He was communicative and clear with expectations and listening to what I wanted done. As you can see in the photos, his team and he did a fantastic job cleaning up cleaning up the ivy in our backyard. Completely removed the ivy on the ground that had grown out of control and trimmed back the ivy growing vertically on the fence and wall - just how we discussed. We hired his company for our yearly yard clean up (junk consolidation, weeding, just basically clean up the entire back yard plus mulch installation. Frank and a lady came to do the job. Frank himself has great attention to detail. Was thoroughly impressed at how neatly he consolidated our loose items and was very considerate in arranging them in such a way that they are easy to cover in case it rains again. He also trimmed our lemon tree beautifully. The lady did a good job although there were still loose trash here and there when I did a walk through around her area. Over all it was a great experience and would highly recommend them. Brought a smile in my lips since the yard looked so so organized and clean. I really can't say enough about their service. Frank is a true professional. I hired him to clean up our yard before the new owners moved in and he did an AMAZING job for a fair price. He moved and edged our lawn, trimmed the bushes and vines and even trimmed back a few trees even though that wasn't included in the quote (but They really needed trimming), removed weeds, leaves and other debris (we had a lot of fallen leaves). He spent about 2 hours on our yard. What I liked most is that he was quick to respond to my request AND communicated well throughout the process AND showed up on time for both the estimate and on the day he was supposed to complete the project. * update to owners response: Mr. Frank, you did not show up closer to 1pm, you showed closer to 3pm. I normally don't write a review based on someone's tardiness and lack of communication. I understand that things happen, to make someone late, but the fact that the appointment switched from late morning to late afternoon was something worth noting to the public. Your disrespect for other people's time, and lack of any remorse for it was what really prompted me to write this review. I let it slide the first time you changed the time to a "noon time frame" which was a joke in itself. 12-1 is not a noon time frame, but it doesn't matter because you didn't show up then anyway. And it was I that called you to find out where you were, and then you called me back, I have a call log too you know. And my issue with you wasn't the price at all, I never complained about that, it was that you assumed we couldn't pay for it. But you are right in mentioning you gave us a quote for $1,400 for the job, you said that after you said you really didn't do big yards like this and it would be expensive, that was my mistake for not writing that in my original post. Also, if you saw me in the car from the front yard still there in the driveway, why not just walk over and give me one on one personal communication, so you could apologize for wasting my time? In the very least that's what you could've done, but you didn't. And why post pictures online showing before and after pictures with and without weeds if you don't wanna get rid of them in reality? The first time when I called you and you gave me a referral to someone else because you were booked out, I actually appreciated that, and made note of that, and I was actually paying you a compliment by saying your before and after pictures were better than the guy you referred me to. Initial review: I actually , Strange experience with this guy. Called him back in May of 2023 for a one time yard clean up. He said that they were booked up until June and suggested I call someone else called Aly. Thanked him for the referral, but as fate would have it we ended up having to postpone the work until June anyway, and honestly, his "after" pictures seemed better than Aly's, so I contacted him again in early June through the Yelp APP to see if his schedule opened up. He responded right away and asked me to send a description of the work to be done, along with pictures. I did all of the above, and also sent a video from my phone to save time and to describe what needed to be done, which was weed pulling, shrub trimming, and light pruning. 24 hours later I get a message that I'm scheduled for June the 11th "in the late morning time frame". Now, I don't know about you but to me a late morning time from is between 10am -11am, right? Well, when the day rolls around I get an alert through the APP from him saying, "Thanks for the update. We'll be there today around noon time frame (11-1pm)". Huh? First I never gave him an update, and second he didn't even ask if the time change would be okay with me, and third a noon time frame is 11:30-12! But of course, since he had so many good ratings, I decided to ignore this and just wait for him. Keep in mind, this wasn't my house, I manage my elderly mother in law's maintenance for her property, and had to travel a good distance to get there. So 11 rolls by, 12 rolls by, 1 rolls by, and no call to say he was delayed. My husband who was with me had the sense to say, "let's just go, this guy's a joker", but silly me I wanted to believe that his ratings spoke for his integrity, and maybe, just maybe he got in an accident or something. But no, by the time the clock struck 3pm, my husband and I got in our car and started to back out of the driveway, when low and behold Mr. Timely cruises up in front of the house just as we're about to drive off. He comes up to the window, and we say we're leaving, we can't wait anymore. He says, "sorry about that, well I can still give a quote and just call you to let you know", showing no remorse on his face whatsoever. So he quickly jets into the backyard, not even two minutes go by, and he calls my cell from the front yard to give me his diagnosis. I'm literally still in the driveway with the window rolled down and can see him there, and he can see me, and he calls me on the phone...what the! He then tells me, "We really don't pull weeds and do yards this big, so it will be expensive. I'll give you a referral for someone else"...which again was this Aly dude. So there you have it, not only is this guy a flake, has trouble with time, but he also assumes you don't have any money to pay for the job. Why post pics of before and after jobs like that if you really don't wanna do that kind of work then? Since then, we found someone else who did a great job and he was happy to have our business, be paid well, and receive referrals for more work through us. read more

Our yard was in a sad state after almost a year of neglect due to crazy work hours and a back injury so we reached out to Frank to see if he could help whip it back into shape. Not only did he bring it back to life, but he also opened up the yard beyond what it used to look like. We have a big front, side, and back yard, so we expected it to be costly and take quite a bit of time - Frank performed miracles in two days and quite affordably.
