    Perfect gifts!

Fun shopping! Such a great boutique type store to browse around and find all sorts of hidden treasures and gems. Very kitschy, trendy and unique! Everything from cute "going out" clothing to casual "hanging out" attire all the way down to little nonsense knick knacks and novelty gifts. Lots of really fun jewelry to pair with outfits too. You really can't go wrong when shopping here! You'll find something that you can't resist, whether it is for yourself or a special gift for someone.

Danielle was SO helpful! She is seriously God's gift to retail! I was looking for a dress for my family Christmas pictures at the beach and she helped me style the perfect outfit! She offered to get me multiple different styles and sizes to try on! I was so thankful for her help. She provided such great customer service and that is hard to find these days! Thanks Danielle :)

I love the boutique Francesca's. It's a cute little shop filled with everything a girl likes. It has clothes, stationery, beauty products, home decor, and accessories. You need to come in to the store with some money because there's too many cute things to buy. I was walking around the Irvine Spectrum and had to stop by when I saw there was a Francesca's. The store is tiny but it had everything organized and well kept. The staff was super friendly to greet you when you come inside. They answered questions and let you know what items are on sale. You can get anything here to treat yourself or give away to your family and friends. There's a small clearance section in the back next to the cash register counter. You can find items on sale from clothing, home decor, and beauty products. They have a reward system that you can sign up for and get points to get coupons and alerted when things are on sale. Overall, it's a cute little store with knick knacks and clothes. You can also order items online because each store has different items. It's in the Irvine Spectrum so there's parking available for free.

Cute little store with an array of cute clothes. Quality clothes at a reasonable price. Everything is neatly organized and everyone was very helpful.

Expensive for forever 21 quality clothing. Cheap, made in china, employees rude and not worth dealing with.

That being said, I am kind of put off by the staff that I've encountered on two trips. As I was checking out yesterday, I asked if edikted had an app or an email listing in hopes of maybe getting a coupon. The clerk turned towards I would assume to someone who was in higher authority and he shook his head no. As I started my way home, I happened to look it up and they do in fact have an app that offers a welcome coupon that you can stack. I thought that was incredibly misleading on his part. I absolutely am in love with the pants I got, but I ended up buying them online. Even with my coupon, it ended up being $10 cheaper than in store. I had to make a whole other separate trip to return my first pair. This could have all been avoided if you were clear about the app. There is a possibility that they weren't aware, but I find that hard to believe if you're in higher authority you wouldn't know. I work in customer service and totally get being overwhelmed. But this felt strange. Not particularly good vibes that would make me want to shop here again.

I cannot emphasize enough, how much I enjoy going shopping at Garage at Irvine Spectrum with my…read moredaughter. This is always a daddy-daughter experience, one which she and I will always remember forever. We come here at least 2-3 times per week. There are so many reasons why we enjoy shopping at Garage, and why specifically at this location. Let me begin with the first reason - the employees. We know them by name now. There is Joby, the quintessential manager and leader, who has incredible empathy, sharp wit, powerful communication skills and strong leadership acumen. Most recently, my daughter lost her gift card for a substantial amount, and Joby was able to resolve the situation in a wonderful manner. Then there is the always wonderful Britney, who literally says hello every single time we walk in, and converses with me when my daughter is trying on clothes in the impeccably clean fitting rooms. Britney's vibrant and pleasant demeanor make us feel welcomed every time. This coupled with Maddie's outstanding zeal and energy, as well as Sophia's pleasantness and efficiency, make our Garage visits incredibly happy. Both Maddie and Sophia speak with me, I partially suspect to make sure that I am not uncomfortable in all girl's store; however, I also believe that they genuinely wish to engage in conversation. I usually quietly stand in one unassuming area of the store, so as not to interrupt anyone, who is either working or shopping; however, consistently, either Maddie or Britney will come up and either speak to me, while I am waiting for my daughter, or to both of us. My daughter engages in dialogue with the team here quite a bit, and feels very confidence in doing so. Britney has commented several times on how my daughter is mature for her age and a great kid - and I completely agree. It is nice to have some positive female role models for my young daughter. Also, I have read some of the other reviews for this location about body shaming, and neither myself or my daughter have felt this way. There has never been any commentary or dialogue, either direct or implied to make us feel otherwise. In addition, the team at this Garage location is so diverse in all of its variety, that I am challenged to find how this could possibly even take place, as the team embodies the demographic of the diverse constituencies it serves. In closing, the clothes are a little too edgy for me, after all, I am a middle-aged conservative father, but they are so fresh and cool, that my teenage daughter can't get enough and her friends at school always positively comment on them. I estimate that I spend approximately $1,500-$2,000 per year at this Garage location. We both look forward to our next visit at Garage Spectrum, which per my calendar, will probably be within the next 24 hours :-)

KEEP IN MIND, I'm NEVER one to write bad reviews or ever speak ill will of retail workers because I…read moream one too but I cannot just be nonchalant about this matter and lie here and say I had a good experience at this location. Tbh it felt like I was low key getting hate crimed for my gender because I AM A MAN and Garage is solely for females. MIND YOU, I didn't even take a SINGLE STEP inside the fitting room, I was waiting for my bestie outside. Also, KEEP IN MIND, these fitting rooms are exposed like there's no door or barricade that separates the main floor and the fitting rooms. It's entirely exposed and the female sales associate is monitoring it on your left. Also, each fitting room has its own booth and its covered by curtains. Anywho, that's beside the point. MIND YOU, I am just a gay man who was accompanying their female bestie to try on jeans and I was respectfully waiting for her outside. I didn't even take a SINGLE STEP inside, I was waiting for her OUTSIDE but I am near enough. Then, as she came out and she's looking at herself in the mirror and I'm giving her my opinion, I respectfully asked the female sales associate if I can go inside so I can take a proper look at the jeans she's trying on but she ignored me so then I asked again the second time and she still rolled her eyes, didn't acknowledge me and I was ignored. Then, my bestie respectfully asked her if I can step inside as well and that's when she answered and said no. In conclusion, I understand the reason why she said no to me because it's weird for a man to be in a all female fitting room and if it was the other way around, I would've found it weird too but KEEP IN MIND, I work in luxury retail and I know if my bestie and I were at a Nordstrom or a Bloomingdale's or like some luxury boutique, the sales associate wouldn't be as rude as the Garage employee was to me. Though I fully understand the decline of me stepping inside, the sales associate didn't have to have a rude demeanor. Plus, not just her all her other female coworkers didn't have to look at me weird or look me up and down. It's just so unprofessional and not welcoming at all. The only thing I'll shout out is the one female employee who helped my bestie pick the right kind of jeans and to clarify the sizing of their jeans. So, thank you to you. I forgot their name but they were super helpful.
