The food was ok, but the service was horrible. We were not greeted, and we sat at the table for almost an hour before our food came. There were 2 tables that were seated much later than us and they were served their food before us. This place has gone down hill. We have been coming here for over 20 years. It has gotten worse and worse. Service is terrible, and they charged me for my 3 year old having a small side of olives from the salad bar THAT I PURCHASED with my meal. It technically could have been MY side of olives and they charged me $3.95 and told me I was lucky they didnt charge me the full $6.95 for the full salad bar! I had to seat myself, get my own menus, and ate my salad and soup with no drink because I didnt get my drink order taken until I ordered dinner. Then the cook came and brought me my Iced-Tea. My husband recommended this place because he loves coming here during work hours. This place is decent people are nice and the food is good and portion sizes are huge so enough to to take home to have leftovers. BUT it took almost 30 minutes to get help after we were sat. By that time we already knew what we wanted to eat and drink but before the waitress could come and take our order the busser came over asked if we have been helped when we said no he wanted to help so he took our drink order. Shortly after the waitress comes and take our order on her phone which I thought was weird. We got our food about 20 minutes after and there was bell peppers in my hash browns and I was told they were out of orange juice so make my drink last. I know if I was a manager I would drive to the closes store to get orange juice to make another sale. Anyways we are finishing up our breakfast and it take the waitress another 30 minutes to get to us so we can get our bill. I think this place would be better if they had more waiters/waitresses. read more

This place is soooo gross.... tasteless food!!!! My husband and I ate breakfast there the other day... I had breakfast burrito which basically only had undercooked hashbrowns in a cold tortilla and a piece or 2 of sausage. Couldnt even find the egg that was supposed to be in it. Hubby had bacon and eggs and biscuits and gravy. He also thought that his food was pretty gross. We payed the bill and left hungry... couldnt even eat the crap. went home and cooked our own.( shoulda done that to begin with) I cannot understand how anyone would return after trying it once. read more

Good place to stop while on the road. I had low expectations because I don't like diner food (burgers, fries, etc). But they made a great BLT with really fresh bread and produce. And I asked for a salad and was really pleasantly surprised to find there was no iceberg lettuce in it. It was beautiful mixed greens. And the service was fast and friendly. This place was great. Had breakfast with my wife on a Saturday morning. Walked in and just sat down, no wait. I ordered the chicken fried steak, warning, this is a lot of food, you won't be able to eat it all with the hashbrowns, eggs and toast it comes with. My wife ordered pigs in a blanket, i thought lame, but the pancakes were amaz-balls, slightly undercooked, which is the only way to eat them, nice and moist. The only complaint was the sausage links in the blankets were basic size, they should have been bigger for the size of the pancake and they had pulpy orange juice(terrible). The hubs researched yelp and come across the yelp reviews of four corners and absolutely fell in love with the foodie pics! So, in the car we went to give the place a try. I was skeptical at first, it didn't look like much from the outside and the location is the outskirts of Tracy. The service is slow but the staff very friendly. We went to this place for breakfast because of the decent reviews and the fact that there aren't many decent breakfast restaurants in Tracy. Cool local vibe inside that feels like the place has some history. I had an omelette and my wife had sausage and eggs. The food wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. The eggs were weird. They had a weird texture and were a dull yellow. Definitely weren't cracked open right onto the griddle. Whatever was done to them, they didn't taste right. Hashbrowns were kind of burnt, but okay. Our waitress was friendly and quick. We might give this place another try, maybe for lunch. read more

Poo poo poo. That's the nicest thing I can say right now. Just got back from breakfast and wow, that was horrible. I used to love coming here for the down home cooking and the good service. I don't know if there is a new manager or new cook but the food was horrible. I usually get the german sausage and eggs breakfast. How do you burn eggs? I'm not the best cook but I have never seen burnt eggs. And the sausage and potatoes were burnt too. My husband had the same problems with his breakfast. When our server came around and asked how everything was I replied burnt, she dropped off our bill and we never saw her again. WHA??? How do you not say something in response? Poo poo poo. You can't get a "home-cooked" meal like this at too many places. They make just about everything in house... like the bread.
