This past Sunday, January 25, 2026, prior to the winter storm, stopped in. The place redone was Italian authentic with fresh baked goods, large slices of pizza, cookies, gelato, a few Italian grocery items. The service, was just OK, didn't stand out, which was a draw back for being a new business. The staff were friendly, customer service normal. My two draw backs were if your going to sell grocery items, have items labeled with pricing. The young lady who took care of me, could have asked if there may have been an option for customers, that didn't necessarily want 3 or 4 cookies for a 1/4 lb for $6.00. Wolters, the bakery previous bakery, allowed for smaller purchases of cookies. The ambiance fit for Italian feel, wish the business all best and success.

This is a great find in Williamsville. It's a counter service place with lots of options for sandwiches and desserts, all priced reasonably. It's more of a place to grab a sandwich and go rather than sit down and eat, although there is seating there too. I was able to get Limonata Siciliana, which is a rare find in Buffalo. I will definitely be going back again for another sandwich. It's really good Italian food on excellent bread and good desserts.

Stopped in interested in a breakfast sandwich ended up leaving with an almond ring and 2 glorious slices of pizza! Both were assorted veggies so no meats this trip. I got everything to go but shared a slice of my almond ring with a fellow customer who had been eyeing it up. The friendly and patient woman behind the counter was nice enough to slice it for us. It is a nice big open space proudly displaying fresh offerings being bought out from the kitchen. From breakfast sandwiches, pizzas, various pastry items and bread loaves. I spied Gelato too.

The small pizzas were definitely not worth the money. Very thin little sauce void of taste

Love the gelato but my small serving was a small baby size scoop and my husband got a normal size small.

Half of our group (was a total of four of us) enjoyed their food. The restaurant was clean and bathroom smelled very pleasant. Pricing was fair for what was enjoyed. The focaccia bread was the star of the show for me. My guests enjoyed the shrimp scampi, but felt the portion was small and the salmon was delicious. I did taste a piece of the salmon and was jealous as I can confirm it was delicious...wonderfully seasoned and perfectly cooked. Con's: The other half of our party did not enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I was in that bunch. It was quite surprising as the menu is not robust at all; so our thought was that the items that ARE on the menu must be a delicious specialty. I had the pork chops with pasta and spinach. The pork chop was tough and the pasta was bland. The sauce that accompanied the meal was tasty and moved the overall meal from a 'no', to an 'ok'. Won't be back, but encourage you all to check them out as the other half of our table truly enjoyed their meals.

The staff at A'mano is super friendly and the person who took our order patiently listened to all of my customizations. He even came by later to give me more information on the breaded vegan chicken I ordered with my pasta. The complimentary focaccia house bread was delicious even without any dips (which you'll rarely ever hear me say as I'm not a fan of eating just bread). My pasta was pretty good and I especially loved the breaded vegan chicken which was very flavorful. My friend got a similar pesto pasta dish with real unbreaded chicken and thought it was decent too. The ambiance is pleasant and is great for both lunch and dinner. It was a bit pricey with all my customized items but I think it deserves a visit every now and then to satisfy my craving of interesting combinations of sauce - fresh pasta - protein!

Our server was new and still training, yet the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. The food was real, authentic Italian. We began with cheesy garlic bread that was perfectly baked and full of flavor. The fresh bread tasted homemade, crisp on the outside and warm and soft inside, with a wonderfully seasoned olive oil. My lobster ravioli came in a rich peppercorn cream sauce with wild mushrooms. The homemade ravioli were cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauce was thick, creamy, and deeply flavorful. Elisa's fresh chicken salad was equally delicious. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was Raffaele. He welcomed us personally, visited our table, connected with other guests, and made it clear how genuinely grateful he was that we had chosen his restaurant. His character became even more apparent after we returned to Ohio and I discovered I had lost my wallet. Raffaele reviewed his security cameras, searched the parking lot, and found it soaking wet from the rain. He then overnighted it to me and refused to accept any money for the postage. That is extraordinary kindness and "Unreasonable Hospitality" at its very best. If I still lived in Buffalo, Trattoria Aroma would unquestionably be my go-to Italian restaurant. Incredible food, excellent service, and hospitality every bit as authentic as the cuisine. We will absolutely return!

The plate was perfectly balanced between the ravioli and sauce. Chris the bartender pulled double duty and waited on me and my date. He was phenomenal. Love the Italian music playing overhead and the owner stopped by the table to say hello which was so nice! Already planning another visit so I'll see ya soon!

When we arrived, every table had coffee except the table hosting and paying for the event. I had to go into the kitchen and ask staff to bring coffee to our table. The problems continued throughout the meal. It took three attempts to get a salad prepared correctly, and none of the salt shakers at our tables worked. The food service was even more frustrating. We ordered penne pasta but were served macaroni instead and were only told afterward that they had run out of penne. We requested roast beef and expected it to be served, but instead were directed to a carving station. The chicken dish was also not what we expected. At the end of the luncheon, there was a large amount of food left over. I asked for containers so we could take some of the food and give it to homeless people we know, but we were told we could not take it. Rather than offering a sincere apology for the many issues, management only offered to remove $18 worth of soda from a bill that exceeded $2,000. We asked to speak with the manager, but getting assistance was difficult. The most upsetting part came as we were leaving, when the cook came out and threatened to call the police despite the fact that our family had done nothing wrong. The interaction was unprofessional and completely inappropriate, especially considering we were there to honor a loved one who had just passed away. As a former restaurant owner, I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how management responds. A sincere apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, we did not feel valued as customers or treated with compassion during a very difficult time for our family. Based on this experience, many members of our family will not be returning.

The food that was served was not what had been ordered and agreed upon in advance. When this issue was brought to the attention of the banquet manager, I found the response to be unhelpful and unsympathetic. Although the owner ultimately reduced the bill by $150 on a nearly $2,000 event, I never received an apology for the mistakes or the inconvenience caused to my family and guests. What was most upsetting was an incident involving a member of the kitchen staff. During a discussion about the problems with the luncheon, the cook came out of the kitchen and used profanity toward members of my family. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable under any circumstances, especially during a funeral gathering. This was a difficult day for our family, and we expected professionalism, compassion, and respect. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve communication, customer service, and staff conduct so that other families do not have a similar experience.

There's two dining areas, I can only speak of one side to the left of the main doors. This side was decent size and had decent spacing of the tables.
