Meals with a mission. Freedom a la Cart is a food service social enterprise that offers job skills training, and economic empowerment resources, for women who are survivors of trafficking. The cafe is just very welcoming and cozy. I was happy to sit and enjoy my breakfast (and coffee) and soak up the atmosphere. Loved the jazzy holiday tunes and the friendly service. The black bean breakfast burrito came with a fresh salsa verde. The "freedom latte" had lovely housemade rosemary and orange syrup. I also enjoyed a side order of the most delicious candied bacon I have ever had. I don't even like bacon that much, but I could have eaten several more slices. Support this wonderful business that helps so many.

    Quiche was delicious.

This is a charming coffee house with excellent coffee drinks and very good food. It is bright and airy. There are a few tables with seating and a long communal high-top counter/table with stools. The coffee was delicious and, if you have a sweet tooth, don't miss the incredible Buckeye coffee drink, which may have a few pounds of sugar in it. The avocado toast was fantastic and a work of art and the quiche was wonderful, too. The food menu is more extensive than you will find at most coffee houses. Very good coffee and very good food can be found here and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

I was in Columbus for a work trip with some time to kill. I stumbled upon this wonderful coffee shop. The shop supports an amazing cause. The ambiance and decor are top tier. Very relaxing. I ordered an avocado toast with egg which was excellent and all ingredients tasted fresh and made in house. My iced PB&J late was out of this world! SO pretty and tasty and a smooth coffee flavor with the right amount of caffeine boost. For the quality of the service, food, and coffee- the price is reasonable, and proceeds support a wonderful cause in the community. Highly recommend stopping by.

I've been to Freedom a la Cart many times. It's always a great choice for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The staff there is so sweet. And when you patronize freedom à la cart, you're not just getting a delicious meal, but you're supporting a worthy cause. Your patronage helps keep job training strong, support services steady, and doors of opportunity wide open for victims of human trafficking. Keep them in mind this holiday season for your catering needs and currently with every $30 donation, you'll receive a beautifully packaged box of one dozen hand-crafted treats made from scratch by their talented team of bakers. It's perfect for family gatherings, last-minute giftgiving, or Santa with a glass of milk .

Very cute, bright and fresh coffee shop. I had the hot latte and the chia bowl. Service was friendly and fast. Coffee itself was ok, the flavor of the coffee was not very strong. The chia bowl was really good and just slightly sweet and was filling. I will be back for their healthier breakfast options close to the convention center

I've had baked goods from here in the past, but this is my first time actually being able to check the place out. The service was great, and all of the workers were kind. I went with a black bean burrito, which I'm glad was already vegetarian and it was actually really good many times when I have a black bean burger at other places it's just packed with majority, black beans and not much else. I also got their chocolate cayenne croissant, and I had no idea what to expect but it was really good. It had just the right amount of kick. I also got the rosemary olive oil slice, which was also really good. I loved the glaze on it and it had the perfect amount of denseness. I'll definitely be coming back soon to try some of their other items and they had a decent amount of seating inside!

Such a nice place to dine! This was such a pleasant surprise to see a place with so much attention to detail, right when you pull up to the building there's a beautiful mural on the side of the building. Inside is so nicely decorated with a very clean and bright esthetic. The food menu has many delicious choices to choose from along with nice pastries and uniquely flavored lattes. I was sad we already planned to visit a coffee shop afterwards or then I would have loved to try one of their lattes. I got the breakfast sandwich and my wife got the blueberry chia yogurt bowl. The service was pretty fast and very friendly. We both split our meals with each other and both dishes tasted excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast sandwich is very small especially for the price. Other than that this place is totally my vibe and would love to come back whenever we are back in town!

Today I stopped and had lunch here! I got the. Don't Judge Me sandwich Roasted Chicken, French Onion Aioli, Garlic Aioli, Swiss Cheese, Crumbled Potato Chips, Arugula, Sourdough; 10/10. Service was 10/10. This place just has a nice warmth to it. The food was just everything and much more. If you are ever in the area. Spend your money here!!

A beautiful spot, with a friendly staff, clean, with great coffee and bites. The coffee ranges from basic to unique lattes, and I enjoyed everything I had. The rosemary breakfast sammy is a must order. The egg soufflé was tender yet still had a bite and texture to it, the rosemary fragrant all on a flaky croissant that was soft but still held up to the sandwich. The special lattes rotate, and there is always something for everyone. I wish I didn't live out of town.

I've been going to this cafe for about a year and a half now. It's one of my absolute favorites to visit downtown on my lunch break. All of the ladies working there are friendly and your purchases go toward a great cause as many of their proceeds support survivors of human trafficking. The cafe is cute, airy, well-decorated, and always with awesome music to vibe to while you eat. Literally have never had a bad drink here! Their teas are good and they put so much thought and effort into crafting their coffees! The food is phenomenal too! I've tried lots here but my favorites have to be the rosemary breakfast sammich and raspberry cheesecake latte they had which is a seasonal favorite. Definitely pay them a visit!

Cute little cafe in downtown! I walked here from my hotel after reading about this Lemon Aioli and Rosemary-Lemon Sausage, I knew I had to have it. I placed my order online and headed over. It's super cute and isn't incredibly busy in the area where it's located. It also has its own parking lot which is a plus! My order was ready as soon as I arrived. I ordered the Rosemary Breakfast Sammich. Yum! Totally unique and unlike any breakfast sandwich I've had. Super flavorful, and the marriage of the flavors betwixt the fresh baked croissant bun. Chef's kiss! I also ordered a regular drip coffee. It was tasty! The cafe itself is adorable and cozy, but bright and happy. I also really loved reading about (and supporting!) their mission. Swing by here while you're in the area and have one of their elevated breakfast staples. You won't be disappointed!

