    Boneless Wings - 5 Wings

We were in the area for a Christmas party and needed a place for lunch. We stumbled upon this place. The parking lot was big and easy, parking the inside was spacious and didn't have an issue finding a table. You order with the cashier there menu is pretty small, not a ton of a selection. I opted in to get the 5 boneless wings for $7.25. I got Asian, the flavor was really good, and the size of the wings was good. My boyfriend went with the Philadelphia cheeseteak for $9.20 and added hotsauce. He said it was enjoyable, not as good as a Philadelphia cheesesteak. However, was still tasty. His aunt got the burger meal combo with fries for $15.25. The fries were fresh cut and got a nice portion. We ended the meal with a chocolate shake for $6. It was delicious after about half an hour passed and we could actually drink it. It was so thick, and they didn't give a thick milkshake straw to drink, so it was impossible to drink until it melted. All in all, it was good..

Tonight, I came here with family and friends...mind you that we are a large group including babies, children, and lots of adults. The environment was quite hectic like a zoo. The employees just shrugged their shoulders when they can't answer our questions about seating us. The manager on duty was wiping down tables next to us then finally acknowledging what we were trying to do. It was a self-service fast food spot. First, you fill out a form then you go to pay at the cashier. Note: Listen for your name because the servers don't know who order which items. Food: Dad - Philly Cheesesteak with a basket of Fries and Soda Mom - Mild Traditional Wings with Bleu Cheese sauce...the wings were okay Me - Original Charburger with Mayo + Ketchup sauce and Pepper Jack Cheese & a side of Fries...my burger had burned edges...jeez the food was just hella salty as someone has no self-control back there in the kitchen It was definitely a hangout spot for the local kids because Foster's tonight was super duper packed. Luckily, we got a military discount but Foster's you were a disappointment to me!

This place gets three stars because they have a great craft beer selection and their fries are good. That's pretty much it. I ordered a burger, fries, and onion rings. The burger was dry and tasteless...the toppings were cold so it made the burger cold. The onion rings were greasy and just not very good.

My son is in the Navy and stationed in Hawaii and whenever he is able to come home to Haymarket on leave Foster's is where he wants to go eat first - or last - or both! Great food. Great atmosphere. HOMEtown vibes. LOVE FOSTER'S! Thanks guys!! #theyneedavatofgehlscheesesauceontheship

The burger was very average. Not worth the price. I paid almost 40 dollars for 2 burgers and it was just so so.

Going down hill lately, not as good as they were. Better improve or they may lose customers.

Omg so many thoughts on this experience…read more I'm so glad i didn't immediately know it was a restaurant located in a hotel. This prob would have deterred me, even a little bit. The Apple map directions here confused me a little due to this, but parking was really plentiful so that's a huge plus! I went on a Sunday morning and lo and behold there was a hole farmers market or pop up set up all through haymarket! Busy weekend for a brunch but haymarket is SUCH a cute little vibe and town with so many hidden gems, like this one!! Literally every single item I saw waiters bring out from the kitchen looked so scrumptious, every person around us immediately began digging in and enjoying their meals...and honestly, no crumbs were left behind pretty much every time. We started ordering a yummy cocktail. I was really in the mood for the Paloma with grapefruit juice but sadly they were out of grapefruit juice fortunately, they had plenty cocktails available that were not explicitly on the menu! I ended up having a delicious espresso martini, prepared, right and honestly, I would have had another!! Not too sweet. Not creamy. And with 3 beans. Impeccable no notes. I ordered the red House breakfast. Man those home potatoes were so delicious....they clearly cooked them seasoned deliciously and then flash fried, so crunchy!!!! Amazing. I found that their execution on their meals was really impressive. My sunny side up eggs were cooked perfectly and paired so yummy with the toast. The bacon had delicious flavor too. I ordered a biscuit because I had heard that their biscuits were really yummy but unfortunately they did not have their bacon biscuit so it was just a classic biscuit. It was good, certainly dense and clearly homemade. My girlfriend got the poutine. Looked so delicious and was really enjoyed! The gravy was thick and flavorful! We sat down and enjoyed plenty of conversation and a really nice environment. Nobody rushed us, service was just the right amount of attentive without interrupting conversation constantly, and the floor to ceiling windows let in beautiful natural light and views of the town. It was the perfect brunch spot for a low-key, but delicious meal. Just a hair out of the way without being too far. I came out with a really good friend of mine to celebrate my one year wedding anniversary with her and it was the perfect possible location. Shout out to the staff for being so welcoming and kind, and even taking a picture of us when we asked to commemorate the occasion. I'm sure they are used to people walking in to the hotel lobby looking as confused as I was looking for red House Tavern.

Not the best experience for brunch. The waitress was unenthusiastic and came back to the table…read moremultiple times to let us know they were out of items including: the juice that came with the mimosa flight after we ordered it, another bottle of champagne for anyone else who wanted mimosas, (so mimosas overall, lol), the avocado toast, the poutine and another key ingredient in a cocktail we ordered. The food was average at best when it came out. Super disappointed. We came here for my mom's 5 year beating cancer anniversary and it wasn't much of a celebration.
