DO NOT get your service done at this location. I took my wife's car in for service on her 2012 Chevy volt because it wasn't charging. This is the 3rd time we've had it worked on because something seemed to keep getting damaged with the charging port but it has always been covered under warranty. Now that it's out of warranty, I was going to have to pay out of pocket and Tom said that it would cost $1,500 this time. Tom said that there are 2 radiators on the Volts and there was a "crack in the radiator for the electric drive system." Tom said it was common for rocks and debris to fling up from the tires and this was common. I wanted to get a second opinion because of the steep charge and he said he would help me out with the price and just do it since the car was already there. I should have went with my gut feeling because it seemed strange that he would be willing to drop the price from $1,500 down to $1,000. Here's where things get really suspicious... I went to pick up the car and I asked to see the old radiator so I can see for myself what the damage was. The gentleman helping me said that he couldn't find it without even looking. A colleague of his listening in on the conversation mentioned that it would be in a particular area if it was covered under warranty because they would have to send it in. The gentleman helping me said it's not covered under warranty and didn't even bother looking but said he would make sure Tom called me the next day since he worked on it. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I waited the whole day for a call and he never received one. I called Tom and explained that I want to see the old radiator and to also make sure that it was even replaced at this point. He told me that they threw it away and said, "Hey, at least I was able to give you a good deal." A good deal for what? How do I even know it was replaced? I told Tom that if there was a crack, shouldn't it have been leaking? My garage is dry... Then Tom proceeds to tell me that it's because it could have evaporated and also because there is a plate underneath the radiator that caught the fluid... If there is a plate that caught the "leaking fluid," shouldn't that same plate have blocked the debris that you said caused the damage? I was done with them at this point... I took it to another mechanic and he even said nothing looked replaced. He even believed that I was lied to because of these particular reasonings. 1. Every shop he's ever worked in never trashes the old parts without showing them to the customer first. 2. Radiator fluid doesn't evaporate 3. If the customer doesn't want the old parts, there are certain parts like radiators that they scrap to make extra money for the metal. Although they are great on the sales side, do not have your vehicles worked on over here...There's no such thing as a "good deal" if it sounds too good to be true. Now I'm out $1,000, lesson learned.... read more

This service department is terrible, I brought a vehicle in on a warranty issue(a simple window up/down switch replacement that shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes to fix (according to Chevrolet's warranty notice). It took 5 days to get an appointment then they took an hour and a half on it and broke the door panel where the window switch is and tried to give it back to me broken. I told them about it and the guy acted surprised about it then tells me to bring it back the next week so he can order a part to repair it.The next week he tells me they need to schedule it again so after two weeks I bring it back, wait another hour and a half and when I drive away I notice the door panel was hastily put together and not snapped in place like it should be, rather than take it back a third time for a "20 minute job" I fixed it myself. Besides that the service guys seem to dislike each other and bickered and argued with each other, I didn't have to pay anything for their services since it was a warranty issue but their "free to me" service was terrible. read more

I bought my pickup and a maintenance package through century chevy. They seem to be hit or miss with their attention to detail and customer service. For example they went above and beyond to wash my car but failed to fill the washer fluid and another time they were really friendly, had great communication and fast. They changed my oil and rotated my tires but failed to fill them and re-calibrate them so the information center was right. All in all I have been happy well see how the rest of my Maintenance contract goes before making any hasty decisions on becoming a loyal customer! read more

I went in for a synthetic oil change today. I had an appointment I was early for. I pulled into the service drive and exited my car. The first two service associates didn't look up from their computers. A lady named Nadine came over and greeted me. She took my keys and mileage. She then told me one of the guys who previously ignored me would be right with me. While waiting to be acknowledged a lady named Amy who was the only service writer with a customer greeted me with a smile. She said "we will be right with you." When I was finally acknowledged by the fella that ignored me I was all too happy to tell him I'd wait for Amy. She is the only reason for the 5 stars! I wouldn't have ever come back if it weren't for her. She was kind, explained everything and I will be back only to deal with her. read more

