We peeked in the store but didn't see anything pretty or nice quality that was worth trying on or purchasing. The prices weren't particularly cheap, even with the discount. I noticed the quality was not in alignment with the price tags. I don't mind paying more for dresses as long as the material is nice. It was a miss for us. I have always loved Francesca's and their sister stores, like the Daisy Shoppe. Francesca's somewhat appeals to a younger market, but there is something to find for everyone. Whoever their buyer and merchandiser are, they do a fantastic job. The store is always well organized by style/color/theme. They are also always having some kind of sale or clearance too. The price points are pretty average for a boutique, and since they have plenty of sales, I think most items are marked pretty reasonably priced. When I walked in today, the staff greeted me right away and asked if I was looking for anything specific. When I told her I was just browsing, she told me to let her know if I needed help and seemed really genuine. I always find the cutesiest dresses and tops at this store. I ran in to this amazing store, looking to see if they had shoes that were comfortable and professional for my girlfriend who was outside waiting due to her hurt feet. After meeting Lulu, I realized how friendly and amazing the people of this store were. They were willing to bring my girlfriend shoes and shirts while she waited in the dressing room. In this case my great experience at Francesca's was brought to me by the lovely young lady working the store all by herself, and if I might add a very busy store that particular day, Regina... these five stars are for you!! From the moment my daughter and I walked inside, Regina greeted us with not only a lovely smile (I can tell it was lovely even under her mask) but with a very welcoming personality. She helped us with getting us into a dressing room and made us feel important even as she was dealing with other customers all by herself. I can hear her from inside the dressing room greeting and helping everyone out as if they were the only ones in the store. Almost every time I come in this store, I buy something. I'm a late 20s professional and find that a lot of their clothing is of a cute variety but still good for work. This particular time, I came in for their dress promotion. My arm is injured right now so I can't easily zip myself on my own. I love the boutique Francesca's. It's a cute little shop filled with everything a girl likes. It has clothes, stationery, beauty products, home decor, and accessories. You need to come in to the store with some money because there's too many cute things to buy. I was walking around the Irvine Spectrum and had to stop by when I saw there was a Francesca's. The store is tiny but it had everything organized and well kept. The staff was super friendly to greet you when you come inside. They answered questions and let you know what items are on sale. You can get anything here to treat yourself or give away to your family and friends. There's a small clearance section in the back next to the cash register counter. You can find items on sale from clothing, home decor, and beauty products. They have a reward system that you can sign up for and get points to get coupons and alerted when things are on sale. Overall, it's a cute little store with knick knacks and clothes. You can also order items online because each store has different items. I came in on 10/28/22 and was assisted by the sweetest girl Lulu. I walked in and she was super welcoming. I saw these beautiful hats as I was heading out of the center that drew me in. She told me about the sale going on and I ended up buying a couple of Christmas gifts for sisters in law. She helped me pick out sizes and when there wasn't any in the size I needed, she helped me find alternative selections that would still work for the girls fashion styles. Both of them went above and beyond to contact another store to find my size. When that store didn't pick up, they called the next day and then called me back in such a timely manner. Jewelry selection is great, general clothing is great, and they have a pretty decent sized sales/clearance rack in the back. I visit Francesca's frequently and am always amazed at their unbelievable sales, stunning clothing, and incredible customer service. There are so many cute clothes and good deals, and the people there are so nice. One of the employees, named Daisy, is particularly helpful. Last time I visited Francesca's, I left my friend's favorite sweater. Seeing that this was not a Francesca's sweater, Daisy immediately set it aside. Their clothing is a little on the expensive side for what it is but I really like this store for their massive gift (kitschy) selection and jewelry. I've gotten 2 pairs of earrings from here, but that's because I had already gotten an additional 2 pairs the week before at the sister location! ACCUSATORY. My very first experience at Francesca's was amazing. I even bought two dresses for some weddings I'm going to be attending. They have cute clothes that are lacy and light. The girl named Malaya was super helpful, and actually saved this review from being a complete dud. However, I was going back and forth about returning one dress. So I would tried it on like 3 times in my closet to see if it looked cute. I made my decision to return it. I looked on the return policy and it read "we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange as detailed in this policy." So I'm like "okay sweet, they care about their customers." I go in to return my dress: the lady: "anything wrong," Me: "no, I tried it on multiple times and I just didn't like how it looked on me anymore." lady: "you've worn it out?" Me: "oh no, I mean I worn it in my closet trying it on with my different shoes." RUDE lady then has to the audacity to say "you sure? Looks like it's been worn." NO WAY?! Made me furious on the inside; but I didn't want to argue, just wanted my money back with no fuss. She kept continuing to check it in front of me. Felt so embarrassed, and makes me not want to go back. I know you're trying to protect your stores from real shop lifters, but SUPER rude. Not cool lady. You guys can interpret this however you want.
