My little pug alerted me to some kind of creature hiding in our shed. I picked up the dog with one arm and swung the door open with the other. I was horrified by the stench from the poor animal. Very professional. We used ZooPro about two years ago when we had some rats in the attic. They came out,..did an extensive evaluation and treated. They also showed us the entry points for the rats and an estimate of how much to seal those points off. Recently we had a problem and JB came out. Again the same professional care. Great service. I had an issue with some aggressive and persistent pigeons moving into my home. I called one morning and the problem was fixed by the time I got home from work! HOA property manager contacted Zoo pro to come out and address a request for suspected wildlife concern on a 3 story condominium building for a unit owner located on the third floor. Unit owner reported concerns of scratching noises heard at night and early morning in units drywall/ceiling located in the bathroom and living room areas. Owner stated that they tried to find entry points but due to the building construction cannot access safely the soffit on the exterior without the proper equipment. Zoo pro arrived on 20 Jul 2021 in a commercial truck with a 32" ladder attached, without a lift and/or crane. The Zoo pro technician did not walk around the property or enter the property to assess the roof where the complaint of noise was reported nor to conduct an assessment on the roof to find access points (all on ring camera placed under garage). The technician when approached by the owner gave an assessment stating "you have broken soffit, pointed to the end of the building where the owner doesn't reside, and stated that he saw bird droppings and birds". The technician did not have the proper equipment to assess this type of building and was confronted about giving out a false assessment without inspecting the building, and eventually admitted that he didn't have the right equipment. To make matters worse the owner or supervisor Mike called my phone to start a verbal match with me because I confronted his staff about coming out to conduct an assessment without a lift or a crane and since I don't have a license to catch wildlife I don't know what I'm talking about. If you are thinking about using this company, one think twice about a business that doesn't have a physical business front, they don't answer their phone (huge red flag), and google reviews can be made by friends and family. Lastly, if you are a professional and/or you are licensed to remove wildlife I don't have to debate the fact that this equipment is needed for a 3 story condo to conduct an assessment on the exterior. Zoo pro is licensed, which I had to check due to unprofessionalism and this display from this staff and how the owner conducted himself. Now for what its worth this was my experience with Zoo pro to share to warn owners about Zoo pro. Zoo pro can can retort and state that I was a difficult customer, but what they cannot do is say that they showed up the property with a lift or a crane because we have cameras on the property. read more

Guys i had a problem I work new construction and we had a CAT in the Attic called animal control Norfolk no we don't do attics, called critter control We don't do cats. Called Zoo Pro no problem, two very nice guys showed up set a trap (humane) trap don't worry) and baited it problem was the cat we had been looking for, for a day and a half did not show! not their fault trap stayed for a few days in case it came back I guess all the noise spooked it off but its all good they did their job and the house is cat free! Never again. He sounds like a used car salesperson. I have squirrels...he treated for rats because he could not climb in attic and I told him I hear the noise at 3am in the same spot. He told me squirrels are asleep at that time and no Animal Makes sounds and the same spot every day all the time... So he basically told me I was incorrect on what I was hearing at the same time every day.... He finally sent someone that could go up in there... Took pictures of the squirrel damage. I dealt with them for two weeks and. Still a trap was never set.... He kept saying he couldn't come out because of weather... wind... Rain... Meanwhile my squirrel was still doing damage... until I finally I called and said "no traps everything inside yet "? He told me his assistant was going to do it... I texted his assistant and he said it was the owners responsibility... This organization is way too shady for me... I paid for the inspection and hired another who came right out and set traps immediately and has caught one of the culprits read more

I saw a HUGE black snack slithering on my back porch. He had just eaten "lunch" of which was still lodged in his....belly? I panicked and called ZooPro. Joanna could detect the fear in my voice and said she would call one of her guys to see if he could be out in 30 minutes. As much as I didn't want to watch this thing I also didn't want to take my eyes off of it because I wanted to know where he was at all times. He was NOT getting away except in the truck of ZooPro. Matt called to say he was on his way and could be here in 30 minutes. That was the longest 30 minutes of my life! I was short and curt with my answers only because I was petrified in place.
