. My husband and I ordered two cool draft beers and I love that they have the Cooling drink strip to keep your drinks cold very cool. For our appetizer, we had the bang bang shrimp, which was pretty good. It had a nice tempura batter that I liked and wasn't overly greasing. For my main I had the Thai chicken salad, which was very good. All the vegetables were fresh and they gave the right amount of dressing in my opinion. My husband enjoyed his burnt and sandwich. This is really the only "sit down and be served" restaurant at the Orlando International Premium Outlets, and we stopped here for lunch. We wanted to sit at the bar, were told seating there was first come/first served, and we found a few open stools right away. This restaurant/bar has an auto-repair garage theme, and the Ford Automotive logo is visible in several places, including this restaurant's branding. There's a complete Model A mounted above the center of the bar, and 2 others parked in front of the entrance. Customers are given cutlery wrapped in napkins that look like old garage rags, and even the restrooms carry on the mechanic's theme, with sinks that look like tires and rims. A unique feature at the bar is the rail of ice along the full length, which customers can sit their drinks on to keep them cold. The menu had plenty of variety and options, and prices were reasonable. We both had a bloody mary to start which were just "OK". I had the Thai chicken salad with peanut dressing which was really good, and my husband had the brisket sandwich and fries which was also good. Service was lacking at times as the 2 bartenders were serving all the customers seated at the relatively large bar, but also working the service bar and making drinks for everyone who was dining at this restaurant. Overall this is a really solid lunch or dinner option, they have plenty of beers on tap and TVs for watching sports, and the theme is one of the more creative and well thought out dining concepts I've seen. read more

Came paired with spicy chipotle ranch and cucumber wasabi dipping sauces. Really yummy! They have a fair beer selection as well as wine and spirits. Do not waste your money on this restaurant. I don't believe I've ever started a review this way in about 250 reviews. I was excited to try this restaurant and researched it out before coming. They tell you up front that they approach service a bit different and have a team approach to provide great service and there is a 20% automatic gratuity added. We were fine with that and we were seated. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and meals from our server captain. That is inaccurate. He was not a server captain, he was our only server. The drinks came out. Appetizers followed a bit later. I liked the buffalo chicken dip, which was the best thing I tasted during the entire dining experience. The nachos were not to my liking, but that I feel is a personal preference because I don't enjoy chipotle, which was the flavor that was most present. We ran out of drinks and our glasses sat empty. Our server was busy taking other orders around us, but nor he or our nonexistent service team came to bring refills. Eventually, we flagged him over and asked for refills. When our food came out, it looked decent. I immediately asked for extra barbecue sauce for my pulled pork sandwich. He said he would bring it but never did. The sandwich was meh and lacked flavor. The jalapeño creamed corn was the most atrocious thing I tasted. I love garlic, but that was all that you could taste. It was extreme to the point of being inedible. When our server came around to start to ask about dessert, we asked for a manager. The manager came over and we expressed our disappointment with the service, which was already mentioned to our server previously as we sat waiting for refills. The manager nodded and blew us off quickly and said he would talk to the team. If even the manager doesn't care about the service, there is no reason to go and pay gratuity for service you don't get.
