The food is delicious and fresh but the golden standard for me in Bowl-Restaurants is Beehive Kitchen in Fort Lauderdale and Fresh Kitchen is not quite as tasty. But that's about the only bad thing I can say about their food. My only small complaint, when ordering online, I can't find all the options they have at the restaurant. On several occasions I've attempted to add tofu to my online order as my protein and couldn't find it. I thought they discontinued it but when I showed up at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was told that of course they had tofu. However, to make up for the online hick-up I was offered some tofu free of charge. Excellent service. read more

We were looking for a healthy family meal but were very disappointed that the brown rice and broccoli side dishes were extremely salty. We are not sure if the kitchen put too much salt by error or always like this, but we had to rinse these dishes with water several times to at least make them edible. At least the citrus chicken and the mushroom did not have the oversalty issue. While the family meal protein portion was generous, it was a relatively expensive meal and these salty side dishes really missed the mark. read more

The service was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly to my partner and I. I had some sort of chicken bowl and my partner had a different dish. The food was fresh and tasty.
