Atmosphere 5/5 I love the atmosphere here. Its such a vibe and a perfect place to go on a date. Service 5/5 The ladies who served us (Probably the owner) was super nice and super assertive. She always came to check up on me and my date. Excellent service. Food 3/5 The food was whatevers honestly. The mussels and the stuffed jalapeños were really good. The roll and this cooked rice dish we got was whatever's. We paid close to $80 to not be great. Maybe we chose the wrong sushi rolls. Next time im going to try something else and rate it again.

Yuzu Salmon Mama Fe Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna Sunday Morning
    Jean S.

Ordered from Uber Eats on 11/1/25. Food arrived pretty quickly with plenty of side sauces, ginger and wasabi. We got the Mama Fe, Yuzu Salmon, Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna, and Sunday morning rolls. We liked the Sunday morning roll the most. The tuna, salmon, albacore, avocado and asparagus combo was pretty unique and so were the toppings (Spicy Mayo, Eel Sauce, Special Baked Sauce). Would definitely order this one again! The Mama Fe roll was our least favorite. The seaweed salad on top mixed with the albacore and gobo made for an odd flavor and texture combo overall.

One of the best Sushi Restaurants in Murrieta. What makes Dada Sushi stand out from the rest is the quality of their fish, their presentation, and excellent service. If you haven't tried Dada Sushi, definitely give them a shot. This is our regular spot and we've never been disappointed. I highly recommend trying out their Nigiri or Sashimi, definitely the fatty fish.

We ordered the dragon roll, crunch roll and oishi roll! Everything was delicious! Server was a little slow but he was the only one working. Our food came out quickly! Cute little place with plenty of seating! Will definitely return!

Really really good place to get sushi. Restaurant felt intimate, especially since we sat at the bar. Service was hospitable and punctual. The sushi chef was exceptionally hospitable, he was open to questions and even walked us through the Omakase we ordered. Bento Box and Omakase tasted great, could definitely tell it was fresh and well made. Food was more filling than expected. Definitely planning on coming back

Rainy day it's been a while since wrote a review. Yummy food need to write one. Place very nice great service. The Trio Belly Carpaccio our favorite. Followed by Imperial Roll. All I can say "Oishi" don't know how to describe. Check out the pictures btw they taste better than they look. Have a nice day!

Chicken Karaage, Dragon Roll, Yuzu Salmon Roll
    Andrew T.

Ordered the chicken karaage, dragon roll and yuzu salmon roll with some waters. The karaage was probably the least traditional I've ever seen, more akin to popcorn chicken you'd see at a boba shop than the crispy breaded karaage I've seen elsewhere where. Not particularly juicy or flavorful. The sauce it came with was not much of an addition either. The rolls were fine. The dragon was just chock full of avocado, almost too much. The eel was ok. The yuzu salmon roll's tempura salmon was pretty dry. The service was good.

    Perfection!

A hidden gem tucked away in Murietta!! The hostess/waitress was so kind and attentive and the man working the sushi bar had such a lovely energy. The food was fantastic and the sake was divine. Trying the Soju kettle as we speak ^.^

Sushi is great. Everything else like donburi, ramen, etc expect middle of the road. Its a sushi place primarily. I wouldn't go here for other things. Service can be slow sometimes when it's busy but not egregiously so. They are fair, give extra when something else has gone wrong, kind, make ordering easy and food is good and displayed great. It seems its korean & japanese restaurant though but thats pretty typical for a lot of Japanese restaurants here. Sushi is 11/10. Quality fish they get is amazing, the crispyness of eel topping is always stellar, I fall in love everytime. Great place to try sushi for the first time if youve never had it before so you can have the best impression.

    Green Mussels 4pcs Sunday Morning

i can think of no better meal to have in the summer -- refreshing, inspired, and delicious. i will be back to try the katsu and many many more of their rolls

I love me some sushi! Cute place it smelled good when we walked in which is my pet peeve if it smells I tend to walk out. The service was nice a little rushed to take our order but im sure they were just making sure we were taken care of. We ordered baked mussels....THEY WERE THE BEST IVE EVER TASTED! Definitely a different take on them. It's good order it. I also ordered the Alaskan i loved the freshness and buttery salmon, yuzu salmon was delicious the inside tempura salmon and avocado was amazing , then I ordered Imperial and they did it right the eel was delish and they didnt over saturate any of the sushi with sauce so the fish was still tasted and appreciated. Ok then why did I give a 4 it wasn't because of food at all because im coming back to get more sushi thats for sure! It was two things when we got the menu the whole menu prices were blackened! No prices was known for anything which threw me off. Obviously they have to be getting new menus right? Idk also the wall on my booth was filthy maybe they didnt see it but with sushi I like a clean place to eat because it more appetizing when eating raw dishes. I like this place and will be returning coke try it ORDER THE MUSSELS

