    I don't even know where to begin with Kia of Stevens Creek, so let's start with the good because there is a lot of it. The service team is amazing. Like actually amazing. Friendly, personable, easy to talk to, and they make the whole process feel smooth and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care and aren't just going through the motions. Now, the building itself, let's just say it has character. Not exactly somewhere you're like wow I'd love to hang out here for hours, but hey, you're not there for the ambiance, you're there for the people and they deliver. BUT HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING. I have a small family of plastic rats that live in my driver side door storage (don't ask, just accept it). Originally, there were five: * 1 large grey rat * 1 large white rat * 1 small white rat * 2 small black rats A full, thriving rat household. Every single time I've brought my car in for service, ONE OF THE WHITE RATS HAS DISAPPEARED. I am now down to three rats. My family has been broken apart. And apparently, someone in that service department has a very specific preference for white rats?? The pattern is undeniable. The audacity is also undeniable. The disrespect. Immeasurable. So yes. 10/10 service, incredible staff, would absolutely come back. But also, if anyone would like to return my missing white rats and reunite this family, I think we can all agree that's the right thing to do. Justice for the rat family.

    If you're looking for a 7-seater SUV, the Kia EV9 is hard to beat--it has the highest ratings, which brought me to Stevens Creek Kia. I went in with a lot of trepidation, given past experiences with dealers. Thankfully, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. I worked with Kasra, who was courteous, genuine, and patient. Ismail, the manager, was also excellent. Tony, the head of the location, stood out as professional, customer-focused, interesting person with a lot of great life experiences. He took the time to be kind to my mother, who was with me, and that really meant a lot. I even made a late change in my car decision--definitely not easy for them--but they handled it with understanding and grace. This team made what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. I'm a huge fan and can't recommend Stevens Creek Kia more highly.

    Milad listens to the customer and then makes a suggestion. I didn't feel that I was getting the hard sell. At first, he showed me a Kia Niro hybrid but it was out of my budget. And then, he suggested the BMW 330e. As soon as I saw it, I knew that I wanted it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase - it's a dream car for me. I've wanted a BMW ever since I graduated from the University of Houston ('94).

I had been searching everywhere for this specific model in this particular color, and I finally found the perfect match at Stevens Creek Kia. I immediately called the dealership and got in touch with Sam. He was incredibly quick to respond and jump on my inquiry. He was professional and ensured everything was ready to go. I came in the very next day, and Sam showed us the car. From that moment on, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently. From the moment I met Jesse, I knew I was in great hands. Jesse is a fully equipped mobile mechanic who handled everything on the spot with amazing efficiency. He arrived right where we agreed, prepared with all the necessary tools. He completed the job quickly and right in front of me, explaining every step of the process as he worked. Jesse even checked if I wanted to keep the old brake pads and rotors or if he should dispose of them, which showed his conscientious approach and respect for my preferences. His workmanship was immaculate--everything was done cleanly, and honestly, my brakes don't squeak anymore. I can feel the improved stopping power immediately. Jesse's professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. I was also impressed by how friendly and straightforward he was, making the entire experience very comfortable. I genuinely don't understand any negative reviews on his page, as my experience was flawless. Jesse is definitely my new go-to guy for any automotive work I need in the future.     I bought a break fluid oil flush voucher on groupon for mini cooper. Before I went to the shop, I…read morecalled the merchant to schedule an appointment with my car info and how it's working. The owner didn't mention ay additional charges. When I went to the shop , the owner told me I need to pay additional $40 dollars for oil recycling which is not mentioned on the groupon website. I told him I can accept the charge and I need the receipt with the $40 additional charge to follow up with groupon about it. The owner said I am not interested in the deal anymore and asked me to leave and get a refund from groupon. I also noticed the owner increased the break fluid flush price on groupon from $160 to $240 after I left the shop today. It's a really bad experience for customers that the owner can change his mind and reject the service. Update for owner's review below "a vehicle that is directly not covered in the advertisement" , groupon adversisement doesn't mention any special vehicle price. After the owner told me to charge additional $40, I was confused and later accepted the charge while telling him to get the receipt for reference then I can follow up with groupon. After that, the owner refused to do the service. I guess the owner don't want his practice to be exposed to groupon. The owner could have listed the additional charge on the groupon website in the beginning to let customers be clear about all the cost. That alone is huge, because a lot of places make you feel rushed or like you're being talked over--but not here. They were upfront about pricing, didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and got the work done quickly without cutting corners. You can tell they've been doing this for a long time and actually care about their customers and their reputation. What stood out the most to me was how honest and straightforward they were. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but this is definitely one of those places. If you need a smog check, repair, or even just an inspection, I would 100% recommend giving them a shot. I'll definitely be coming back here for anything I need moving forward.
