The guy behind told me that this happens sometimes and its a glitch. He then made my milkshake and charged me. I told I already paid and he said that I would have to call the Hales Corner WI location and get the refund. I stated that this answer makes no sense. He said that while its through A&W website, it gets funneled through Doordash. I called the Hales Corner location and they told me this is not uncommon, but I have to go through Doordash. After 45 minutes with Doordash CS, who also admits this issue happens from time to time, they threw A&W under the bus. It annoyed me that no one wanted to take responsibility. I then called A&W customer service manytimes with no response. This was Just a downright awful customer service experience all around.
