Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto body shop. Jeremy was the person who took care of me and I just want to say that he was very detail oriented and considerate and helpful and just overall great dude. He made everything clear to what I'll be spending and what will be worked on. He never cut any corners and the shop was perfect on every level: Customer service, paint job/reassembling, pricing, everything! It took an extra day to finish my vehicle but it I had gotten into a pretty bad accident that most shops would've just labeled as totaled...not with them, they took the time and a lot of effort to get my car back to normal and you wanna know something, it looks EVEN BETTER than when I got my car originally. You never know what could come up or how soon parts could arrive but Jeremy made sure that I was aware of everything that was happening with my vehicle. I was referred to Franks by my auto insurance carrier when I had an accident on vacation. Unfortunately, there were only 2 business days until I had to be back at work - not enough time for Frank, or anyone else for that matter, to repair the damage to my car. Jeremy referred me to a garage that would be able to make my car drivable, (at my own risk, of course), so that I could get home, get my car to my own mechanic and repair guys, and make it back to work on Monday, as scheduled. This saved me having to rent a car, pay for extra hotel nights, and miss work. I'm grateful for their honesty, and for them being willing to work with me. We unfortunately had to take my wife's new car into Franks twice in one month. The first time was for a serious scratch that required body work and paint. The second time was for a side mirror that was side-swiped. Jeremy took extremely good care of us, explaining how her car would be fixed and how it should look when completed.
