Worst service ever! The staff is lazy and slow and very unfriendly. The owner is rude and clearly doesn't value his customers.

My husband and I used to come here on the weekends. Not anymore !! One Saturday, we went here as we often do. We ordered a salad and large pizza. When the pizza came we were disappointed in its appearance. Then, we tasted it and it tasted like cardboard. Our waitress was one of the owners daughters. We flagged her down and asked if there was a new pizza cook. in the kitchen. She replied rudely, no. We told her that it had no cheese, very little sauce, and was like cardboard. My husband picked it up like a piece of paper and showed her. She could have cared less and walked away. When she brought the check, we again told her we have never had such a bad pizza here. She took our money and again walked away. We will never be back. I know that the service always sucked. The staff turns their backs to the customers and you have to call them if you want drinks refilled. There are a lot of places to eat and this is one that is off our list. read more

This is the closest that I have gotten to true NY Pizza since I moved to GA from NY Point Blank Period. the service was awesome and the pizza was out of this world. We got a chance to hear the story of how the restaurant came to be and it is a truly encouraging one. Everything from the sauce to the dough to the cheese was purely original NY. Mother said "you can tell that this is true NY pizza because you can choke on the cheese". Other pizza places use that thin cheese that you can bite straight through. The cheese on this pizza was chewy and delicious. The wings are also tasty. We got a Canoli too and it was OK, I am not sure how those are supposed to taste it was my first one. But I cannot see myself eating at another pizza spot for a while after trying this place. If you are from NY and you want that nostalgia feeling then give this place a shot. We have loved this place in Snellville, GA. since day one! The food is some of the best! HOWEVER, we went to the new location Sunday night and though the food is still top notch, the service was unacceptable! We had to remind our waitress to bring things she forgot, more than once! And then when we finally got our checks to leave, it took about 45 MINUTES for her to come get our cards etc!!! AND to add insult to injury, an 18% gratuity was added to our bill!!!! We WILL go again after I've cooled down, in hopes that this was just an off night, because the food is that good. But, if the service is not better, we will find another pizza place!!! read more

My wife and I decided to try the new location this past Sunday at 7:30pm. Food is good, however the service is horrible!!! From the time we walked into the restaurant to the time we left it was bad. From a failure to acknowledge us standing waiting to give our name to be placed on a waiting list with open tables in the restaurant, to 10 minutes sitting in the booth before the first person came over, and 50 minutes to get a cheese pizza brought to the table. We waited so long for the pizza that when they delivered it to the table at 9:00pm we asked them to simply box it up and we would eat it at home. The night was topped off by being handed a check that correctly showed a $27 bill, however when I gave them my debit card and they ran my charge, I was handed my debit receipt that charged magically jumped to $39. ($12 more than it should have been.) When I pointed it out, it was another 10 minute wait to get it corrected. No manager ever came over to talk with us or acknowledge any of the problems. If we eat there again, it will only be take out. Not impressed!!! read more

We had frequented this restaurant many times when it was located in Snellville and it has always been excellent. It has been one of our favorite pizza spots. Being from New York, we have always particularly enjoyed the New York style pizza, also the salads and the large portion of fried calamari. However, Sunday evening we brought a group of 20 friends along to the new Grayson location after raving over the food and service and we were extremely disappointed in the PORTION SIZE OF THE CALAMARI. It was half of the usual portion and for the same $10! When I questioned it, the server said that they weigh it. Well they must have reduced the weight by half recently. Others at the table who also ordered it were surprised at how small the portion was. Maybe they are trying to cut corners now and save money since moving to this new larger building. Please don't mess up a good thing! "Don't kill the goose that lays the golden eggs"! The pizza and other dishes were as usual but prices seem to be going up. read more