This was my first time buying a car, and they made my experience easy and fast. By the time I had got there, I only had an hour to look for the car I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted so when I told Steven he took me straight there, test drove and next I was signing papers and out on my way. My car is amazing and I absolutely love it. Courtney and Amy were great, very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the fact that I just dropped my car off for the THIRD time for the same issue in 22 days let's me know not much is going on beyond the friendly smile and verbal commitment for good service. If it were based solely on my interactions with them, you'd get a 5+, but unfortunately a smile and kind words can't fix the stains in my driveway, or the fact that I have been majorly inconvenienced, or that on a much bigger issue, I no longer feel safe driving alone with my children in a car that is only 25 months old because who knows what fluids will gush out at any point. So far, we've been told that there was an oil leak, a sloppy job of filling transmission fluid that caused a big puddle, and today its a coolant leak. I no longer know what to believe, or even know what questions to ask. Either there is a complete lack of competence, poor training, or I never should have bought a Chevy. Not happy at all. This is the second time I've had issues with the service department. The first time, they couldn't even recognize a smoked transmission from the factory. This time, apparently they don't know how to use a wrench properly, or maybe they just don't care, but I found one of my lug nuts in the street in front of my house after my service. (Thankfully it fell off in front of my house, and there was no damage to me or anyone else) Not sure if I will give Century Chevrolet another chance. What mistake will they make next time, or what haven't I noticed yet? Will never return here, was treated like an ignorant blind fool who didn't know left from right. The manager was extremely rude and told me to pay the price he requested or LEAVE. $5,000 dollars more than Kelly Blue Book said that truck was worth and they actually expected me to pay that. Nothing but a rude, negative experience and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Look up there complaints on the BBB website, pretty sad how badly some people are treated that don't know what they are doing when purchasing a vehicle. Thankfully I am not one of those people, but for those of you who are purchasing a vehicle with no prior experience I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Seems to me all the 5 star reviews were written by employees, with the company name always being highlighted and speaking highly of every issue that everyone else seems to have problems with. The Experience started good then went to shit. I was waiting for your shuttle to take me home. I notice that my HHR was out of the bays. I saw my HHR parked out side in the middle of the two bays and saw your service people driving very close to the HHR. This upset me very much. From Khalid in finance selling me my first truck(when in sales) to Amy in service. I have sent multiple people here for new/used vehicles and/or servicing because the service doesn't just stop in the buying/service process. I would highly recommend you develop a relationship with these folks at Century. In the end it has paid for me as it will you. It's good to know that when I take my truck here I trust that it is in good hands and they aren't trying to nickel and dime me in the process. 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change, alinement and 1 new key cut with an appointment. Not to mention I asked for a new air filter, missed that, and they showed me a giant screw in a tire, I said I would need to get that plugged, didn't do that either. I was told when I showed up after 2 1/2 hours that the guy called, obviously didn't leave a mesage and I must have been in a dead zone because my phone didn't show a missed call. Durring those 2 1/2 hours, instead of going ahead with the alinement while waiting to tell me I could use new tires, my car sat there until I showd up. Then they stared my alinement. When that was over they then cut my new key. I guess they can't multitask. After I checked out, I noticed the screw was still there but decided to take it to Discount Tire, a company I have had great success with with 4 other vehicles, and got a flat on the way there. After seeing their Star Wars themed commercials saying 'your way everyday' (not) I finally decided to write about my poor experience with Century Chevrolet earlier this last summer. The salesman outright lied to me about what his dealer supposedly paid for a used Corvette I wanted to buy. They were asking nearly $2,000 ABOVE full retail and would not negotiate. Sorry, but no dealer pays full retail on a used trade in, which was the bag of goods they tried to sell me to explain their high price. I ended up buying a newer and better equipped Corvette from their competitor, and when their Internet rep called me back a day or two later asking how my test drive and experience went, I told them I really wanted their Vette but they wouldn't negotiate on price at all so I bought from someone else. So what did he say in response? He hangs up on me. Thanks for helping me assert that I made the right choice to go somewhere else. No professionalism at all, clearly only interested in my money. Stereotypical used car dealer experience. Don't waste your time with Century. Oh, and my next door neighbor told me their service department is horrible as well. Shocker. read more

