He never did, then when I finally got ahold of someone, a woman answered and told me he died. I'm not saying that was a lie, but as such I have her 2 months to get back to business and try to figure out what she was going to do about my table. That never happened and when I finally did get ahold of someone after the 2 months, they answered, acted like they couldn't speak English, and blocked me! The main reason I hired movers in the first place was to move this table and the matching couch table because they're very heavy! They didn't listen when I told them that they needed to move them first, so after moving the couch, loveseat, recliner, and matching table, theiy were hot and tired! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

My movers were supposed to arrive between 12-2pm (with the coordinator I spoke to saying it would most likely be 12), but they did not arrive until after 4pm. They were nice guys; but they didn't handle my stuff with care. I have nicks and a huge new scratch on my dresser -- I should've seen the red flag when they didn't wrap it (I've moved this dresser many times before and movers have always wrapped it) but just wanted to get the move over with. This dresser has stayed in perfect condition for several years and several moves, so I'm a bit heartbroken. I also have a hugeeeeee rip on my mattress (picture also attached). I'm unsure of how this will impact support and may have to buy an entirely new one. Throughout the process, I just felt very uneasy about how they were handling my stuff. They broke another one of items as well as a hallway light in my new apartment. I don't know if I have any recourse here because I noticed these things after they left, and don't have any before pictures. However, I'll try to get in touch with Blue Skies on Monday and update my review.

I work in Falls Church, VA, so driving up to Bethesda after work was not easy. Each time, I had to leave work early in order to get to the store before they close. You would think if I had 2 coupons the store would allow me to make 2 transactions in one visit but they actually made me come in 2 days in a row bc the rules stated that one coupon could be used per visit. After purchasing the invitations, I realized that printing would be difficult. I returned to the store for a third visit to purchase their printing services for the invitations. My fiance and I sat down with the store employee and we wrote down exactly what we wanted on the invitation. You would think this would be simple and they would print out exactly what I wanted on the invitation. She informed me that I would be emailed a proof "next week" and the invitations would be ready shortly after. You would think that you would hear from them within 48 hours (business days of course). On Wednesday I still didn't hear from them. On Thursday, they emailed me a proof. I checked on my iphone for the design but didn't double check all the wording since we sat down with the store employee and wrote down exactly what we wanted on the invitation. We drove up to NY and I showed my in-laws and noticed that instead of printing out Saturday they had printed out Sunday. I was so confused because 04 August is a Saturday and I wrote down exactly what I wanted on the invitation. I ended up having to repay the amount for the invitations. On top of that, I ordered 40 invitations and since they made another mistake, I only got back 39. They did not apologize. If you're planning any special event, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They are not timely and they do not meet basic customer satisfaction like giving you back what you order. I am so glad that I ONLY ordered engagement party invitations from them & nothing more. From the first time I first went in their store, it took me a month to get the correct invitations. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM & WOULDN'T WANT ANYONE TO DEAL WITH WHAT I DID.

Words cannot adequately express my appreciation for Kevin and his team at Real Clean Air. They did…read morea phenomenal job of helping us clean up a mess previous contractors had left us. Our ducts in our new construction home were extremely dusty from not being covered during construction. And they were contaminated with fiberglass from not properly being sealed. Real Clean Air sealed all the holes, joints, and seams in our metal ducts using zero VOC mastic. After they sealed the ducts, they came back out to clean them and the HVAC unit. They did two extremely thorough rounds of cleaning. The first round was with a pneumatic brush to help loosen the dirt and fiberglass in our metal ducts. The second round was with an air whip. They did this under negative pressure so that no contaminates would enter our home. They even came on Memorial Day because they didn't want us to go any longer without AC! It's rare you find a company with such integrity and empathy. They sincerely felt bad for us and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Kevin, Jon, and Derrick! You truly are life savers!
