Came in Sunday at noon expecting a chill coffee break--maybe a cold brew and a fresh chocolate croissant before my movie. Instead, I was greeted by a mop bucket of dirty water and a dining room where every chair was flipped like they...

were closing, not open (hours say 7am-7pm, by the way). Gave it a shot anyway. Asked if the croissants were fresh; got a condescending "we're not a bakery." No kidding. There's also a way to say, "they're delivered daily and we can warm one up," but customer service didn't make the menu. Then asked if I could sit, and got an annoyed "yes, we're cleaning, ma'am." Message received. Left with just the cold brew and a firm decision not to come back. Coffee is optional; basic people skills shouldn't be.

For sure better than what the hotel serves:) The chocolate croissant was delicious! It has a bit of an orangey flavor to it. I could eat a bunch of those. Certainly worth stopping by for a coffee and definitely a chocolate croissant.

On my first trip I had the Holiday Cookie Coffee with steamed breve with a turkey sausage patty, egg & cheese on a bagel. So good. I can honestly say that it is a great early morning coffee spot to get work done and have breakfast.

This cozy coffee shop is located at the Lakeview Centre in West Boca. The shy but professional barista served me up a strong cup of Farm Blend Colombian double espresso with an amazing aroma. The coffee was presented in a mini cup bearing the Foxtail Coffee brand name. Loved the thick wood chairs at the coffee bar. The flower murals on the walls were a nice addition. They offered cookies, oatmeal, muffins and croissants as simple treats to complement a coffee. If you are not a coffee freak, they have optional hot tea with an array of flavors. The gender neutral bathroom was clean and modern with a sleek black and white color scheme.

We grabbed some iced lattes after our workout class this morning and it was delicious. It was a quiet morning with only 2-3 people inside, and it was very peaceful. The staff were very quick and kind and took our order immediately. I ordered two iced lattes with honey, almond milk, and cinnamon. I've never seen cinnamon be an up charge until today. What a peculiar thing! I've always understood milk and flavor substitute charges, but 25 cents for cinnamon just felt unnecessary. Not an issue though. We did get a lot of it and it added depth to the latte, which I very much enjoyed. I saw that they had a banana matcha on their menu, and I think I'll try that next time to see how I like it!

I came here bright and early on a Saturday morning around 7:30 am before my morning workout to grab a coffee and get some computer work done. The ambiance was clean, quaint, and welcoming. Loved the interior design as well. I ordered a coldbrew with almond milk and 2 pumps of sugar free caramel. The coffee had a balanced flavor and was very smooth & fresh. I ordered the larger size which came out to be a bit above $7. The service was quick, got my coffee in a few minutes. The barista was kind and courteous. I sat on the barstools for a while. Wow, wow, wow. That's the only way to describe my reaction the moment I stepped into this coffee shop in Boca. I was completely surprised, in the best way and it far exceeded my expectations. Their coffee is truly one of a kind. They offer a variety of unique flavors that would be hard to find at most other spots. The ambience has an industrial vibe, reminiscent of a cozy New York café, dimly lit, warm, and inviting. My barista, Sam was kind and patient, taking the time to walk me through their menu. As a coffee connoisseur, I decided to try the lavender honey latte. They use real lavender extract and authentic honey, and you can definitely taste the difference. It was hands down one of the best coffees I've ever had so good that I'd go out of my way just to come back for it. If you're in the area, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

As I was in the area and had never stopped here, I decided to try this coffee shop. It is a one bay shop with seating both inside and outside. A young man stepped up to one of the registers and asked what I was going to have. I told him that I wanted a large hot coffee with creamer. I also told him that I would have one of the blueberry muffins in the glass case. He asked if I wanted it heated and I said yes. He gave me my coffee and I sat at a table. He arrived at my table a few minutes later and I thought he would put my muffin on a plate (like the other customers had their food served to them). He threw a bag on my table and announced my food had arrived. The muffin was very hot and he didn't offer me a fork and a knife that I once again observed other customers using. He never came back to see if everything was okay. The muffin was mostly cake with some blueberries. I felt that the young man needed a course in customer service. I was not impressed with this shop. Considering there is a Latin brunch restaurant next door that was busy, this shop needs to improve their customer relations.

On my way to Orlando, I stopped by Foxtail for a pickup order. The Boca West location was very clean, and I saw quite a few people working remotely there, which made it feel lively. I ordered their iced coffee and customized it with vanilla sweet cream--it was incredible! No sugar necessary; it was just the right level of sweetness. I added a touch of cinnamon for a little kick, and it was perfection. I tried the oatmeal pie, which was delicious (and vegan!), though it was a bit too sweet for me to finish in one go--I saved the rest for later. The egg and sausage breakfast sandwich was just okay--not bad, but not something I'd rush to order again. Overall I highly recommend this place for coffee lovers!

