I'm positive most other garages would have charged us for something completely unnecessary. Like I said, these guys are honest. My father told me integrity is 'what you do when no one is looking;' well, it should also include 'what you do when the other person has no idea what you're talking about.' Thank you.

I tried to get there early enough (10:50 am), the lady at the counter said it would be about an hour wait for the oil change so to be fair, they warned me on the wait and I decided to stay. My beef is with the shittiest car wash I've ever received. I used to come here all the time and this place changed EVERYTHING. They used to bring the car to the car wash after an oil change, you now have to drive it out of the driveway and into a separate car wash driveway yourself. I paid to upgrade my car wash to the highest level at an extra charge. Usually this includes wax, tires dressed, spraying the door jams, dash boards, cup holders and center consuls etc. What I got was below basic. They charge extra for the dashboard and the tires weren't dressed. The vacuum was half assed and incomplete. They didn't do the floor of the 3rd row even though I reminded them to and they don't even include a friggen air freshener anymore. Client retention is everything and they just lost us. Just check out the pictures. Now I have to go out and finish cleaning my car.
