Just had Franco's for the first time in like 12 or so years. I will say it basically exactly how I remember it. It was never a go to, but it was never a disappointment when you got to a party and saw it there either. Today me and the hubby were out running weekend errands for like three hours. The snow was awful and I had already cooked us a lunch so I knew I was in so state to make dinner. So we figured let's grab some slices. So grab we did. First of all let me say the inside was packed fulll of people. But it still only took about 5 mins for us to order and be on our way. We got two slices. One classic cheese and pep and then one stinger. The stinger was yummy and the basic was what I remembered. I never liked Franco's red sauce and I guess that hasn't changed for me. But I'll still will say Franco's is average buffalo pizza and pretty convenient. Mostly just glad hubby got to try this buffalo chain so we could cross that off the pizza list lol. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery. Told it would be 45 min. Even offered a discount after providing our address at the hotel we were at. Hour and 15 passerby so we call and a girl tells us the driver left 15 minutes ago and call back for a manager if it's not there in 15 more minutes. At the hour and 45 minute mark call back and get a manager. Nadia says oh...we have this order marked for pickup. So then why did the original guy ask for our address and offer us a discount for the hotel if it was a pickup, and why did another moron tell us the driver left 15 minutes ago when it was late? The terrific manager Nadia offered to make our food fresh and have it delivered. I asked if after an hour and 45 minutes it was free? And she said she could do 50% off. Very upset with my Franco's experience tonight :(. I always get good service from them and great food but tonight was irritating. Dad and I ordered a mushroom olive and pepper pizza online and after waiting till our time we went to pick it up. When we got there after waiting a while we were told that they were out of mushrooms and they had not cooked our pizza yet because they didn't know what other topping we would want. They could have easily called us once they saw the online order to see if we wanted another topping, but instead they did nothing and just waited until we got there and then we ended up having to wait a while to get our modified pizza. Then, the pizza was not cooked very well because they were rushing to make it. We had to cook it more at home. Having to wait additional time when someone could've easily called before hand was upsetting to my dad and I, all the while we waited for our time to leave they could've called and taken care of it. they didn't even offer to do a discount or anything for our troubles. I love Franco's, so I will want to return, but my dad is so frustrated by the experience because he thinks a pizzeria should be more on top of their supplies and they should've handled it better, so he isn't keen on returning. read more

I've been frequenting Franco's on Eggert for years. It was always are go to place to order from. They have good pizza and subs but there service is horrific. They are never on time. The last order, we ordered at 4:30 for delivery at 6. We got the email saying it was out for delivery at 5:57. It showed up 6:35. Now mind you, I live 1 mile away. Wings were soggy, pizza cold and fries were inedible. We called, of course they apologized and offered us a credit. But this isn't the first time and may be the last. In the past, they regularly forget to add the credit so it ends up being an empty gesture. Lastly, if you want to use there online ordering and get a grilled chicken sub, you can't add bacon. Was staying at a hotel on a weekend mini vacation with the kids. Got back to the hotel after visiting Niagara Falls and since pretty much all we could find around the Falls was Indian cuisine which my kids don't care at all for - pizza was on the menu. Delivery to the hotel was a must. I was directed to this place by the front desk clerk. After being put on hold for quite a while they took my order. We weren't expecting much. I mean - Saturday night in a hotel and all. Well....boy were we pleasantly surprised! The pizza delivery took about an hour (Saturday night though), but when we got it - the first thing I noticed was it was heavier than most large 2 topping pizzas I have had delivered. When we opened the box we saw why it was so heavy. It was HUGE! 18 cuts of Sicilian style square pizza. The sauce was phenomenal! The pepperoni and mushrooms were delicious, but the crust - that is what made this Sicilian stand out beyond any other pizza we have had! It was fantastic! Not too crispy but far from doughy. It was seasoned to perfection! I actually called this place after the first piece to tell them how incredibly amazed I was! I don't often give a 5 star rating here. We grew up in Buffalo but We recently moved too Texas. We came back too visit and went Pizza and wing crazy! We ordered from about a dozen different places and this one was hands down THE BEST pizza and wings!! I wish this was the first one we tried because that would have put an end to it. First things first, they're reliable. They deliver to where I live so when they tell me it's going to be 1 hour to when they get here it's near exactly 1 hour. Secondly, they have pizza, boneless and bone in wings (order the golden bbq sauce for these), apps, tacos, subs, everything you're looking for in a pizza place. