Their drinks are actually pretty good, too. I got two dozen donuts (assorted, lovely mixture). Location is very clean and tidy. There are kiosk available for the orders but you can also order in person as well. I saw two staff members (one at the counter and one in the back). Very kind and helpful. Good customer service. It's been over two years since I went to Dunkin Donuts, and this has to be one of the worst experience I had coming here. There used to be much seats here, but they took out most of them and replaced them with a kiosk. They also don't have the donut menu removed, which I don't know why considering that it's a donut shop, unless you go to a kiosk to check the prices. Also, I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Pretty much, it tasted like hot water. The only good here is the donuts and probably some items. I think the issue is that the prices increased while the food quality is low, which probably made other customers turn away to go to other localized donut shops. I used to frequent Dunkin' all the time on the East Coast, so was happy to find it in the East Bay finally. I'm not a huge coffee/donut person but I would say the prices and options here are a little more affordable and to my tastes than Starbucks. The breakfast wraps in particular are pretty tasty and I love that it's never crowded (hate waiting in long lines, especially in the morning). The staff here are really friendly and I feel strong nostalgia every time I walk in. I've ordered several of their lattes (with soy or oat milk) and they're a nice pick-me-up if you need a little boost of energy to get through the day. Their doughnut selection is also on point. I've had a pretty good experience at this Dunkin overall. I always order ahead though. But it seems every time I order for me and my partner (2+ of the chipotle loaded hashbrowns) it seems like there's no chipotle added. It's a literal drizzle. Over 1-2 of the hashbrowns. I go in daily for my coffee and maybe a couple other items occasionally. I also order in my app so I don't have to wait too long. There is one heavy set girl who has been rude to me on many occasions.... But I just ignore her... walk in every morning say hello, grab my coffee and leave. They used to be very quick with getting mobile orders ready but for about a year or so they have been really bad and slow with service since there was a change in staff even after placing an order 10 min before arriving you have to wait 20 - 30 min. Their doughnuts are stale and always limited in quantity and their drinks are not worth waiting for. If you want food just head over to Chick-fil-a next door or if you want drinks just go Starbucks since there are 2 near by. I was watching a video on YouTube that had a very large Dunkin' Donut coffee drink and I was just enamored. I wanted one so badly. So the next day, we satisfied my craving. Was it worth the price I paid? No not really. It kind of satisfied my craving but it was definitely super sweet. The donut holes were less than amazing. But Dunkin' has a huge fan following and is relatively new to the Bay Area, so we decided to give them a try. But today they did not have butter pecan so I was like ok... im in fremont today so why not go here? I get a butter pecan ice coffee with an extra pump of it and blueberry shots. And I order the mini stuffed bagels. When I received my order I was already let down. First off the coffee was pale. Not a good thing. And the ice?????? Located in Fremont, right off of Mowry Blvd, kinda next to Chikfila. Tip- use the mobile app to order and pay & it's so much easier & you get points. The staff are superb & quick. Wow. Do not recommend the donuts here at all. Came on a Saturday afternoon for a few donuts (my son had a craving). They didn't have all the donuts available (we got a vanilla sprinkle, 2 Boston cremes and 3 munchkins - they gave us 2 chocolate and one blueberry becuae they didn't have any other flavors). The donuts were at least a day if not more older. The donut holes were so dry I couldn't even bite into it. The bathroom (only one worked) had a broken soap dispenser. When I told the worker there she just stared at me and said "ok". Not clean, not fresh. Never comign back. We noticed a donut shop right across the street (that closes at 2pm) that was more of a mom and pop place. My husband went to check it out the following Monday morning and it was fantastic and fresh. Came in this morning to get a free medium drip coffee for teachers on Teacher Appreciation Week. Normally I love the Dunkin Original drip coffee, so I was pretty happy to pay for a doughtnut and get my free coffee. I could hear the worker at the Pick Up counter barking at the customers inquiring about their orders. I undestand they were busy and respect that they were overwhlemed, but her tone was not friendly in any way. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me so I approached the Pick Up counter to ask about the coffee. The same worker barked at me that the coffee was for nurses only. I inquired about teachers and let her know it is Teacher Appreciation Week, to which she replied "I don't know anything about that" in a gruff response. I could understand if their location did not participate in the free coffee promotion, but I am disappointed by the customer service. This particular location is very close to my school and I often stop here to get a coffee and doughnut in the morning before my workday starts. I've been to this specific location a handful of times and it's your average Dunkin' Donuts. However, my most recent trip I was disappointed by the limited flavors of donuts offered, as well as quantity of donuts available. I got a dozen of various, but repetitive flavors, but at the end of the day the donuts did it's job. Although, I have to admit the donuts didn't taste fresh and was more on the dry side. Its weird I haven't been to Dunkin officially but I guess it must be a west coast thing. When I think of donuts, I think of Krispy Kreme. However, I'm really glad that I decided to try the actual store for the first time. Really good experience. Some notes: 1.) Donuts are relatively cheap. I think they are about ~$1.30 cents each and I really like the different flavors they got. We got 3 donuts, a Valentine flavor one, a Jelly donut, and a Roasted Coconut one and they were all really good. 2.) The store was pretty clean and they only let 5 people in at a time. Most people were following the directions so that's good. Felt safe during COVID times. Other then that, service was great as the servers were friendly and I got my donuts/drinks very quickly.
