Oddly enough it was also quite empty for a Sunday at 10AM when were used to seeing it packed in there. Perhaps others have noticed changes that are less than customer-centric? Why make such a change to a staple item which then makes the meal no different than what I can find elsewhere for less money? However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed.
