There is spa-like music playing and a peaceful environment, even though it was bustling with people. After I left, I noticed that there were a few spots where the polish was on my skin or missed a side of the nail altogether. Not horrible, but enough that I noticed. I did the deluxe pedicure came with scrub, paraffin wax, hot stone massage. Not much of a massage or scrubbing my feet. $25 Manicure was the fastest manicure I've had ever. And last one had no polish. Not even a towl on the station to put my hands on. The lady next me to me got a towel. Just paper towel. Hot water in a bowl with no bubblies. File, cut cuticles. 30 second massage. And then painted my nails. Not worth 25 dollars. No base coat. :( whyyyy I was done in 40 min for both. Part of me was like ok this is fine but other part was thinking it was so rushed. Granted I haven't had a pedicure in a while so maybe things have changed. But the pedicures were terrible. Both my husband and I left with bleeding toes. I have issues with I grown toenails. So I can't have my toenails cut. They have to be filed straight. Five times the girl insisted that she cut my nails to make them straight. 5-times I told her to just file. She filed one down too much which resulted in bleeding. After the pedicure, I also discovered that she cut the corners of a big toe which now I will have to babysit hoping to avoid an ingrown.
