The highlight of their breakfast sandwich is that you can customize your egg whether sunny side up or scrambled egg unlike the other typical store that only offers super soft,soggy and or microwaved scrambled egg and that for me is a no no. This place was interesting. I came in on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't that busy. This place is cash only as well. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant expecting it to take a little bit to make but it was located in the donut case and was premade. The woman worker heated it up for me and handed me the cake donut as well. The ambiance of the place was a bit unsettling as I overheard a conversation about su**cide while I was waiting for my food which wasn't something I was comfortable listening to while I was waiting for my food. The ham and cheese croissant was tasty and was interesting as the ham was on baked on one side of the croissant while the cheese was baked on the other. My son and I went here at 7 am the other day and tried to order some bagel sandwiches. We were told they weren't making them. I assume it was too early to expect some ham and cheese bagel sandwiches. We got breakfast bagel sandwiches instead. They were phenomenal. We came back today so we could finally try the bagel lunch sandwiches. There was no one in the store except a child sitting alone. We had a seat and waited for someone to show up. No one showed up so we left. I'm not sure what was going on with the unattended child, but we will return and hopefully get that sandwich on our third attempt. It looks good and I've heard good things. Please let the owners be around next time. If not, I don't think we will be trying a fourth time. I can't see anywhere posted that says what time they start serving lunch. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and found this place on Yelp. I saw they had an "everything" sandwich, that can be made with any flavor bagel you want, or a croissant. You can also upgrade to premium bagel selections for an extra cost. The base price for the regular bagel selections and "everything" (ham, bacon, sausage patty, cheese, and eggs) included is $9 plus tax, which is such a great deal for the huge portion of filling you get! I ended up getting their spinach and garlic bagel, which gives it a pretty green color in photos. Definitely get the bang out of your buck for this! I only ate half, because it was that filling for me. I saved the other half for later. I can't wait to try their other bagels, like their tuna melt next time! I also wanted to try their apple fritter, and it is huge!! You can definitely taste the apple and cinnamon flavors. I loved how the edges are crispy. I loved it. Here's what you need to know about this place: They are not cash-only. They also accept Venmo, Zelle, and AppleCash. When ordering bagels, they'll sometimes ask if you want regular or gourmet. Gourmet is "with cheese baked on top" and regular is without. So, a jalapeño bagel can be with cheese on top (gourmet) or without (regular). Their items are made daily by one of the workers. He gets in at like 3am to have everything ready by about 6am. And the result is super-fresh items for our enjoyment. The raised donuts are light and airy. The cake donuts are, well, nice and cake-y. And their specialty donuts, like fritters and cinnamon rolls are just as you'd expect them to be. But what really set this place apart from other shops is their breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches are made custom, just for you. Unlike most places where the egg for the sandwich is retrieved from a bucket of pre-scrambled eggs with a ladle, then popped into a microwave to cook it, this place CRACKS whole eggs into a frying pan to make their sandwiches. Want scrambled? You got it. How about over easy, with runny yolks? Sure. Over hard? Sunny side up? However you want your eggs done, they'll do it. The only premade breakfast sandwiches are the ones without eggs, like a ham and cheese croissant. Surely because they can't leave eggs out premade for hours until someone orders it. The next thing to know: when you order a breakfast sandwich, it can come with all the meats. You don't have to choose bacon, or sausage (which are pork patties), or ham. Order a "combo" and it'll come with all three meats! Same price. If you only choose one or two meats, they put a little extra since you're not getting all the meats. They tend to (but don't always) give more than you ordered, as in, a few donut holes or sometimes even a whole donut (of their choosing... they'll just throw it in the bag with the rest of your order). The guy, Varn, will just do it but the woman, named Kathy will tell you to "enjoy the extra." Related to that, their donut holes sometimes sell out quickly. So come early, especially on weekends. This is a family-owned shop. The two working there are married. The bulk of their customers are years-long regulars. They ask how their customers are doing. Things like "how was your vacation?" Or, "how is your daughter doing at college?" They care about the well-being of their customers, and their customers care about them. The last thing to know is that Kathy is... well, let me just say she's an extrovert. She's loud, almost like she's yelling at you but she never uses mean words. Don't be thin-skinned. Don't take it personal. Pay attention to how she interacts with other customers and you'll see she's like that with everyone. If you become a regular, it actually can be fun to talk back to her. She's not everyone's cup of tea, and I get that. But she's actually a very loving person who just happens to yell when she talks. Haha read more

I heard that it's a family owned restaurant and the lady seems to love her job by how she enthusiastically talks with her customers. The slight kick from the peppers in the sausage and jalapeños paired well with the cheese and flaky croissant.
