Factory battery was never removed. Tried convincing me there was a parasitic drain on my battery.

Caught this dealership hooking my battery up to a charger rather than replacing it like I paid for. They tried to say there was a parasitic drain on the battery from the truck, but they never removed the factory battery from when the truck was new from the factory. This establishment is a predatory business. I would not be surprised if they are involved in a much larger form of fraud. They should be investigated by the better business bureau maybe even law enforcement should take a look into what the employees are involved with outside of work hours. I replaced the battery myself and wouldn't you believe it... no parasitic battery drain. Would not be surprised to find out there is gang activity going on behind closed doors with the employees.

I have a 2003 Chevy and have been here a few times and just had a lot of work done and all the sudden the engine is leaking oil after the problem was fixed. I got under my truck and everything is soaked with oil and I have driven it one time since I got it back from them. I'll do a better job thank you for showing how worthless you

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolute worst service experience I've ever had, and I would never consider coming back. I dropped off my car for seemingly basic servicing, and was given a quote of having the diagnostic assessment complete in "4 days". 8 days later, I hadn't received any update, so finally got a hold of someone, and my car hadn't even been touched. They essentially held my car hostage for over a week. While I fault the entire Fowler service team for this, my primary contact was Tim Annis. The lack of communication and overall lack of giving a sh*t about any level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I'd strongly recommend to go literally anywhere else. Such an utter disappointment.

If you are in the Denver area - shoot, if you are anywhere in Colorado - then Fowler Chevrolet should be the first dealership you reach out to if you are looking to purchase a new Chevy. And if their sales team and management are any indication of the overall quality of the dealership, then I'm betting this is also a great place to service your vehicle. Before I explain why Fowler is the best dealership I've ever worked with, let me take a few steps back and say that I've NOT had many positive experiences with car dealerships over the years. My last three vehicles have all been Chevrolets, so between purchasing and servicing I've worked with a number of Chevy dealerships in recent years. While I've met several individuals at those dealerships who were pleasant to work with, the overall experience at each of those dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn't slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn't able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I'm pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn't have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and marked it up $5K like their competitors down the street at Foundation Chevy would have done. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck. True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn't have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn't the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. He also knew I had driven up from Colorado Springs and had made sure that my new Bolt was fully charged for our drive home (which hadn't been the case when I bought my previous Bolt at a dealership over 200 miles from my home). We had to stay at the dealership for a couple of hours because the process of completing an MSRP swap is more complicated than buying a car. Doc and Adam were well prepared though, and made the process as smooth and as easy as possible. In the extra time my wife had while waiting at the dealership, we noticed that other customers on the sales floor were dealt with professionally and congenially, and we liked how clean and well-kept everything was inside the dealership (quite a contrast from the rather dated exterior of the building). While I can't speak for everyone at the dealership, I can say that the three people I worked with there (Nick, Doc, and Adam) were all wonderful and made our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would definitely buy a Chevy from these guys again, and very well may just make the drive all the way back up there when I'm in the market for another Chevy EV. I absolutely love my new Bolt EUV, and if you want a heck of a deal on a great EV (with no MSRP markup) and want to buy it from a dealership that actually knows and understands EVs (and customers), give Fowler a call!

We were in the market for a crew cab to accommodate the grandkids, on camping trips, and such. We had been looking at vehicles for the past six months, and finally agreed on a particular make and model. Well, it seems that this was also a lot of other people's favorite model as well, and we were always a day late in a lot of cases. By the time we would see the add listed on CarGurus, carfax, or Cars, the vehicle was either already sold, or spoken for. Until, I found what I was looking for at Sill TerHar motors. I sent an email requesting a call back, so that we could make an appointment to test drive the truck. I then heard back from Paul Farrow. From the beginning to end, he was great to deal with. He never pressured me into the purchase of the vehicle, and not only let me test drive the vehicle once, but a second time the following Saturday (during the day), for a couple hours, to get a better feel for the vehicle. We came back to the office, negotiated the price, and purchased the vehicle. I honestly was dreading the day, I had to sit down and negotiate the purchase of another vehicle. But Paul Farrow, made it a pleasant, and painless experience. I would most definitely suggest talking to Paul Farrow on your next car purchase with Sill TerHar Motors, tell him Benjamin sent you. Thanks Paul Farrow, for helping us in the purchase of our vehicle from Sill TerHar.

