I am happy to write this review giving my highest recommendation for Dr. Pastore and his staff. I originally found Dr. Pastore for my husband who has a big aversion to going to the dentist. He has been going to see Dr. Pastore for the past few months and he raves to me about him, how professional, caring, and patient-first oriented he and his staff are. It's so hard finding a good dentist that you can trust and feel comfortable with. Dr. Pastore is that guy for sure. His office, specifically Elise, was so helpful with scheduling and even worked with me and my crazy schedule. I had two fillings and Dr. Pastore made sure to explain everything he was doing step by step and let me know what I would need done in the future, followed by a printed treatment plan so I would know and be able to plan ahead. His assistant, Nicole was so sweet and made me feel super comfortable while I was sitting with gauze in my mouth. Dr. Pastore and his staff are amazing. We have been coming here a few years and recently my husband started having tooth pain and he wound up having a tooth break. Dr. Pastore met us at the office and repaired his tooth. It wound up being a significant repair, but he did it without a moment's hesitation, on his day off. I cannot say enough good things about Frank Pastore and his staff! I avoided the dentist for about 3 years and was so apprehensive about coming in. I used to go to another dentist in Menifee years ago but I decided to switch and I am SO glad I did. Not only does he make you feel really comfortable, he is also extremely honest. In the past I have spent hundreds of dollars on gum treatments from the other dentist that told me I needed it. He took one look at my gums and said I wasn't even a candidate for gum treatments! It's so nice to finally be told the truth and not have to be upsold unnecessarily just to get the business more money. I just went in for a fill on a cavity this morning and it was seriously the easiest fill I've ever had! I go in next week to fill the other three and I know my experience will be the same! I called to seek information about scheduling an appointment for a check up for my 4yr old and 2yr old. This dentist has great reviews on YELP and was listed as a children's / family dentist so I was quite excited to call. When I called I was welcomed with a total slimy/ make it up(WHEEL & DEAL) as you go response regarding how much an exam, with xrays and cleaning would cost. I was asked multiple times about my insurance and felt degraded for responding that we have no dental insurance. The receptionist then responded with maybe it would be best if you had a visual exam since you do not have insurance. I politely responded that I was interested in a standard 6mth routine check up exam that includes evaluation, xrays, & cleaning. The receptionist had to use an adding machine to total up my fee from her "PRICE SHEET" Quoted price $281 per child minimum. WOWW!!!! read more

Dr. Pastore was great! My front tooth has had permanent discoloration, I couldn't fully smile for pictures, and was constantly insecure about it. They got me right in quickly, the staff all happy and caring, doing a professional job with a warm welcome feel. Went there when I had a wisdom tooth that was bugging me last year. He sent me to a dentist in Murrieta for the extraction. However I was very impressed with him and his staff. They all took the time to connect beyond the just being polite and professional point. My upper partial broke awhile back, and I'd been putting off going to the dentist because I knew the probable course of action was to extract my few (very few!) remaining natural upper teeth and have an upper denture made. I finally got tired of putting up with the adhesives, discomfort, inconvenience, etc, and visited Dr. Pastore. He took the time to explain in great detail the procedure and what I could honestly expect with regard to recovery and life with a new denture. The extractions were quick and very painless, and Dr. Pastore adjusted the denture as needed to improve the fit. It's been a week and a half and I am so happy! I am chewing better each day as my gums heal. My wife loves my new smile! Just how good is Dr. Pastore? I would see him even if I had to pay completely out of my own pocket, he is that good! I haven't been to the dentist for quite a few years and thus was quite nervous. The facility was small, warm, and clean upon walking in. I made an appointment, and was seen immediately upon filling out paperwork, no waiting. After xrays were done with a very nice and gentle technician, Dr. Pastore came in right away to begin the exam. Again, i was pleasantly surprised. To my fear, I need a lot of work done. Dr. Pastore was taking his time examining each tooth and was very comforting. He recommended what needed to be done first and what could wait because my insurance was limited. He didn't pressure me or guilt tripping me into doing anything I didnt need to do. He was very gentle, took time, and polite. I also have to make sure to mention the front desk woman, Elise. She was comforting, helpful, and took her time explaining all the finances to me. I felt like I was talking to a family member, not a receptionist! Thank you for everything! I will recommend anyone I know looking for dentist to your office.