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I had food delivered today by a young man named Devin and he was AMAZING. I was cleaning and placed a few items in my hallway with plans of running then down after I ate.When Devin came to deliver my food,I apologized to him for these items being in his way since I hadn't made it to the trash yet. This amazing young man asked if I needed him to take them to the trash for me, I declined and thanked him. However to my surprise when I went to take the items outside,Devin had actually taken the trash and recycling outside for me. Very disappointed with customer service. I ordered two pizzas, and wasn't satisfied. I called to complain. I was told it was my fault because of the way I ordered the pizzas. (Call me crazy, but I said I wanted a fully cooked pizza without a dark/burnt crust. I didn't request an undercooked pizza soggy pizza, dripping with oil pizza that had to be put in the oven when I got home. Guess what, it still ended up in the garbage). After a long explanation from the guy on the phone, I was told I would receive $20 credit. I asked what I needed to do, when I wanted to use the credit. He said all I had to do was give my number when I ordered. A couple days later, I called to place a different order and tried to use the credit. The credit was no where to be found, and I was offered a $10 credit because Amber said there was no way to prove I was given the credit to begin with. This place gets 2 stars for the employees specifically. My boyfriend and I walked in on Super Bowl Sunday towards the end of the game. We just came back from an 8 hour drive from Montreal, Canada. Our car got hit by a deer and we just wanted a quick but good bite to eat. When we walked in, all the girls working I'm presuming what is the front (counter), we're saying "oh you can take them" (talking to their coworkers), the two gIrls to my left were assembling pizza boxes, the girl to my right was doing "order cancellations" and couldn't even bother to look at us. Once we decided what we were going to order, a new girl came and basically rushed us, said it would be 30-45 minutes (we were obviously okaY with that, but it ended up being around 15 minutes of a wait). When we got handed our pizza, we were then faced with yet ANOTHER girl who has brunette hair and shoved the pizza boxes at us and with a smug attitude told us "have a good night". I didn't think anything of it, but then a couple days later, we were headed to a friends house, and decided to go back to Franco's for pizza and wings. The pizza was a bit soggy but the wings were good. We placed the order online and did a pick-up for 11:15pm. When we got to Franco's on Eggert rd. I was greeted by the same brunette girl with attitude even though I tried to be really nice. I get it, no one wants to be working a Friday night. I work mostly weekends all day in the city, so I get customer service on a pretty good level. She asked for my phone number and I gave hEr the 10 digit number. After she couldn't find my order she finally asked if the '570' was the area code, I said yes. Once she found it, she walked over to the "pick up" order area (not entirely too sure), shoved the boxes at us and told us "night". I replied "thank you very much, have a great evening". I don't want to say this is the worst customer service ive experienced cause it's not, but come on, NO ONE wanted to help my boYfriend or myself both times we walked in. I placed an order on the Franco's website and selected the location that is nearest to my house, that is the Franco's location on Kenmore Avenue. However Franco's very own website directed me to the Eggert Road store and informed me that the Kenmore Avenue store would not deliver to my house. After placing the order and receiving a confirmation email, I received a phone call from the manager of the Eggert Road store informing me that they do not deliver to my neighborhood. He explained that they would "do it this one time for me" but that any future orders that I placed would be canceled! Wow! What outstanding customer service! I mean come on... Last night was Wrestlemania 33 and that called for a night of pizza, wings, french fries, and garlic bread! This is probably the 5th or 6th time we have ordered from this Franco's location and this is our go-to pizza place. I moved here from Connecticut 8 months ago where the pizza is big, thin, and triangular and to be honest, I absolutely loathed that style of pizza. I like my pizza chick, saucey, and cheesey and that's something a place like Franco's does right. They arrived almost exactly when they said they would and everything was on point. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the golden bbq boneless chicken chunks were juicy and so good, and both the french fries and the garlic bread were both fast food style greatness. My workplace orders delivery from this location often. Delivery is reliable, usually within 45 minutes-1 hour after calling in the order, and the drivers are courteous. I've said this before and I'll say it again: I don't get WNY-style pizza. For me, it's too bready, and the tomato sauce is too sweet. That said, I'm not above eating Franco's pizza up for grabs at work. If you like WNY pizza, you'll probably be happy with Franco's. Their party-size pizza and salads make feeding a crowd very easy. The deli subs are a better deal than their wraps: the subs have a generous amount of meat and cheese. As someone who doesn't eat meat, I will say that the vegetarian wrap isn't great, unless you love lots of iceberg lettuce. Better to get a cheese sub, and ask for extra veggies, which don't cost extra. And honestly, I'd rather eat pizza from Franco's than a sub or wrap, but I don't get to make the call on whether the group order will be pizza or subs/wraps, if it's lunch for a meeting. The chocolate chip cookies are huge and soft, bordering on "Am I really just eating cookie dough?" soft. This is totally fine by me, but others may prefer a firmer cookie. So maybe WNY pizza will win me over, thanks to Franco's. But at any rate, if you work in the delivery radius of this Franco's, this is a dependable place where you can order lunch! read more

1 slice was the size of my head...Square slices. My first time having Franco's Pizza and it was delicious. The sauce and crust was perfection. Apparently, you must eat the pizza with Blue Cheese dipping sauce/dressing. The container is big enough for two unless you have more than a slice. We also had a 10pc order of the hot wings which could've been a bit crispier however they were true hot wings and definitely made my nose run shortly after. The pizza is decent but not great and you are going to get a sloppy pie 2 out of 5 times or so, under cooked and soggy. The worst part about this place though is the kid mangers and the terrible customer service. I have twice ordered food for pick up, and they have given it to someone else before I got there. Do not order from here when Leonardi's and Bocce's are literally each a minute down the road. Leonardi's doesn't do slices but Bocce's does. Just go there instead. First of all you have to repeat your order several times -they don't seem hear. Their delivery takes forever-up to two hours-so we pick up. This particular location is very well run, with excellent management, counter people, and pizza makers/delivery people.
