This company is terrible. We have used them 3 times, but never again. One out of three technicians was able to fix the problem. The last service call was the worst. They came out on May 4th,placed freon in the unit,charged us $325 and told us to gave a great day.Here we are 4 weeks later our unit is not cooling again. It takes a week to get around to another company.Guess what ??? No freon in the unit!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. First who would pay that much for 4 weeks???If the unit was not fixable why not tell us?? Not only did u take our money for nothing but what about the environment??? Why would u put freon in and not fix the leak??? This is irresponsible and unprofessional. Thank you Jackson heating and air for being honest and knowledgeable. Fixed the leak right off he bat. Great to now have a company we can depend on read more

The tech fixed my issue. Charged me 80 bucks to flip a breaker. Tech was friendly. I don't think 80 dollars to flip a breaker is a good way to do business. read more

Brent saved our weekend and was here by mid afternoon on a Saturday. Took about an hour to get it all shipshape and we are back to cooling off. So appreciative to Brent for his timeliness, professionalism, and ability to get things fixed. Jaska electric did a fantastic job connecting my hot tub and did not jack the cost of the work up…read morelike other companies in the area, which saved me over $1000. I would hire them again any time! The guys were prompt, professional, explained everything they did, and tested before they left to ensure everything worked. I hired another local company to label my breaker box before calling Jaska. I wish I had gone to Yelp sooner because the local company with initials FE didn't even label the breaker panel correctly and charged me $132 for a service visit, not to mention they quoted me a price that was $1500 more than Jaska. I would highly recommend these guys!!!
