Average... Many varieties of shrimp. All else is limited...Probably would not go back due to too few item choices other than shrimp..

It was central to Family, Church Services, and Leavenworth Memorial Cemetery. The Hotel was nice, However, they are in the middle of renovations. The services were great. It was nice to have places to eat, drink, relax, unwind, etc... It is a shame they had to close so many features. They used to have an Arcade, Movie Theater, Buffet, etc... An Pho is absolutely delicious! The crab is blue tip crab. YUM!! The Brew Pub food was your basic fried appetizers. We had wings and burgers. We had breakfast at Cafe Primo. Better than the Denny's we tried one morning. Do not go to Denny's! Go to Cafe Primo! The games were great the Bartenders were friendly and actually quite protective of us out of towners. Giving us a heads up when ghouls came stalking. The Beds were comfortable, the rooms nice and warm when it was -12 degrees outside. The hairdryer was broken (usually are in hotels). Several of the lights were wonky and we basically had one outlet to use to charge all of our devices. We chose not to have our room serviced for the week. We called down to the desk and requested items when we needed them. and they arrived immediately. From towels, coffee, water, etc... The fridge maintained out leftovers well. and chilled our waters, one wish... access to a microwave. I also liked that i could log into my streaming services from the TV. Would definitely stay again. They are trying to get back what they had prior to 2020. I think they are doing great! Good Luck on your Future endeavors.

The variety is impressive, ranging from traditional Chinese dishes and soups to sushi and hibachi. By far the best value is the choose-your-own hibachi-style buffet. You select your veggies, noodles, meats, and more, then choose the seasonings and sauces to go with it. At the hibachi window, they cook your selections right in front of you. Everything comes out fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way you like it--very tasty! The restaurant itself is clean, well organized, and run by attentive, friendly staff who make the experience even better. This is definitely a place I would happily return to.

Very little customer service interaction compare to the previous ownership. But the biggest thing here is the food is never refill at a timely manner. There are more empty food tray than there is food for customer. And when they do refill it up, it's very little portion. And they are selective with what they are refilling instead of refill all the empty tray. They are making us paid full dinner price but no food for us to enjoy. I hope management see this and resolve this because this place has so much potential.

We love to slow down, enjoy the atmosphere and each other's company. We love that it doesn't echo, voices aren't carrying, and we can hold a conversation with each other while great music plays in the background. It's a small business, black owned, family owned (BossLady!!), and family working on site. I find being flexible and enjoying the amazzzzzing shrimp is worth it. Next time, they'll have what you think you need, or you'll find a new favorite. Restaurant Week is tough on small business participants, especially with the RW parameters and requirements, but we remained flexible and found a new favorite. It looked like many new customers were really excited to be there, and it's about the busiest I've seen it when we have been in. We dined during Restaurant Week, and ordered the Burnt Ends and Garlic Butter Shrimp. The Burnt Ends were SOOOO tender, and the flavor of the meat really shined, especially for a restaurant that specializes in seafood. Mac and Cheese is always good! But the garlic butter shrimp......I could eat that all day. The cheesesticks were delicious and the lemon cake dessert! We've also had the BOSS item on the menu, perfect fried shrimp, perfect air fried real potato fries, lemon pepper shrimp, corn on the cob, and we love them all, no complaints! Have patience, give Grace. The young people are very nice, quiet and kind. We've met at least 3 of the family who work in the front. They are really sweet and trying to do their best for you. I'm so glad to see them there!! These are the kind of businesses that I like to support and I think others should, too. Are you getting the best seafood in the city, the metro, and for hundreds of miles any direction? YES, you are. Are some young people working their family's hard fought business instead of doing what most people assume young people are doing?? YES. Owners that LOVE what they do....making people happy with their food, while doing what they love? YES! Those are the things that matter, and this restaurant deserves to be famous for the seafood, based on taste alone. And the young people will grow up, and they'll be better for having worked in the family business. Let's SUPPORT ownership, family employees and think beyond our tiny box.

We take our group of high school special needs students on outings every week in the community to learn how to do things like order food and pay for it at a restaurant. Today we tried to take them to Joy Wok in Liberty for a new experience. We had already checked the price and made sure that everyone had enough money for food and a tip. When we walked in we were told that each person would have to pay $5 more because we were a "group". We tried to explain that we were paying individually but they were very rude to us and told us that it would not only be $5 more but that we would be having water unless we paid even more for a soft drink. We felt like they just didn't want our group. One of our adults even asked them if they were ok losing out on the money if we left and they were fine with it. We have never been treated like that on any of our outings before. It was shocking. We got back on the bus and took our class to the McDonald's nearby and they were wonderful to us. None of us will be returning to Joy Wok. So enjoy losing business, assholes.
