You know what? I liked QT. Can't tell you how many times I've passed by, yet on this particular day I needed some hideous "self-made" acrylics removed both for my sanity and cause as you may have seen in my other nail posts, I try to keep a nice, clean manicure. Nonetheless, I arrived and their staff had me seated right away. I explained as best as possible I just needed a natural mani this time, nothing special. The lady who helped me delicately removed the claws (pretty much) and likewise did that manicure as best as possible. It was great! The hot towels, the massage, the straightforward, clean, and friendly service is all I could have asked for. They have some nice people working there and most importantly, I felt like I could relax for a minute, considering it was a day full of errands. Had a pleasant experience here. The pricing is extremely reasonable. I got their luxurious pedi, which had the hot stones, callus tx, and the such. I only wish each component would have been a little longer, but for 35 dollars it was extremely reasonable! I then got a full set with regular polish very good work ($25), but she was a little hard on my cuticles. That's when I figured out the Cuticle trim or oil wasn't part of the set. It was hard to tell cuz they didn't really have a menu of services in regards to manicures, just pedicures (that I could see). Also it was 3 dollars extra for the polish I picked im not too sure why. It might not be the most luxurious nail place u have ever been to, but I'm quite satisfied for the price. Oh and u get a free water. Pics to come. :) read more

Worst mani/pedi I've experienced! I've been to several places around the valley and have never been treated so rude. She didn't ask how short when clipping my nails, and cut clear down to the skin. They were defensive and didn't care at all. No wonder they didn't have any other clients. Worst $32 I've ever spent Don't give them business! read more

Beware! Dirty place. They use dirty tools and dirty bowls to dip dirty brush into acrylic liquid then they only had one dirty and old goopy all around the top of the clear top coat bottle and that was even cross contaminated with BLUE paint all over my French manicure and if that wasn't enough, three of my nails chipped and they tried to Cover it with more paint! I took off my French ...I was disgusted. I politely asked for a refund. I showed her and her staff how bad this was and explained how they should not ever be using such dirty tools and old goopy fungus bottles! She refused my refund. And went to another place farther away but totally with it! Called New California! Ask for Kevin!! I just feel sad for anyone who goes there ...you could get sick. read more

I work nearby qt nails and stop in often during downtime at work. It's a small space so they don't have a large staff, but they are able to accommodate me every time I drop in. I have always received prompt and professional service, including complimentary water bottles and pedicure flip flops. The pedicure is very relaxing, and they pay attention to their work and never skimp on the massage. The employees have always been kind and professional. I have a hard time believing reviews saying that the staff was rude, I think the reviewer is being very unfair and ethnocentric towards an employee who has learned English as a second language. Well it was my first time here. My preferred placed was way busy for the next 2 & half hours so I came here to QT nails! Gotta say it was a fantastic experience! I was able to walk right in. I'm sure my timing was perfect! Candy did my nails and she did an awesome job! I got a fill with shellac and a toe polish only bcz I just had a deluxe pedicure a week ago. But from my observation on the rest of the ladies pedicure it's definitely something I would do here next time around! They explained the awesome pricing on the different polishes! The setting was quiet tranquil and they also give you a little bottle of water while you wait! There right next to s Starbucks which makes it even more enjoyable! Worst place ever. I didn't like how she painted my nails. Color was uneven and clumping and she kept layering it. And when I said it didn't match she got a major attitude and threw the bin of gel colors at my lap and said pick. Um no. Take it off and I am done. She still charged me $5. Pedicure was ok. Not the best. And I dot. Speak their language but I was pretty sure she was bad mouthing me when I said the color looked bad. Will not go back and I recommend no one else either. read more

No one speaks English here, so if that bothers you this isn't your place. I was given a small cold water bottle, a nice touch. I received a respectable pedicure in a comfortable spa chair for $16 (they have a 20% off special, usually $20) - afterwards I had to ask another employee to clean up wayward polish that ended up on my skin instead of the nails after the initial employee moved on to another customer without asking me if I was happy - but she didn't speak English so maybe that's why she didn't bother. They were all very nice and had no idea what Yelp was. I added them as a business. I think this is a good place to get a pedicure. read more

The place its self is cute and clean, has potential if they were friendly and did a better job. feeling rushed in a salon (where there is no one else in there) isn't what I look for in a pedicure experience. FIRST-TIME EXPERIENCE: Moved from California and still looking for a go to nail salon. I wouldn't say this would be it but the price and friendliness wouldn't make it my last visit either. I like to grab my Starbucks before getting nails done and there's one in the same plaza. They also have a Mo Bettah Hawaiian Steakhouse where I grabbed Lunch afterwards. Anyway, I was seated right away for a shellac manicure. I had two broken nails so she applied acrylic to only the two. They came out a bit bigger than my natural nails so I asked to file it down a bit more. I thought it was still a little too big but wasn't too bad. That total came up to $30. I was then moved to the pedicure seats. They handed me a menu and I got the deluxe pedi for $25 which included basic care, scrub, massage, and paraffin wax. (Not bad) they also have a basic and luxury. Oh, they removed previous shellac polish for $5 extra. I began reading my book the whole pedi time and didn't realize she used a different color than I had expected which was one I previously chose before changing my mind. It wasn't too far off so I just kept it. She was very nice and friendly plus I was in a good mood so I wasn't too picky. There was a lady that came in and waited about 5 minutes before getting impatient and stormed off though. They tried their best to take in as many customers but there were only two of them working at the time. There was no event I was getting did for, my husband was off work to watch baby so it was my little getaway for good price. For an event where I would want it done a little better, I wouldn't mind going elsewhere for a little more. They also have stamp cards. read more

I was greeted the second I walked in . I was told to pick my color and by the time I got to my seat there was a nice cold bottle of water waiting for me . The lady ( I wish I got her name ) who did my nails was so careful and meticulous . I especially liked the nice massage and the warm towels . The massage isn't like the ones you get at other salons thats more like a poke , the lady actually massaged my calfs and feet . I could feel the stress leaving my body . I walked in just to have my acrylic nails soaked off. The nail tech was sitting outside in her car and followed in behind me. She sat me down and I told her I didn't want them filed off. I told her I was willing to get a pedicure while they soaked. She basically yelled at me and told me she had to file them cause they were so thick. I am a professional in the beauty Industry and am aware of what needs to be done. I was only mentioning that I didn't want them filed because many times they dont soak all the acrylic off and start filing or ripping the last little bit off. She was very unprofessional and the way she was looking me in the eyes with a crazy look I just walked out and told her she didn't need to yell. I have never done that before. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. No wonder nobody was there for services. read more

This isn't the place for you if you're looking for good customer service. The workers there don't know English so they may come off as rude but they're actually not . I was seated right away when I came in . I told her what I wanted and she did a really good job of my manicure. When it was time to pay I was shock by the price of just $12.00 . They used dirty tools and towels were dirty! She cut my finger when she was cutting my cuticles and it was bleeding out of control. It wouldn't stop, but that didn't stop her from painting over the blood on my nail. That's disgusting if some of the nail polishes were mixed with blood! The blood dried up dark and looked so ugly. My daughter was in there to get a manicure with my and the nail tech was very rude! My cousin was also in there with us and she said her nail tech rushed everything. She didn't file evenly and when she was asked to fix it, she gave attitude. Never coming here again! read more
