I was greeted and helped quickly. Not only the employees was nice, they also have 2 cute pup that very sweet also. The older/bigger one is Chewy, the younger/smaller one is Andrew. Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. I did look at the jewelry and they do have a lot of pretty pieces. I wasn't comfortable taking picture of the jewelry/store but I sure did take some vid the dog interaction.

After looking for a bit, I found the one, and it was well within my price range. She even told me the ring would be 25% off if I picked it up on Friday so I asked them to hold it until then. When I went in then, Nim helped me complete the process, and also helped me a couple days later with scheduling the resize. This is the closest location to Beavercreek we could take my ring to be serviced. We had a little trouble locating where the store front was inside the mall but that is an issue with Liberty Center and their map system- thumbs down all day. When we walked in, David greeted us from behind the counter. He immediately took my ring and began the inspection while chatting with my fiancé. He clarified that the warranty issued with the Vera Wang brand did not cover some things like damage and informed my fiancé he could still add on additional coverage at this time. He elected to extend the coverage and then we looked at wedding bands. We had already shopped on the website and knew what we were leaning toward. We had his picked out and he needed sized. For mine, we were leaning toward a straight band but wanted to see how it would sit against my engagement ring. I ended up selecting a curved band when I saw it in person. It looked better than it did online and David helped me to see how it would look in the right size. We had planned on waiting until closer to the wedding to actually purchase the bands, and thought we would more than likely order online from home again. However, David was so easy to work with and very helpful with sizing and information about differences, so we decided to buy then. He gave us information to reach him for when the rings arrived at the store (to send them for sizing). He also set up an account so we have all of the warranty and purchase information in one location. We are looking forward to picking them up in a few weeks! Thanks David!!