Croque Monsieur. This is the healthy version as it's pan fried instead of deep fried. Soooo good!!
    Steffy W.

Very darling place to dine in. Very peaceful with cute decorations. Looked like some folks were here ready to be parked at their spot all day. We did take out and was surprised by how delish yet healthy the meals were. My quiche was tasty and the accompanying salad balanced the flavoring perfectly. I was impressed that the croque monsieur was a healthy version that is pan fried instead of deep fried. It was still delish.

This is an awesome spot with a wonderful mission. It's beautiful inside and has great affordable options and everyone there was super friendly. I had a chai latte and loved it. Can't wait to come back to try more items on the menu!

We were gifted tickets for the German Village picnic Giftory experience which gave us two macarons of our choosing and two vanilla shortbread cookies for free. We chose the raspberry chambord and pistachio macarons while also ordering two pistachio cloud matchas. All of the desserts were excellent. The raspberry macaron was very fruit forward while the pistachio was more subdued, but still had a spot on flavor. Even with sugar coating the shortbread cookies, the touch of vanilla made them taste light. I could easily see myself eating far too many of those. The star of the show was the matcha. 10/10! I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Perfect mix of sweet and savory. Even thought the line was out the door, it moved at a decent pace and our drinks didn't take too long to receive. I'd like to try the strawberry matcha next time, but I'm not sure if I can pass up the pistachio Highly recommend!

**5 stars for the milk bread**…read more FUN FACT -- Tous Les Jous is owned by a South Korean food conglomerate group (same concept as Paris Baguette) and this is a bakery with Asian and European baked goods. I visited Tous Les Jours for the first time on Memorial Day (May 2026) at the Columbus location. I arrived around 2:30pm on a Monday. Surprisingly, they had lots of options available even with my late arrival because most bakeries run out of items quickly. They sell croissants, cakes, milk breads, macarons, drinks, etc. MY ORDER ($18.95 total for 4 items) -- Twist Donut ($2.95), Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50), Almond Croissant ($4.75), and a Whole Milk Loaf bread ($6.75). 1. Twist donut ($2.95) - sweet but not overly sweet. It tasted just like a regular twist donut that you'll find at other donut shops. 2. Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50) - good. Perfect savory option for breakfast or lunch. Soft and buttery bread base. I think $3 would have been a better price but the bread roll was good. I ate this in my car before driving back to Cleveland. It held me over until I got home. 3. Almond Croissant ($4.75) - my favourite item - buttery with some almond cream or paste inside. Topped with almonds. I don't like creamy things at all and I didn't realize that this croissant had a cream inside until I opened it but the cream is very light and it is more of a spread than a cream. 4. Whole Milk Loaf Bread ($6.75) - Fresh and soft. Definitely my other favourite item. This was all gone within a day, that's how good it was. Buttery goodness. The best bread. Overall, I enjoyed visiting Tous Les Jours and I hope to visit their Cleveland location soon. I ordered takeout so I didn't sit in but they have some tables and chairs available. I'll definitely be back if I'm close by the area again. Tous Les Jours means everyday in French and I wish I could visit them everyday...haha. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 101/250 total reviews in 2026 - 942 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

Well, if I'm honest there was this Amish stand at a farmers market in Central PA that had outstanding donuts, but they only sold them a few times a year and I have no idea how to find them! This trip, I got the big boy donut, a white icing cake donut, and a pretzel. The big boy donut is a huge glazed donut as big as your head. That's right, you can hold it up to your head and it will be just as large!!! This time, however, they put a twist on them and added icing to a few. I know, sweet on top of a sweet sugary donut seems like overkill, and it was. But come on, anyone willing to eat a donut as big as his head has no problem with something super duper sweet! The other items were equally good, and I liked their new larger location. They even added a few new items since I was last there like donut holes/bites. We tried the melon pain, choco melon pain, matcha melon pain, custard bun, Nutella kitty bun, and walnut cookies. The melon pain were discounted at 20% because they were ugly according to Belle's. All of the bread held up for our road trip back to Chicago and remained flavorful and soft. The walnut cookies has a very good bite and it is not overly sweet. They can be paired with a nice Jasmine tea for a delicate afternoon snack. Belle's had a full case of dessert a vast variety of cake. I was really tempted to try a piece but I held back because it was an odd hour and we were supposed to have dinner soon. I would definitely like to revisit at a different date and time and try several pieces of dessert.

Most recently, I came to pick up a cake for Father's Day and also stopped in to try a couple drinks and a matcha roll. The interior is clean with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly. Come early if you want a bigger selection of bread and pastries! I came around 6 pm on a Saturday and most breads were sold out but there were still plenty of cakes left. I ordered the iced matcha latte and iced black sesame lattes (both with oat milk). After mixing, the matcha latte was a light shade of green and pretty much just tasted like milk which was kind of disappointing. The black sesame latte on the other hand, had a nice strong black sesame flavor. The mango and strawberry smoothies were super refreshing especially since it was hot outside. I actually saved the matcha roll for 2 days later and it still tasted really fresh and yummy.
