Arrived on time, very knowledgeable in his trade and his wife was second in command. A good team they made, getting the job done top to bottom literally. Cleaned the wood stove, pipe to chimney from stove, removed the top wind deflector and swept to the basement clean out. Recommended a newer designed rotary wind cap and I agree. Jeremiah and his partner did a great job of removing an old and uncertified wood stove from my home. They were communicative, prompt, efficient, and left the space very clean afterwards. Called these guys and managed to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. They showed up on time and got right to work. They laid down drop cloths and left literally no mess whatsoever behind. Both of them were super friendly dudes, great customer service. They were really pleasant and nice about answering questions for us as this is our first time owning a home period, let alone one with two fireplaces! The flat rate is also nice because you know what to expect, and they didn't try to upsell us (a tactic I saw many people complaining about with other companies). As stated in his business description he charges a flat rate which was very competitive, did not try and upsell, and does the work himself.
