I was then given DAILY UPDATES on my car repairs via text msgs with ETA's each time (1 OEM part on back order). Upon picking up my car, checking out was quick and I was given further context on my repairs. The staff were all awesome. When I drove off, I immediately tested my car for 1 of the issues I had and found that not only was the problem resolved, MY CAR NOW DRIVES BETTER THAN IT HAS IN YEARS!!!

Mikey from CAH had called one day to check in on how my vehicle was running from work that was done previously by them 3 months prior. I told him car was fine other than this cracked radiator issue. I asked him for a quote for the radiator and thermostat replacement and it was significantly cheaper by a few hundred bucks as to what I was told by the other mechanic. I scheduled an appointment to get it done and when I dropped off the keys Mikey mentioned I should probably get the vehicle cooling system pressure checked just to make sure the problem was the radiator and nothing else. Long story short I went along with the test and the cooling system leak ended up being an old coolant hose and fitting saving me a thousand dollar to what I was told before. We left it overnight, went back to pick it up he was nowhere in sight. Although he knew that she was coming to pick her car up. No phone no text no email. Finally I texted him that I needed some work on my car and I was in the area and he picked up the phone. Now mind you he hadn't picked up the phone for my niece for the last at least hour. I handed her the phone his explanation was, that his phone had been broken he told me the screen was broken and he couldn't see who called was calling. When he finally arrived at the shop, I asked him what the problem was he said his phone had broken he showed me a phone that was off, but there was no broken screen. I asked him was he done as he had been supposedly working on the car since the day before. Usually replacing in power steering pump is a one to two hour job for a good mechanic he said he was bleeding the system I saw no hoses or anything anywhere the problem came when I requested the old part which we never got. Also we had to come back for the car which was supposedly bleeding. The next day while driving the vehicle it start to smoke and they were flames. We found out later the distributor was loose. Apparently someone had bumped the distributor and the carburetor, and that was leakage from the gas or other fluid flammable no less. I'll be very Leary of taking my vehicle to such a dismissive repair shop and I use the term loosely. The customer service is nonexistent. And after I asked about the part that he supposedly removed I was told GET THE F OUT REPEATEDLY. Needless to say there was a verbal altercation that almost got really bad. This man has no respect for his customers their autos do not leave your car in this man's care. Do not trust what he says is wrong with your car. According to the automobile bureau, a customer has the right to receive the removed part. We are taking our vehicle to the automotive repair bureau in rancho Cordova, to be inspected for proper repair. To be forewarned is to be armed.

This employee would accept the order with an annoyed expression and grab my phone with his greasy, dirty hands to sign for the delivery, acting like I was just an inconvenience rather than someone simply doing their job according to the instructions. He never apologized for getting my phone dirty--he just didn't care. But the most outrageous thing was when I told him that, according to the instructions, I'm only supposed to deliver to the office, and he blocked me on the app. This blocked me from making deliveries to other shops as well, preventing me from doing my job. I'm certain I'm not the only one he's blocked. After reading reviews about this shop, I realized that he treats everyone the same way--whether it's a customer or a delivery worker. I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this shop.

I'd previously contacted the owner, Tom, informing him my car was being towed to his shop, and so he took basic information regarding what types of issues I'd been experiencing, which I provided. I met Tom the following day, and he was genial, kind, listened intently, and just a solid individual through & through. He exudes honesty & integrity, and assured me he'd locate the issue, and he did just that. The thoroughness of his Teams assessment of my vehicle, every part captured by clear photos that included a specific narrative of my car parts issue, and whether it was deemed an emergency fix, or just watch & keep an eye on it was noted, & reassuring. Not once did he advise that I needed this or that done to my vehicle, but clearly enunciated in line of priority things I should take care of.