Great place, buy another car recently. I have bought at least 2 cars from them prior. Told the finance guy that I am not beginner and we had a bad experience from other dealer ship prior. I only bought the car for extra in winter time. Told the finance guy if they change the term of rate, I will bring the car back and I want my down payment $4k on spot. well guess what? few day later, they called and said I can't get approve, they said they can get approve with Chase for 2% more, it mean ONLY $16 per month more payment and they said its not that shaby, they ask is something wrong with the car or the principle? well, guess what I said? I said, " When you like me to bring the car back and I need my money back and I will take my down payment some where else. This finance people being dumb after we told them that dont pull this.. ugh,,,well they decided to take the lost to make the sale.... other than that, it was a great deal. Great experience with the service team. When taking my car in for an oil change, i was told that I needed my brake pads replaced so I brought it back in a couple weeks later. They called me an hour after dropping it off to tell me that they had made a mistake and my brakes were fine! I'm thankful they are honest, and I have extra money for childen at Christmas now. What false advertising! After many emails with employees confirming a sticker price and a USAA price guarantee certificate, we drove over an hour to purchase an SUV. We met the used car sales manager, Jeff, who made an offer $5000 higher than the guaranteed price along with low balling our trade in at less than half the trade in value. When presented with the guaranteed price certificate and actual trade in value, he refused to honor them. This is 4 hours of our lives we will never get back. But I'm willing to spend that amount of time letting everyone know how dishonest this dealership is. read more

I would go elsewhere to buy/lease a Chevy. Like most dealers, they are interested in getting you to sign at the highest price point possible. I get that, it's their business. What was worse, was once we agreed to a deal and went on to sign the papers, the finance guys secretly added in things without asking us or telling us like extended warranty packages. This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. The "20 point inspection" is a lie, the car I bought had clearly been in an accident and they said it was perfect. I honestly hope no one ever goes here because the customer service was the worst I have ever had, not to mention they are scam artists. NEVER GO HERE!!! When I went to inquire about the issues I was having they kicked me out of the dealership once I said they are scam arrests in from of customers. Absolute trash. One salesmen fell asleep and the others pranked him and took photos while he was sleeping. Very unprofessional and cavalier attitude toward guests is disputable. I took my truck in about a year ago for an oil change . I left Century Chevrolet and stopped to put gas In my truck I noticed my driver door handle had a chip in paint I let century Chevrolet know on their text about my satisfaction. Never heard back I paid around 200.00 to have the handle repainted. I did not think this could happen again so I took my truck back around a month ago for an oil change. I went to pay John in the service department I turned and looked at my truck there was a dent in front of the door handle. John talked like I was a liar but said century Chevrolet would repair it. I was emailed a business card for craft mans auto body Travis Sharp 7184 Washington street. Travis Sharp could not remove dent told me he would call me when another employee got back from vacation. Travis said he only had a year and a half experience at paint less dent repair. I never heard from Travis or craft man auto body or John from century Chevrolet. I did get dent removed at dent clinic for 75.00 out of my pocket. I called Jay Frank left a message he never returned my call I received a letter from Matt Marr wanting to purchase my truck so I called him told him my story. I soon received another letter from Matt and Jay saying Jay wanted to see my truck to buy or trade for another before their incentives were gone. Not a word about damage to my truck and repaying me for damages. I don't think they knew who the letter was sent to. read more

