    Personal white pizza
    Sara K.

20 years ago, I worked somewhere that frequently served us Franco's. I never forgot how delicious their pizza was! However, I never lived nearby so never got it on my own. I decided to order tonight and was looking forward to it. I got a medium cheese pizza (to relive), and a white pizza (to try). I have to be honest and say the cheese pizza was nothing at all like it used to be. I could tell by looking at it as well as taking my bite. It missed the mark for me, and so did the white pizza. I see the business owner is responding to reviews which I applaud and wish I were leaving a 5 star review. I cannot speak to anything else as I had my food delivered through DoorDash.

Ordered the fries for the first time and was shocked. A small order fries cost almost $4. They had very little flavor and I was lucky if there was 25 fries in all.

    Hardly any cheese & burnt

We've been coming here for a long time & it's usually good but this time pizza was horrible it looked as though they took a cooked cheese pizza & added pepperoni &?rebaked it or should I say burn it pepperoni wasn't done like usual. The wings were great!

Pepperoni slice. Very impressive for late night

Craving wings so ordered a late night snack. Wasn't sure about the flavors since no descriptions/pics on here. Opted for Jamaican jerk bbq. The Jamaican is ok; spicier than a hot wing. I would describe it as a honey base with a lot of firey spice. Not so much bbq-y like I imagined. I personally wouldn't probably get again, just due to heat. Would like to try the Nashville hot and the dry Cajun that they offer.

    20 wings, hot

Might be the best "pizza joint" wings in the Buffalo area. Super crispy, plenty of flavor in the sauce but could've been a bit spicier. Their housemade bleu cheese is excellent as well Small inside but a little patio with some picnic tables to eat on outside.

6/11/22 Ordered delivery online. The details said 1-1.5 hours. It came sooner than 1 hour, which was very surprising. We were happy about that! Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza 9/10. dough was cooked fully through and was still fluffy. Slightly messy (as expected), I love the sweeter sauce that they use. When you leave the pizza out overnight, it's still just as good the next morning! The pizza was not cut very evenly though, we got the medium, so 12 slices, but it was cut into a little bit larger slices so it was more like 9 slices and 3 slim child size slices. (That's why my rating is a 9). It was only being shared between 2 people so not an issue for us, but might be an issue for someone who has a few more guests. I posted a photo of the size difference. Garlic Parm Wings 9/10. We ordered extra crispy. They actually were crispy when we got them. Our wing box had a little sticker on it saying they can't guarantee crispiness after the delivery time (photo posted), which I appreciated. There's lots of times I've ordered wings extra crispy from other places and they were just so soggy and not very good. Garlic parm sauce was not bad, it only really stuck to one side of the wing. I think it could have been more garlicy and parmy also (that's why I gave a 9). I like a lot of flavor and coating so that I get it with every bite!

Side salad just as big as the box!!

Not a hack and an amazing review . Purchased the lunch special online, personal pizza and salad. Literally 5 stars I and debate the food, service, or price everything was top tier. I also purchased this lunch special on the app after 6pm, which is crazy but golden. 5 stars is needed based on taste, quality, time, etc. Francos will be my go to too when in need of authentic Buffalo pizza. I did customize for extra sauce and more cook. Expectations were made thank you so much. On top of making a bomb ass side salad. Franco's lets you customize to a tee which is rare with online ordering and yes my food was done in the correct amount of time. Perfect experience.

They had a board game wall, 2 air Hockey tables. An area with local items for sale. Looks like they hold farmers markets, and events in the weekend. The place was very elegantly decorated, like it was professionally done. But for a 5 Generation family, I would have liked to have seen their Ancestors, history, maybe some family heirlooms as decorations, farm equipment, etc... They had an upstairs, not sure what that was about tho. When we walked in, we saw a sign that said seat yourself, so we did. Then we noticed we could order by Q card, so we did. No hostess. The menu was really small, small plates, appetizers, cookies and milk was the dessert. It was an odd menu. There were a fair amount of kids. Which was nice. It really is set up to be 100% Family First.. It was very large, lots of space for kids to play inside and outside, safely, while adults enjoy their time. Lots of space between tables. So still good for intimate settings too. Really well thought out space planning. I ordered Burnt ends with Mac N Cheese, in a Habanero jelly. It was the only spicy item on the menu. My BF ordered Chicken Fingers, because they didn't have a burger, hot dog, steak, i wondered if upstairs was where they served full meals instead of small plates. Worth checking on before you go. I didn't notice the upstairs until we had already ordered. The menu was lacking. I think it would have been nice if they had a hostess to greet newcomers, and explain the run down, and show them how it works. If there was an area for full dining we would have liked to have known. We also would have been able to see a menu before seating. After ordering, I left my BF seated and went to see what types of local items they had for sale. I ended up buying a jar of homemade Maple cream, from the owners parents. They were a really sweet couple. They were the ones who had told us they had been there for 5 Generations. Being a history buff, I got excited and said I bet you have some great stories. I seemed to have embarrassed him, a bit, because he smiled and changed the subject. ‍ A server came out, and informed me, they were out of burnt ends, with the Habanero Jelly. They asked if they could put pulled pork, with Bbq sauce on top of the MAC N Cheese. I agreed, but was actually super disappointed. It was the only item on the menu that had some kick to it. I just didn't see a reason to look at the menu again, since it was so small. I wish we had just left, because my BF didn't like the menu. I was not getting what I wanted. Obviously, this was not a place for us. The chicken fingers were good, they were big, coated well, tasted like they may have added a touch of cornmeal. But they were still just chicken fingers. They do offer a variety of different sauces on the side. The Mac N cheese was much better than expected. The cheese was white and creamy. The pulled pork was basic sauce, it was cooked perfectly, and had some big pieces in there, and wasn't just stringy. Their ordering system is basically contactless ordering. The new way of the world. Ordering from your phone. Which is something I actually like. But a hostess is still needed. Whoever set this system up, did a terrible job uploading the menu. I wanted a drink with Vodka. The only option was"Vodka drink" when I pushed it, it said I needed to go to the bar. They had a couple of cocktails premade, but all with whiskey and gin. When I asked the female Bartender if they can make a Martini. She looked up at some guy, and waited for him to respond. But I quickly jumped in. Before he could say anything. I just asked if she could make one of their signature cocktails they have on the menu. But swap out, the gin for Vodka. I just wanted to keep this moving forward. They said no problem, and were very nice about it. Then I asked them how to order it at the table. They told me to order the gin drink I want, and they will remember to swap it out for me. I was impressed they got that right. For such a vast space, with high ceilings, the acoustics were amazing. It wasn't loud at all. Even the kids seemed to play quietly. When I finally sat down. I saw my BF looked miserable. My own nervous system had been feeling off too, and was a bit unsure. But everyone was super friendly. It just felt like we had an odd amount of super polite attention, that others were not getting. When I took a hard look around, I realized everyone there were dressed similarly, were polite, composed, quiet, having fun, and smiling. They looked like they all came straight from the same church. That's when it hit me, this is a community place with deep roots. They probably don't get many different types of people here. I live in a rural area too, but we are a diverse group of color, culture, and art. It took me a bit off guard.

Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!