My go to spot for good pizza in Snellville. Always on point when I go. I have never dined in here but it's always pretty busy and stsff seems friendly. I came here when they very first opened and quality and service has been good on each trip. They have pastas and other dishes as well but I have only ordered pizza on my visits here. I bought a Groupon to Fratelli's and wanted to try it out because I saw that they recently won "Best of Gwinnett" awards. My family of 4 including myself went on a Saturday for lunch. They were not busy, maybe 15-20 people in the whole restaurant. We ordered garlic knots to start off with and several slices of pizza each. After waiting 20-25 minutes we started noticing that other tables were getting their appetizers before us, even though we had arrived and ordered before them. The waiter obviously saw my family sitting there waiting with no food and he did not come back to check on us. We actually had to get up and speak to the waiter who said, "they lost our order." We decided to cancel the garlic knots. A few minutes later, the owner/manager came over and said that losing orders is actually "very common, and happens all the time" REALLY?!? The only thing he did to make things right was to say, we can put the garlic knots in the oven, but it'll be 10 minutes. We canceled our whole order and left and ended up driving down the street to Mellow Mushroom. I was not impressed with the owner's response and negative attitude. He did nothing to make the situation right. I will not return to this business establishment if losing customer orders is a "common occurrence" here. read more

Went here for lunch today and it was amazing! Just to start their Lemonade is spot on! I could drink them dry of it! The salad bar was excellent! Had a huge selection of everything I like! Now for the pizza..... What can I say beside amazing! Really love the chewy ctust and there is no skimping on toppings! My Dad got the 18" Meat Lovers, my Husband got the 18" cheese with pepperoni and jalapenos, Mom got the stromboli which was a really good size, and me, I got the 14" Fratilli Special sub jalapenos for green peppers. First those pizzas are bigger than 18", second they messed up and made me an 18" too. Not only did they go ahead and give me the bigger pizza they still only charged the medium's price! Had a good laugh with the waitress that the guy making the pizzas just didn't want me to have pizza envy. Really friendly place, excellent staff, great pizza with a load of toppings, Played the perfect music for a pizza place, and really fair prices! If I lived closer this would be my pizza place of choice all the time! Way to go Fratelli's! You know what you are doing! My family moved to the Lawrenceville/Snellville area 9 years ago. Originally from NY, we are always seeking out NY style pizza. We like both Fini's and Vinny's but they are way too far. About 6 weeks ago, my wife brought home pizza and garlic knots from Fratelli's. For those of you from NY or fans of NY pizza, this is the real deal!!!! Thin crust pizza with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The crust is nice and crisp. The Margherita, cheese and the sausage pizzas were all first rate. Today, we ordered a chicken and meatball and pepper pram hero sandwiches....excellent! Do your self a favor and get down to Fratelli's. You won't be sorry. The restaurant is waiting for its beer/wine license. When it gets it, this will be a 5 star casual and LOCAL restaurant. read more

I work right down the street from Fratelli's, so I have eaten there numerous times over the last year. I liked it a lot the first several times I went. But, the pizza has really grown on me, probably because I went back to my favorite pizza joint and realized Fratelli's pizza is better. I took several of my customers there, and they all loved it. This is probably the best pizza I've eaten in recent memory and the service was great. They don't offer delivery and I've eaten here twice in the last couple of weeks. I will say the pizza tastes MUCH better getting it fresh out of the oven and eating there versus carry out. While carry out is still very good (as are heating leftovers the next day), you owe it to yourself to fight with the melted cheese to get it onto your plate and eat it steaming hot! read more