In the area that this is located in, it is such a great spot since it does open up earlier than other coffee shops (excluding Dunkin & Starbucks). I love the rustic feel of the place. The wood and metal gives it such a cozy vibe. The art on the wall is very enticing to a person like me that gravitates to places that are artistic in some way. The vibes are so good here. But I think you probably need to know "what to get" in order to get something good. I got a lavender London Fog, but they use lavender bitters so it was a very bitter drink even with simple syrup. My husband got a vanilla caramel cold brew and he said it was good, but not great. 4 stars because the vibes are too good for 3.

I tried Foxtail for the 1st time. I can't believe I've driven by here so many times and never stopped in. It's off of Glades Road In the Marshalls/ Publix Greenwise shopping center and right next door to Jeramiahs. I was impressed and really liked everything here. Inside is super nice, relaxing with a cool vibe and very clean. The staff is awesome and the iced coffee is amazing. They roast their own coffee and it's far better than the competition. Great place to bring your computer and do some work in the afternoon.

I come here with my kids. They get ice cream at Jeremiah's and my wife and I get coffee. I've been here many times, not once did I think the "service" was good. Never been mistreated, but never felt welcomed either. For the level/kind of place, you'd expect more. Easy fix though, and coffee is still great. Hopefully they will hire one person that at the very least pretends to like working there in order to reach that next level. I love Foxtail coffee. Their coffee is great but unfortunately I don't enjoy coming to this location because it is always SO SLOW! This location is very busy, but not equipped to manage high flow of customers. Today I waited 20 minutes for my coffee, wild! Please properly staff this location to make the experience better and wait half the time. This is a very busy plaza with high traffic, two people managing 20 customers at once isn't right. I wish I could come to Foxtail more frequently, but it's not convenient with the wait time. read more

If I could give it to zero, I would, but there was no option for zero. This is the third time I've tried to come in to get a cup of coffee at Foxtail coffee in West Boca. They are so slow!!!! I waited a half an hour for someone to even ask me for my order. This is the slowest place for service that I have ever seen. The coffee may be great, but by the time you wait that long, you don't even want to drink it. I have walked out of there because I don't get any service even though I'm going up to a register and doing self service. Someone needs to talk to the people who work there or hire more people. I won't ever try again to go there. Starbucks is the way to go !! read more

A beautiful location, with great coffee, but dang....it is expensive!! Located in a great area by Publix. The shop is cute, but small. Because of the long layout, it gets super crowded in the aisle during a rush, and if you're sitting at one of the 2-person tables against the wall, you basically get butts in your face or screaming kids for 20-30 mins. Not the best if trying to work and be productive. Got an iced caramel latte and an iced cappuccino and spent $12! Any pump of flavor is $.75, and any milk substitute is also $.75. Can make your drink expensive VERY FAST! Not understanding how adding an extra espresso shot is only $.25 more than a pump of flavor. Definitely expensive, but the coffee tastes good. Just unfortunately won't be working here often with those kind of prices. Did not get food, but seems like there are quite a few options to eat. The baristas also do a bad job of calling out names when an order is ready. They need to call it out loudly or just hand us our drinks when they are done. Our drinks sat out for 5 minutes before I went up and asked for them and she said they have been ready for a while. Nothing like ice melting in a $6 latte. Also, the rewards app is subpar. Decided to download it to garner rewards, but you need to spend $50 minimum before you get any kind of rewards. Kind of ridiculous, especially when other coffee shops in the area start with rewards around the $20 range. read more

Compare to other foxtail coffee, this location in Boca Raton is smallest that I have been to. Same great coffee but definitely less crowded than other locations in Orlando. However I am grateful that they had opened a location in Boca Raton, so I can still drink great coffee in South Florida. There are only a handful of craft coffee shop in Boca Raton if you don't count Starbuck as one. Went there in the afternoon and there's only two baristas working there, they were friendly and they did greet us nicely. It is located in the same plaza as green wise Publix market. read more

