They only acknowledged their regulars. By the time the lady FINALLY asked us what we needed, she couldn't even answer our questions because she kept stopping to talk to her regulars. Really made us feel unwelcome and like we were interrupting her social time. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

I paid cash, but had misplaced/lost my receipt at home. The employees refused to refund or give store credit for the unused, unopened (non food) item, even though their website clearly states they accept returns without a receipt for an in-store credit. I even called another of their stores far from me to verify their policy, which I was told I was correct. My store still refused to accept the return. Unacceptable.

I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats.

Glen at store 4318 went above and beyond to help me. I had an authorship order that did not process…read moredue to failed payment. I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don't want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He's amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!

Every time I call someone always answers, and so far this location always has the mice I need. Today they were busier than usual, 3 people in line and only one store clerk that I saw. Tom was extremely helpful. He quickly grabbed the mice I needed and assisted everyone else in line. I didn't even see him grab the mice so I was pleasantly surprised that he already had them waiting for me when I reached the counter. Nice guy, and efficient. I will definitely be back. Thanks Tom :)