This is coming from someone that has 6years of experience as a waitress, part of that working in a sushi restaurant. The staff was very unkind to my mother for having a gluten allergy. They stated that she cannot have the rice because of having gluten in it?? My mom react to the soy sauce, we have not had a problem with the sushi rice from this location. The tone that the first male server gave was giving "this is an inconvenience" so by stating the rice claim, almost to get us to leave all together. Then he says he will have all the rolls not have any sauce on top which was nice of him to offer. Then we had female waitress, Kelly, who we tried to ask a a question as she was passing. I watched her sit a table, clean a table, place a check before coming back to answer our question. (All I understand) until she walks by our table and pretends not to look at us. So I have to stop her again because one of the roles had a sauce on top. So I asked her if the sauce had gluten in it. Again. (2nd time I asked this question from her passing by twice) she acted as if this was a new question, and was trying to walk away. She assured the sauce does have gluten. So I told her that we already explained to the male sever that we cannot have gluten in the sauces. We kept that roll for the gluten people and order another roll for my mom to eat. She then asks us for another round of tea and brings us a teapot of just hot water.... Overall, I cannot stand when servers make you feel like an inconvenience. The Hana sushi staff by chaparral on Winchester is MUCH FRIENDLIER we are regulars to both locations. After this encounter, we all agreed we will make it a point to only go to the Winchester location as they are very kind and attentive to my mother's allergies.

That said, I still think the menu has a good selection compared to a lot of other AYCE sushi places. What really stands out to me is the appetizer menu. Having just moved here from a beach community, I was spoiled by a superb sushi restaurant in San Clemente. Though, my boyfriend loves this place for the all you can eat sushi, but he orders his same thing every time (Mexican roll), and the White House (a heavy cream baked fish) I always order something along the lines of a Rainbow Roll or a Superman Burrito (ahi hand-roll , which I don't think they had), I lean towards fresh ahi tuna, salmon and yellowtail selections. First off, my sake was lukewarm, whereas, I like hot sake. They did reheat it, so it improved it. They had an odd selection of alcoholic drinks: screwdriver, jack and coke, and Long Island iced tea, type of cocktails. Strange, but ok, whatever is a crowd pleaser. The fish to me didn't taste very fresh and seemed more chewy, especially the shrimp. I tried the White House, which tasted fine, but it was so heavy with thick cream sauce. Overall, I guess, it just didn't measure up to the quality that I am used to, comparatively. The vinyl booths were outdated, and dishes made me feel like I was in a cafeteria, white and light plastic. This change would probably elevate the experience and, possibly, even make the food present and taste better. However, maybe this is the theme that they are going for. Though all of those things should be improved upon, I do have to say that the staff was very attentive and kind. I know that a lot of people love this place for their reasons, and my best experience there was them. The last comment I will add is that, when it comes to celebrating a birthday, the celebratory music that is played, is just too loud. A small adjustment in volume would be efficient enough to make someone's day a better one. Maybe, in a few months, I'll try the establishment out again and see how they're doing. Sometimes, just by drawing a fine line on what type of experience you want customer's to have, can make all the difference. Sometimes, less is more. Just don't lose the staff, great customer service does really count.

Perfect for anniversary dinner:…read more Omakase sushi is one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences you can have, especially if you appreciate attention to detail, freshness, and craftsmanship. From the moment you sit down, there's a clear sense that this is not just a meal--it's a curated journey guided entirely by the chef's expertise and intuition. What makes omakase stand out is the trust you place in the chef. Instead of choosing dishes yourself, you allow the chef to present a sequence of sushi that highlights the best ingredients available that day. This often results in a progression that feels intentional and balanced, starting with lighter, more delicate flavors and gradually moving toward richer, more complex pieces. Each bite is thoughtfully designed to showcase the natural qualities of the fish, the texture of the rice, and the subtle interplay of seasoning. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately noticeable. High-quality omakase typically features fish flown in from top markets, and you can taste the difference. The fish is clean, tender, and often melts in your mouth. The rice, which is just as important as the fish, is seasoned perfectly--slightly warm, lightly vinegared, and shaped with precision so it holds together without being dense. Another standout aspect is the craftsmanship. Watching the chef prepare each piece right in front of you adds a level of appreciation you don't get with standard dining. Every movement is deliberate, from slicing the fish to forming the rice to brushing on just the right amount of soy or adding a touch of wasabi. It becomes clear that years of training and discipline go into even the simplest-looking piece of sushi. Omakase also introduces you to varieties of fish and preparations you might never order on your own. This expands your palate and helps you discover new favorites. Seasonal ingredients often play a role, which keeps the experience dynamic and unique each time you go. Service is typically intimate and attentive, especially if you're seated at the counter. The chef may explain each piece, offer guidance on how to eat it, or adjust the pacing based on your preferences. This interaction adds a personal element that enhances the overall experience. While omakase can be more expensive than regular sushi, the value lies in the quality, skill, and overall experience. It's not just about eating--it's about enjoying a carefully orchestrated meal that reflects both tradition and creativity. Overall, omakase sushi delivers a level of quality and thoughtfulness that's hard to match. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines artistry, flavor, and a sense of occasion, omakase is absolutely worth it.