Pizza like I used to get in New York. Big, foldable, cheesy slices. Took my mom, who wanted spaghetti and meatballs, but can't eat Parmesan cheese, which was in the meatballs. The owner made her a fresh Bolognese sauce instead. Perfect! I had the meatball sub. Sublime, soft French bread, perfectly melty mozzarella, just the right bite to the meatballs. I take issue with the one who said the clientele was "well...old". Well, we are "early old", and we have been eating pizza at many restaurants in many places in the USA and abroad for nearly 50 years. We know a thing about pizza that probably "well....the young" might not know. Our pizza place went out of business, so we are looking for a new one. We had cheese ravioli and a shrimp pasta dish that was delicious. They had a nice assortment of draft beers to chose from (not a huge selection but plenty for a pizza place). I got a Red Hare Cotton Tail draft that most chain restaurants would not have. Family atmosphere, excellent garlic bread. Not crowded. I would definitely recommend this Italian restaurant. I was initially hesitant to stop at Fratelli's because the parking lot was always nearly empty when I drove by, but one day I threw caution to the wind and popped in for a Saturday lunch. Fast forward to today and our family has been to Fratelli's on three different occasions, tonight will probably be the fourth, and we have definitely found our new home for pizza. We ordered the caprese salad and a large Fratelli's pizza on our first visit and were not disappointed. Our daughter was not with us that day and my son, husband and I contemplated splitting the last slice between the three of us, but I had to do what was right and share the yummy goodness with her. My husband and I visited a second time during spring break while the kids were out of town, and believe me they were not happy about it. We ordered the Italian Salad, Thai sweet and spicy wings and large Fratelli's pizza. The salad was huge and came with garlic knots; the salad dressing was differently delicious, but the garlic knots were only ok. Fratelli's definitely cooks the wings to order and they do not skimp on size! On our third visit, with kids of course, we wanted to order the Fratelli's Sicilian, but were told it takes 30 minutes to cook and we were pressed for time that night. Suffice to say, we ordered the regular Fratelli's (see a pattern here) and the Italian salad. We did not get the same salad dressing as before, but the garlic knots were better this go round. As always, the pizza was amazing and has the perfect balance of meat, cheese, sauce and veggies. Tonight I plan on ordering ahead so we can finally get that Sicilian! When we have guests in town and they want to dine out, I will make sure to bring them to Fratelli's. I am so glad we did. What great fresh NY style pizza. The house salad was great and we loved the penne with garlic, oil and broccoli. My search is over. I have finally found GREAT pizza in the area. I'm originally from NY but here in Snellville area for 30 yrs. I am always 'in search of' good pizza and made my way to Fratelli's about 2 yrs ago. Their pizza is consistently excellent whether it is the neapolitan or sicilian. Look no further and come see for yourself. You will find the pizza just right (great sauce, superior cheese), prices reasonable and people wonderful. Frankly, all of their food is well made and seasoned properly. Plus, if you have a "loyalty card" it is not worth the paper it's written on. The owner doesn't want to honor them so they are useless. Some out of town family friends were in the Snellville area looking at homes so we decided against any chain restaurants and opted to meet here to have a bite to eat and catch up. 7 adults, 2 kids under 5. The wait staff was great and accommodating. Drink refills were quick and they put up with the kids running around a little. We ordered a few apps: cheese sticks, garlic knots, and calamari. The cheese sticks were what I expected... fried cheese... you can't really mess those up nor embellish on them either. The calamari was lightly breaded, not over cooked but a tad on the bland side... I like mine with a little extra flavor.. maybe a touch of white pepper and a pinch of salt would have gone a long way here. I try calamari just about at every place I go, and most places go overboard with the breading and salt, so this was a change. I'd order it again. The garlic knots were more like the size and density of garlic dinner rolls than the knots I grew up with on Long Island and in NYC. Still not bad, just different. We ordered 2 large pies, The Bella Bianca and a half meat lovers/half Fratelli's special, and 1 small(medium) Buffalo Chicken. I had the Bella bianca and the Buffalo Chicken. Both were good. My main issue, a personal thing, is with the crust. I like a little more "chew" to the crust. This crust is a little drier than what I grew up with. I am not a fan of buffalo chicken pizza but here it was my favorite one... I am a little surprised. The chicken pieces were good sized and plentiful, and had a nice kick to the sauce plus they didn't try to do anything crazy with the cheese. Overall this was a good local family spot. the pizza was decent New York style pizza and really good New York style pizza for the south. Decided to treat my family on a Friday to the delicious and delightful pizza of Fratelli's. I have been eating his pizza for at least 2 years. I am not from NY but I have had pizza from NY's Little Italy area and this is pretty damn close. That's the good part. The bad. My last visit to Fratelli's was my last visit to Fratelli's. I order 4 med pizzas for my fam but one pie that was supposed to have double pep did not(I always check the pies before I leave). I informed the cashier and showed her. She tells him and he yells over to me that I got what I ordered. I opened another of the 4 pies that also had double pep as a comparison. Stark difference. He says again that I have what I ordered. Mind you, he(the actual ower who makes a lot of the pies) did not even venture over for a look. He just says that is what I ordered and to leave and do not come back. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