It was a Saturday, out of nowhere, I got notifications on my dashboard about services being needed. The codes were telling me a transmission issue. Well, I wasn't gonna mess around with that, and I happen to be within blocks of Honda 104 at the time. So I pulled in to ask them to take a look. Keep in mind, this was a Saturday and I had no appointment and it was 1:00 in the afternoon. But they very gladly said yes, we can work you in. So I was happy about that. I also said while you're at it, if you have time, could you go ahead and do an oil change? I was gonna have that done in about a month anyway. Again, no problem, he said, give us about 2 hours. So now the bad stuff. Before they even start anything, they do one of their diagnostic things where they look at everything in your car, instead of what you asked them to do, and then come back with a list of stuff that they feel you need done, that was well over $1300. And by the way, they push that pretty hard. I said no, just do what I asked, which then stretched things into about 3-1/2 hours. I also thought that the charges for the items I did want done were a little bit excessive. Again I appreciated the immediate attention but I could have done without all the hard sell. And in addition to that, the oil change was supposed to be $69, and they TRIED to overcharge for that, and they told me they would give me a tire rotation for free and then charged me $35 for that. So my advice is do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

He walked me through all the logistics of my car repair, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was very communicative, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was. I actually chose to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here after having ongoing issues with a closer dealership, and I'm really glad I did. The difference in service was noticeable, and it was absolutely worth the extra drive to feel confident my car was being handled properly. While there were a few additional services I couldn't take care of at the time, I definitely plan to come back in the future. For now, I'm just grateful to have my car back, running well, and to have had such a smooth experience overall. They also offer a shuttle, which is a great option if you need to get somewhere nearby while your car is being serviced. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable service and good communication.

13 Days of Excuses, Incompetence, and a Dangerous Safety Hazard…read more This dealership has been around since 1913, but they operate with the incompetence of a business that opened yesterday. We purchased a truck on April 1st and were given five different "firm" pickup dates (the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 13th). The Endless Excuses: Over the 13 days it took to get our vehicle, we were given every excuse in the book: a safety inspection, needing a spare tire, a new headlight, "the machines are broken," and not having enough staff. The lack of communication was the most insulting part. When we finally confronted our salesman about the silence, we were essentially told that because it was his "day off," he saw no reason to respond to an upset client who had already handed over a $6,000 down payment. The Staff: Scott Rockefeller (Sales): Avoid at all costs. He is unprofessional, immature, and eventually resorted to name-calling when we asked for updates. He has no answers and pushes every failure onto management. Nathan Johnston (GSM): A total ghost. We were told we needed to talk to him, yet he was never "available" and his contact info was guarded like a secret. James Houtz (Internet Sales): Told us "everyone in the dealership" heard about our situation, yet no one reached out to resolve it. He gave us a firm 11:00 AM deadline for April 13th and then went silent. The Bright Spots: Nicholas Trujillo (Quick Lane) and Eissa Hizhley were the only professionals there. Nicholas found the finance team after they disappeared on us and made sure our daughters had drinks and snacks. Eissa stepped in to help when everyone else failed, despite it not being his job. The "Safety" Failure: We were told the 13-day delay was for a "safety check." After waiting an additional 3 hours for a final detail on the 13th, we got the truck home only to find a loose razor blade on the truck bed cover where our young children were playing. To claim you are doing "safety checks" for two weeks and then leave a razor blade in a vehicle is negligent and dangerous. We had every dealership sticker stripped off the truck because I refuse to promote a business this careless. They claim to use CarMax as an example of "what not to do," but they are currently the gold standard for how to lose a customer's trust and respect