UPDATE 2/18 Originally 1 star but raised to 3: owner Dan reached out and provided a $15 voucher for next time we visit, which was really admirable to see such a quick response and attempt at remedy. We will definitely be back to get some coffee! Food is way below average. $14 total for breakfast sandwiches only to get prepackaged food with half of what was advertised to be on it? Overall, my experience at Foxtail was not great. Have you ever craved a cozy coffee shop experience where you can savor your morning cup of Joe? Are you looking for a place with an uplifting atmosphere and a relaxing ambience? Unfortunately, Foxtail Coffee may not meet your expectations. Despite its relatively new made it difficult to enjoy my coffee, and the disinterested server further added to the disappointment. While the place may be fairly new, it needs to improve its atmosphere and customer service in order to provide a more enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a coffee shop with a warm and inviting ambiance, I would suggest looking elsewhere. status, the ambience falls short with its dark and dingy interior. Local small coffee house! Their lattes taste delicious! Personally im very picky when it comes to coffee. Foxtail roast their own coffee beans and it just hit the spot when you craving a real coffee drink unlike Starbucks. Shout out to the baristas who makes the drinks such as karina and daniela. Wow! What a great little coffee shop. I was out doing some Christmas shopping and decided I needed an afternoon coffee. I ran into Fox Hill since it was right by the stores I was visiting. The decor of the shop is wonderfully decorated. Very warm and inviting, they even have Christmas decorations up right now. They offer a great selection of coffee and teas with some specialty drinks for the season and they even have pastries and light breakfast items. The barista was so nice and helped me select the perfect drink for me. I felt like the coffee was a bit expensive, even more than Starbucks as I paid six dollars for a small cup sized cappuccino. However, once I tasted the coffee, I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was so delicious and smooth, nothing at all like the bitterness of Starbucks. I appreciate that since I'm typically a Dunkin' Donuts coffee gal. Even though it is slightly higher priced you definitely won't be disappointed so stop in and grab a cup of gel. read more

Tried this location today. We ordered two cafe con leche. one small and one large with a milk substitute and two chocolate croissants and that came to $25. If it were good then i'd be able to accept the price but the expresso rated burnt and the croissants were just ehhhh. The barista was very nice and the location decorated nicely but can't say i'll be back. read more

I went to Foxtail a couple weeks ago. it was my first time. The place looks great and is very pleasant but sadly the food was not good at all. I ordered a blueberry muffin. Cost $5 and for I what I got it was way too expensive. I found thru my whole BLUEBERRY muffin.........ONE PARTIAL blueberry !!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!! I also ordered a chocolate croissant for later which was also $5. without asking me anything, the young man put it in the microwave ( I guess because it was not fresh) and when I wanted to eat it later on, it was dried and was not edible and I had to put it in the garbage. if one needs to spend one or two hours to use their wifi, just stick to order a coffee. if this place wants to stay in business, they need to update quite a bit their game in the bakery dept. After discovering the tiramisu latte relies on the cream top that can only be made using cream and no non-dairy products, I decided against that one. Without the cream top, it's just a vanilla latte she told us. Typically the pistachio latte is made with syrup and a pistachio butter but she said even the pistachio butter is made with condensed milk. We wanted to confirm paying for a pistachio latte would be the same as paying for a latte with syrup added and she said it would, but again she seemed kinda annoyed or impatient by our questions. Not friendly service at all. It came out to $8 for an iced latte ($1 for non-dairy milk) in an albeit cute container but it was just subpar.

Went with a large party last week for my father's 85th birthday and it was amazing. The chef and owner came out to chat with us about his menu and welcome us. Every dish we ordered was perfection. I had the bollonaise with meatballs.....delicious. My father had the seafood pasta....he loved it. Several others had the branzino.....all loved. And to think that we drove down from Jupiter.....well worth it. Would definitely come b back and can't thank them enough for making my father's 85th so special.

I ordered the Tomato Cream Gnocchi and my boyfriend had the Mediterranean Combo. No exaggeration but this was the best gnocchi I've ever had. The dish changed my view on gnocchi and I'm now a converted fan. The texture was pillow soft with a bit of spring. The magic of this dish is how simple yet delicious it is. I loved a simple dish done well. The Mediterranean combo was a special of the night and it came with prawns, branzino, fried anchovies, and a salad. The combo was also just as goods. The seasoning was yet again, simple but delicious. The prawns were succulent, fish was high quality, and the fried anchovies surprised me. I loved all the proteins. I also tried the squid ink pasta and the seafood linguini. Both were good but the squid ink pasta was unique. I can't put my finger on the flavor but I liked it. Service was incredible and the chef was kind. He came out to talk to us and explained some of the dishes. The restaurant is homey and cozy. I felt like I was in Sicily. Overall, I highly recommend Savia. I can't wait to come back and try more.

This place holds a special place in my heart. Not only do they serve delectable iced lattes with oat milk choices, but they also offer incredibly refreshing iced teas. Their raspberry rose tea is a fantastic option for those who prefer teas that aren't overly sweet or processed. Stopped by here for an iced coffee on Saturday, absolutely terrible. The brew was sour. Not sure if they were just having a bad day but I was very disappointed. read more
