This place was great! Has a real old school vibe to it. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very polite man (I assume he was franky as he was basically the host of the place, but I didn't get his name). He walked us through the most popular options on the menu, and personally took our order. The sub was amazing. I had the number 1, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I get the feeling their subs are simple, but they pay very good attention to the ingredients used in them, which is in my opinion, when food taste the best. If it wasn't so far from my house, I'd make this a weekly stop, but anytime I'm in the area, I'll find it very hard not to come back to frankys. read more

I ordered a cold turkey wrap on uber eats at 2 pm on a wednesday and it wasnt even done being made at 3 pm... 1 hour for a cold turkey wrap... i could have gone to publix, bought the ingredients and made the wrap myself in that amount of time... Never the less, the service was phenomenal and quick. We advised The staff we were first time visitors and they quickly ran through the top menu items for us (we were 5). Most of us went with the classic Italian sweet and zesty Sub, which did not disappoint. But we also tried the Media Noche and the croissant with chicken salad. Franky's is proof you don't need a fancy architectural facade to make a good sandwich! Located in a warehouse strip mall off the service road to I-75, it also provided a thrill of discovery to an urban exploration junkie like myself. I came across it in both Yelp Mobile and another social network location app while looking for new lunch places near work. You're greeted by both the pleasant aroma of meats and sauces, and the manager (?) Nanette, who's quick with a witty joke and a sandwich recommendation. I went ahead with their chicken breast on whole wheat, and topped it with swiss cheese, mixed sweet peppers and a sprinkling of balsamic vinegar. My chicken tasted lean and the bread was nice and soft. Although I passed, they had a varied selection of potato chips including Pop chips. Instead I closed my meal out with a black cherry soda - healthy because it's made of real sugar instead of chemicals. I have been craving a sandwich from Franky's for weeks. I have to go out of my way to get to them but it is so worth it. Well today I got off the highway to take care of this craving. They NEVER disappoint. Came in was sweetly greeted they were super busy with eat in and take outs. I ordered a hot ham and cheese on media noche bread and it was all I remember it to be. So I walked in and found that my apprehension quickly faded away. The people working there were extremely nice and the restaurant itself was very clean. Its a small place but its nice. The restaurant offers a wide variety of sandwiches and drinks. I tried their Philly Steak and Cheese sub and it was delicious! I've ordered the same sub several times since and the quality is consistently high. It also seems to me that this place isn't trying to get rich off their customers.