Very dishonest dealership. I took my 25 year old mint condition always garaged classic muscle car (purchased new from this same dealership 25 years ago) in to Century Chevrolet just to have the oil changed and the AC recharged because of a very slow AC valve leak. I was told a simple AC recharge service was not available unless I paid them to also repair the AC leak which was much more costly. I told them I already knew the slow AC leak was in the valve and it was already diagnosed a few years ago at Maxair. But because I believed the repair would be completed, and I would no longer have to deal with the slow AC leak, I agreed to allow them to make the repair and replace the faulty valve. Century requested to keep my car overnight and told me there would be no extra charge stating it was for their convenience because they ran short on time. The following day Century called me and confirmed the AC leak was in the valve (only) which I had already knew and told them. Then Century profusely apologized and explained in the middle of their service they just realized they no longer carried or could obtain the 25 year old valve part needed in order to complete the repair. They assured me they took great effort attempting to locate the valve part everywhere, online and with the other Colorado dealerships, but they just could not find the valve part anywhere. Century apologized and told me they were very disappointed but they just could not complete the repair they promised because they just simply did not have the part to do so. Perhaps I was overconfident of this dealership's basic abilities and business practices when I just assumed they would verify they had the parts they knew in advance were needed to complete the repair before proceeding with the job. Century completed a simple recharge my AC system (a $20 DIY job) and changed the oil/fluids. Naturally I just assumed I would be charged only for the services which were completed and that I actually received that day. Wrong. They handed me a bill for just under $1000, double the quoted repair estimate of $500 which included the costly AC repair I did not receive. Apparently at Century Chevrolet it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have access to all the appropriate parts that will be needed to complete the repair job, because if Century doesn't actually have those parts to complete the job, you will pay the cost of the completed job anyway. And in this case, double just because. When asked why I was being charged for a repair I did not receive, and then double the cost of the repair on top of that, Century explained they "spent a lot of their valuable time" figuring out they didn't have the appropriate parts to complete the repair they contracted to do so I needed to pay them for that time. What? Angry, as I was standing in the service department, I immediately found the needed, yet elusive, valve part online for $6.95 with overnight shipping. I then called and also found the valve part at a local Chevy dealerships with a simple 3 minute phone call. Apparently I have super abilities to locate "unattainable" parts that the Century Chevrolet service department employees do not have. My secret power is the internet and a telephone. I showed Century that I had found the "unattainable" valve part, providing them the part number, that apparently eluded them and their extensive efforts to find it. They confirmed that yes indeed that was the correct valve part they were looking for but told me they could not find. Century then told me if I really wanted the AC leak repaired I would have to go get the valve part myself, make a new appointment for service, and then I would have to pay for the entire "repair" all over again if I wanted them to actually complete the repair the AC leak. Say what? Sorry Century, I'm not giving you another $1000 donation to your "customers we totally suckered" fund. I did file a complaint with the dealership's service manager, Glenn Palmer. I sent him a written detailed explanation of what happened, a copy of my invoice, and asked him to call me hoping this might be easily resolved with a refund of what I was overcharged minus the cost of the services I actually received. That would be fair - paying for the services I actually received and drove away with- that's not unreasonable. The response I received from Mr. Palmer and Century Chevrolet was - complete silence - yes, crickets - nothing. I was an over 30 year loyal customer of this dealership purchasing many high end trucks and sports cars as well having those vehicles serviced there. I learned the hard way these people are crooks, complete crooks, take your business to an honest dealership that values their customers. Century Chevrolet will rip you off with dishonest business practices. read more

I was out looking at new trucks and decided to check out Century. First of all you are greeted by a flock of sales guys, not very professional. I attempted to discuss numbers with them and was making progress until they sent the "bulldog" over, which I'm fine with until lies started coming out. These guys will put down anything you tell them. They will even go as far as telling you that they can offer the same model as your trade but a brand new one and take 12k off MSRP. To them, this gives them a thinking that they can offer lower for your trade. Do not trust these guys. They are not there for you, only themselves. Everybody else is wrong and they are right. I am not new to this and was blown away by the lies and rudeness they provided. I would not recommend this business to anyone read more
