Their ice cream is delicious, and a personal favorite is their 50/50 freeze. The only reason I knocked it down one star is because they usually only have one employee working. This is fine when the store is empty, but when there are bigger groups it takes a while, so be patient. They also feature and sell work from local artists. This spot is a must try!

There aren't a lot of businesses around here that have stuck around for decades and decades, and this spot has definitely earned its longevity by consistently serving up tasty, small batch yogurt. Honey Treat has been a favorite for generations of families. While they only offer a couple of different flavors of at a time. It is because they make specialized and rotating small batch deliciousness. Don't expect a huge selection when you come in, but just know that what you are offered was made with love. The only criticism I can even think of for this place is that usually when you visit in the summertime it's a little too warm to be comfortable inside, but that's definitely not enough to keep anybody away. It's a small shop anyway, so I tend to take mine out to the car and devour it in the air conditioning! This is definitely one of the best dessert spots in town. The shop has a welcoming, very local feel and a family-owned charm that is harder and harder to find these days. If you want consistently delicious froyo from a business with deep roots in this community, this is definitely the place you want to be.

This is a review from a former employee who worked there for the past two years on and off and this place is terrible. There is black mold on the walls and shelf in the walk-in freezer where most of the food is kept, there is a resident rat that leaves it's dropping in the storage space above the walk-in freezer, spoiled or moldy food is often used and is made to be used by ownership. Management and Ownership do not respect or appreciate any employees and it is very obvious to all that work there. Some employees work above and beyond every single day and are still critiqued and talked down on every single day by ownership and management. The owner and the main manager are also racist and tell employees not to listen to Spanish music and try to tell them not to speak Spanish. They try to keep employees on call even though California law requires employees on call to be paid for their time on call and this place definitely doesn't pay anyone for that time and have threatened suspension if you do not come in for that time. This place is worse than a drama theatre with the main manager stirring the pot the most. Please do not come here if you have a sense of taste or morals. This place does not deserve to be in business. read more

I don't think they are too high on customer service here. It would be a nice place to stop for a quick soda, ice cream, but the quickness always seems to take longer than it should. read more

Always make a point to withhold your money, if you aren't treated as a wanted customer. Everything is too high nowadays. And unfortunately, employees think, their bosses pay them, regardless of money coming through the business. Also, after the previous manager, the food quality has gone way down. It's sad to see the place so empty, compared to how it was before. So disappointing!
