Lovely restaurant! The owner & staff were very pleasant. I would recommend making a reservation. Very nice & intimate inside. The food was delicious. Good size portions / prices. Will be back again!

Sheer Perfection! Greeted and seated immediately upon entering. And our server was at our table just as soon as we were seated with menu's in hand. And that is how the remainder of service followed ~Seamless, Attentive & On point! The ONLY reason for the 4 stars... is we were not offered bread... We were looking forward to that! But crab cake and Frederick salad as starters were perfection and the Duck l'orange Fabulous! Lastly the trio dessert the Perfect close to a Fantastic Dinner! Thanks Frederick's!

Wish there were more beer selections. I wanted to try happy hour menu but didn't really have anything I wanted to eat at the time . I wonder if their pizza is good so I would like to come back here to try some pizza

Came here for happy hour and wow by the time we left the place was PACKED! Nice vibe in this place for a date night too. We ordered a bunch of stuff Pizza - it was okay, I like pepperoni more than prosciutto as it's sort of tough versus easy to bite...I did like the pesto flavor on it Calamari - these were very good, although I didn't like the service in strips instead of rings (or just smaller strips) it was just harder to eat Ribs - not the best...I didn't like the sauce (it was very soy tasting not in a good way) and they were not very meaty. Fries - these were good, but with ketchup instead of their aioli Wedge salad - this was fantastic, the nuts really added a good crunch and texture to it Last but not least the floating island - not my thing...the cream was great, the blueberries were wonderful but the main part of the dish was blah for me...not sweet enough. It did look very pretty. If I go back I'd try all different stuff except for the wedge salad and see what else is great.

We visited Frederick's Bistro for the second time, this time to celebrate a friend's birthday; it was her request to revisit because it was so good last time; and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The food is consistently delicious, but the service is what truly sets this place apart. I brought a cake for my friend to take home, and the staff kindly offered to set it aside for us. To our surprise, they brought out a fireworks cake and sang to her; completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful! We ended up sharing the cake with the staff and fellow diners, turning the evening into a spontaneous celebration. Blanca was there mixing up her signature margaritas (so good!), and our server Janet was an absolute gem; attentive, warm, and just wonderful. We had such a great time and can't wait to come back!

The restaurant is very nice inside and they serve a lot of regular customers. We were greeted and seated immediately by the friendly staff (I think the owner) as soon as we walked inside. Once we finally got our service started we ordered the spring rolls, chicken soup, Cesar salad, osso bucco, and crab cakes. They also offer bread service which was very tasty. The food was pretty good. The potatoes and osso, needed a bit of salt. The crab cake had a very good ratio of crab to filling. The Ceasar salad dressing was a little off but not worth sending it back. I heard they have good happy hour specials so maybe next time I will check that out.

We were looking for a good happy hour restaurant this past Friday and thought of @fredericks_bistro. Happy hour during the week ends at 7pm. Frederick himself seated us. Ryne was our server and a familiar face here. Everything we enjoyed was from their happy hour menu. 2 menu items that we tried for the first time were the Vietnamese Meatballs and Frog Legs. The sauce for the meatballs was very flavorful. The rest were our usual choices: Duck Liver Mousse, Wedge Salad, Vietnamese Dumplings, and Paris Pizza with ham, artichoke, and olives. We were full and just had the right amount of food. The pizza was the only leftover to take home. Quality happy hour with great food and service! Add it to your list if you haven't stopped by yet.

Came during the recent restaurant week and everything we had was absolutely amazing. One of the best meals I've had recently. This was my second time here and staff is super friendly, they make sure you've got what you need & are great for helping you choose what's best to get! I will say the only thing that kind of throws me off for an establishment like this is that they charger per person per piece of bread.... Don't get me wrong their bread and butter is delicious, but with so many other places not charging for something this simple it makes sad lol. The ambiance is very intimate and you can dress up a little or come in jeans & a nice top.

I visited Frederick's Bistro during happy hour on a Friday. My boyfriend and I sat down at the bar and were immediately greeted by the bartender. The bar side of the restaurant was cozy and comfortable. She was so kind and helpful in explaining the menu and giving recommendations and was very attentive the whole afternoon. She said the place is always busy for happy hour, and a place frequented by locals and returnees. We decided to order the calamari, dumplings and the prosciutto pizza. Everything was excellent. The calamari was perfectly tender yet crispy served over Thai noodles providing a unique sweetness to the bite. The dumplings were fresh and light. And the prosciutto pizza was great with a nice thin crust and great flavor. Enjoy photos of our half eaten food because we were too eager to try it all! We will definitely be back for another happy hour to try other happy hour menu items!

The service was amazing .. though as they got busy about 6.30pm, service fell off a little. I do recommend a reservation for any time after 6pm. We started with small plates. The French Onion soup had a hearty flavor though it was more bread than broth. The Pear gorgonzola salad was amazing ... pears soaked in red wine paired with room temp gorgonzola, green and a light vinaigrette. The escargot brought yums. I had the braised short ribs. Super tender .. fall apart. I would have liked a little more veggies and a heartier sauce. The streak and fries was cooked and seasoned perfectly. For dessert, the creme brulee was glass on top and pure custard underneath ... perfect consistency. The mousse was a deep chocolate flavor with a tasty almond cookie. So many items I want to go back and try. Definitely recommend!!!

The croissant was everything a croissant should be--beautifully laminated, impossibly flaky, buttery, and so light that it melted away with each bite. It seems like reservations are encouraged. At every visit, the servers greeted me with water and asked for my dietary preferences. You can tell that the servers all work together as I had other servers stop by to pack up my food and refill my water. I do love how they offer to pack up my leftovers and do so very nicely. 1st visit: My server was a sweetheart, very attentive, and super nice! I made reservations for 5PM on a Friday. I was one of the first to arrive, but the restaurant quickly filled up. I opted for the Mezas De Alegria, the server brought out Tirshi, Roasted Cabbage, Steamed Red Snapper, and Olive Oil Cake! All were very tasty, my favorites being the Tirshi and Steamed Red Snapped! I also ordered the Greek Wine flight, I enjoyed the Troupis wine best! Out of all of my dining experiences, this was by far my favorite! 2nd visit: My server was also attentive and kind. This time, I didn't make a reservation, I just walked in but was able to be seated at 11AM on a Sunday. I opted the for Turkish Brunch and the Mint Limonada, and they were able to accommodate my dietary preference! Everything was good once again, my favorites were the Grilled Olive and Tomato Salad, Fire Roasted Peppers, and Shakshuka. The Mint Limonada was too sweet for my preference, I had to water it down with some water. 3rd visit: My most recent server was very sweet and kind but wasn't as attentive. I made reservations for 5PM on Friday. She got held up by a table nearby a couple of times. I tried items from the Culinaria Restaurant Week Menu (Armenian Salad, Texas Waygu Kebabs, and Local Fruit Sorbet) Everything was soo good and flavorful. I really enjoyed the Armenian Salad. The Texas Waygu Kebabs were good, but a little chewy for my preference. They were cooked about Med-Well/Well done, though I prefer my beef to be cooked Medium, but I wasn't asked about my preference. I also wasn't given a steak knife and tried to wait for my server, but she was with another table for a while. I had to use my butter knife... The Local fruit sorbet was very refreshing and a light dessert to end my evening. Overall, great experiences, flavor-packed food! I enjoy Mediterranean food, so I'll be back to try more items off their menu!
